They basically don're care about customer service possibly because they think they are the only dealer in town you can buy Land Rover products. The sales manager is useless too.
It was only after I complained to Land Rover USA that I got a call of apology from this dealer. Little too late.
So we instead bought a 2012 Range Rover from Aristocrat Motors in Merriam, KC. Aristocrat puts Plaza to shame with impeccable customer service, very competitive pricing and professionalism!
