Prime Acura North - North Hampton, NH

So at first I had an easy enough time emailing this dealership to set up a test drive. I am a working stiff of sorts so I work 40 hours a week in North/central MA, So when I decided I wanted a saab I soon found P.A.N.'s offer. Great I thought and I scheduled a test drive for a wednesday when I got out of work. Mind you I scheduled my test drive three days, DAYS! in advance when I arrived at the dealership they informed me they had given the car to a managers sons friend for an Extended Test Drive, Point being I drove over a hundred miles through Torrential Rain no less after a full work day so the manager could try and up-sell me a car almost %50 more expensive, a model year newer, completely different body type, it was hardly a comparable model. They then of course insisted they weren't trying to sell me a 'different' car and said they would have to do something to make it up to me. Good I thought here comes some customer service. So you can imagine my surprise when I was told if I wanted to put a $500 down payment so they could guarantee me a "first" look at the car before it could be bought. When I told him I hadn't come with cash in hand they said they would call me when the car was available to be seen. Ironic considering three days prior I was under the impression I would be seeing it after driving over a hundred miles one way. They were friendly enough but they are sales people that is their job. I wish I could have my $30 in gas and 4 hours of my life back. So all in all I was baited, switched, offered a $500 downpayment on a car I was scheduled to test drive but didn't even get a chance to see because someones teenage son is joy riding it around town on free load from daddy's dealership taking wear tear and racking up the milage. Terrible Experience don't think I'd ever go back even if I lived in the town.

Sunnyside Acura - Nashua, NH

Sunnyside is not your typical dealership and the salesperson I dealt with, Idy Niang, was exceptional in service, friendliness, knowledge of the vehicles/financing options and fairness. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted he worked diligently to provide me with a lease contract that suited my needs. This is the 3rd Acura I have bought through Sunnyside and I will continue to highly recommend this dealership to others in the future.... they are the best!!!
