Sales person acted like I was second class and sent me to another used car dealer. Said he would call that dealer and let them know I was coming. Got there and they had no clue what I was talking abought. I was up front and honest with them. Wish they could have done the same with me.

Then I was also told the bank said I needed both gap insurance and the extended warranty. The gap insurance part was true, but the extended warranty wasnt. I think it was lucky i got it anyways because I had to take it into the shop just one month later. The steering went out and I had them supposedly fix it. The car was with them for one week and then I got it. Now the steering is out again and I have to take more time out of my schedule to take it down again. I just cant believe a company can be so bad. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership and I hope they see this note.
