Jeremy checked me in for my 2nd covered routine maintenance visit for my Tucson and was pleasant to work with. In addition to the oil change, tire rotation and inspection, they also updated my navigation software and performed recall work that I was unaware of, all at no charge.

Purchased a 2012 Hyundai Tucson and thankfully purchased the aftermarket warranty because about 29 days after our purchase the engine blew. Apparently a known issue with semi-recalls from Hyundai but Hyundai did not agree to cover anything but thankfully the extended warranty did. The new motor is being installed and the dealership provided a new Tucson as a loaner while we were missing the vehicle. So far the car has been at the dealership just about as long as we had it home. Hoping to get it back soon with a motor that works for many miles.

Had a bad day at Adamson motors Friday. Take my car there for everthing, at each oil change the bring that stupid sheet of paper acting like they look at your car. Well let me tell you i had oil change just 2000k miles ago, my tire keep losing air so seeing i bought them there i would have them check, come out to tell me i need new tires which by the way will have no warranty because of alignment problem, they said it looks like 5000k wear to get that bad, so why did they not notice it at oil change. Went to discount tires never again at Adamson motor, wish i would have bought my new truck elsewhere now.

Not impressed with the customer service at this locations service center has. Justin, was incredibly impatient and couldn't wait to get me out the door. I came in to have my Hyundai Elantra examined because it sounded like something in the motor was wrong. Before I could even get a word out, I was rudely interrupted, he insisted that my warranty was up at 80k miles, that there was absolutely nothing they could do for me. Cherry on top, he irritably asked me, "can you back up your car out of here?" as if I couldn't back up my own car... Horrible experience, never buying anything from this dealership, and they need to reevaluate how they train their service reps in customer service.

Had a accident with my Pearl white Buick. Because my Insurance company had recommended Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park i went there. Set up work to be done, took 1 week to finish. Upon picking my car up it looked alright until i arrived home and parked in my garage.. At which time i seen 2 different colors of paint from the orginal to Morries new paint and the grill/ hood body line was not straight by any means. By the way it took them 3 times to get this straight, which should have been done right the first time. After all they are supposed to be professionals. Every person that looked at the car could see the different paint except for the people at Morries body works. Went back to the body shop and told them my concerns, there excuse was plastic parts look differnt than metal parts, but one metal fender that was replaced was still not any different than the plastic parts painted by Morries Body works. They tried to cover up there poor selection of paint color by as they said feathering the new color onto the hood and passenger door. Which did not work by any means.On my second trip back to complain about the color difference they started telling me i was not seeing what i was seeing and that the color was right, afraid not. Finally i was feed up with there BSing me and telling me i was not seeing what i see, many excuses. I told them i would be taking the car else where... My feelings are stay away from Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park.

Worst experience ever! Lied to numerous times charged thousands over retail for car. Service department would not call me back and lied about cars warranty. Don't trust them they are only out to rip you off and make as much money as possible. They do not deserve 1 star.
