Wally's "no pressure" sales approach was much appreciated. Not once did he ask, "What will it take to sell you this car today." - or a version thereof. He offered a fair trade-in value for the SAAB and provided a simple pricing structure for the Leasing of the model TL vehicle. While he accompanied us on the test drive of the 4-cylinder model, he willingly allowed us to take the TL 6-cylinder vehicle out for a test drive without his being present. This demonstrated a high level of trust and confidence on his part, which being in Sales myself, I truly appreciated.
Leasing the Acura from Sunnyside Acura was the most fun I had in shopping for a new vehicle - EVER!
