My wife and I were just looking to do some research on SUVs for a future purchase in 2023. We visited Capitol Chrysler and about six other dealerships with the goal of just seeing what is available. However, the staff at Capitol Chrysler was very knowledgeable about their vehicles and really went out of their way to treat us well and show us all the vehicles and features. They listened to us and helped guide our search to an SUV that fit us best. We didn’t plan on buying a car on the first day of searching, but the Capitol team had great inventory, clean vehicles and most importantly, great staff that really showed us the benefits of the vehicles. I highly recommend Dedrick Shelby and Orion Ferreira helping my wife and I find a beautiful car. We were so impressed, we just had to buy it that day. My wife and I had the best car buying experience we’ve ever had at Reed Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Nick Patterson was our sales consultant and he was amazing. He was straightforward, honest and took the time to listen to what we needed and wanted. He was patient as we asked questions and tweaked what we wanted. We were looking for a safe car with more space than we currently had so we could safely fit our son’s car seat. Nick showed us options and even let us put the car seat in for the test drive to see if it really gave us the space we wanted and needed. We didn’t fee any pressure to buy something we didn’t want or need and Nick truly helped us find the perfect car within our budget. We truly can’t thank Nick enough! And to top it off Nick had us finish the financial things off with Cody Dover who helped round everything off with even more great, friendly customer service!

Vehicle transaction fee was much less than what I was quoted in St Louis. Vehicle was as clean as appeared in pictures. Very happy with my purchase.

I have been a loyal customer for ten year, having purchased my Ram from Landmark in 2014. In October I needed the EPS replaced. They also replaced one of the front wheel bearings. Two weeks after I picked the truck up and was driving it to work on the highway, the wheel hub bolts had backed out and were grinding against the knuckle. I called the service department and was told that I could not prove that the newly replaced wheel bearing issue was their fault. I was stuck in Olathe and had to pay for another dealership to actually fix the wheel bearing and for a rental car. Once I had the truck back, I went to Landmark and spoke with Mike Jones in person, who made copies of my invoices from the other dealership and promised me a check. That was in November and after texting him for updates each month, he has stopped responding to me. I have called and left messages that have also been ignored. I am a supervisor and am very familiar with how check requests work. They typically do not take four months! I just want my money back for work that was not completed and could have caused more damage to my vehicle or MUCH WORSE.
