We had a 3-hour wait for our car to be fixed. So instead of waiting at the dealership we were offered by staff a ride back to our house (45 min drive) and then we would pick up later. We chose to wait there. Then by staff, they offered to drive us to lunch. Great people and very pleased that we drove into the garage and had our car fixed the same day and under 3 hours.
