I knew I wanted an Audi. No questions, I was buying one. I went to Carousel Audi because it was much closer to me. I won’t mention names of sales people here, but he gave the worst customer service and follow up (hello…. A few days later the salesman called me excited! He got the car I want, the color and all my options. He said I could come see the car. I was hesitant but it was the exact car I wanted. I drove 50 minutes to get there that afternoon. My salesman was now not in. So I asked for the manger, who didn’t know what car they took in or what I was talking about. A lady salesperson that was the only smiling face, knew the car and went to go find it. Think …they would let her work with me. But no I got a new salesman because the old one was out. I knew more about the A4 than he did. Then the salesman tells me I can’t test drive it because it didn’t go thru the service department, by now I was seeing red. I drove all the way there to test drive a car and was now told it didn’t go thru service yet and I couldn’t drive it. Then why did he call me and tell me I could. MR. Manager had no clue why the salesman told me about this car yet. By this time I was not a happy camper. So I wasted 50 minutes there and then back 50 minutes. Before I left they told me the car would go thru the shop the next day and could be price. Well once again, no phone call .So I once again called them. Only to find out that the car wasn’t put into the shop. That was about all I could bear. I did buy my Audi the next day, finally and not from an Audi dealer. A Volkswagen in Burnsville instead. It is the exact car that he called me about too. It was the same color, same year same everything…

Well my Audi is now being serviced at the other location in Maplewood. I was scared that all Audi dealers were going to be a nightmare by now. I was 1st greeted by a friendly receptionist. I was surprised with how well I have been treated at Maplewood, so far? The service department is very nice and has gone above and beyond what I ever thought. The service guy Scott at Maplewood is a huge asset to their location. He’s friendly and calls you before you have to call them and is very informational. Maplewood gets a huge plus from me. I guess, I just expected rude people like the ones at Carousel Audi. I will never bring my car there for anything. It will be serviced at Maplewood Audi. No questions.
