I also love that the mechanics send me a video showing me what is going on with my car - good and bad! Their prices are very reasonable compared to most dealerships and I trust they know what they are doing when it comes to my Mazda. They have taken very good care of me in the 6 years since I bought my car from them.. I love my car and will likely be buying my next one from Lou Fusz in the future, even though they are a 3 hour drive from my home. I highly recommend them!
