Justin Baker makes servicing my car a breeze. Most importantly he is honest about needed service and does not try to up sell services. I have owned variety of makes and models from other car makers. The reason why I purchased my current Lexus is because MBZ service was dishonest and attitude depended upon service writer. No matter if a scheduled service was a simple oil change they always had other services with bills adding up to easy four digits. This is from a dealership that I bought multiple vehicles including AMG GTS. I questioned them and I did not get a satisfactory response. I decided from then to never buy MBZ cars. With Lexus so far I've always had a positive experience. Experience at service is very important to me and positive experience goes a long way when looking for my next car!

In all honesty the warranty that we paid for has proven to be absolutely worthless we were told by Rob in sales that the only thing that we would need to pay for was tires, wipers and brakes. I believe now that we were lied to. We truly love our car and we hear good things about the Dolan family but the service department is being run by an unethical employee on multiple occasions and have requested to speak to the service manager but this person refuses to speak with me. I believe they know that their actions were unethical, and in the future we will buy another Lexus unfortunately it will not be from the Dolan family. This is very unfortunate hopefully my story will be heard by someone that truly cares about the old fashion idea called customer service.
