The salesman I met first was Alex, he is a great guy and the kind of salesman you want to deal with when buying a car. You realize right away the process of buying a car can be an enjoyable experience, as I did when I bought a new car at Ramsey Subaru in 2014. Alex is also detail oriented and listens. I would deal with him again.

I was luckily paired up with Jake Barron during my quest to get the best price on a 2017 Subaru Outback. The whole process took place over the phone and email. Jake was extremely polite and honest with me throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and worked with me as I built my wish list. I felt comfortable with Jake and Liberty Subaru, so I decided to buy my Outback through them. I picked up my car on July 23rd and met Jake in person along with Nicole who took care of me during the financing paperwork. I am happy with my new Outback and happy with my experience with Jake and Liberty Subaru. I will definitely recommend the Subaru brand and Liberty Subaru to my friends and family.

Contacted them in April for info, Said I would not be ready until July. They did not bother me, I met with Ryan Eavey and Greg Fahy last Saturday and discussed the options that I wanted in the car. They didn't have one at the dealership but found one at another dealer. They said it would take several days for them to get the car. They called today -Saturday- and said the car was ready. Met with Ryan and then Michael Brack who went over the financing options. When I mentioned that my bank said I qualified for a special rate he contacted them and he the prepared the paperwork getting me a lower interest rate. Ryan then went over all of the features, electronics and controls in the car.
Between last Saturday and today we spent 6 1/2 hours at the no pressure dealership and were treated as family.

I just bought a 2017 Outback with the very capable help of sales rep Iryna Obolonchyk. Beyond helping me navigate through all of the paperwork, which went seamlessly, I was most impressed by Iryna's post-sale determination to make sure that before I drove that car off the lot that I had a thorough working understanding of all of this car's new Eyesight functions: Brake Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control etc etc etc. To say it plainly, she was enormously helpful.

Just purchased a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek and LOVE it! Matt and Scott were tremendously helpful throughout the whole process - even before I stepped foot into the showroom. Both were extremely competent, promptly answering any questions I had and making me feel at ease with my purchase. As a female young working professional, I highly recommend Pine Belt Subaru not only for their selection but also their tremendous staff. I went to a couple Subaru dealerships in the NJ area and Pine Belt blew them out of the water not only because of price, but how well they treat their costumers. This is my first Subaru and it will certainly not be my last!

Our Forester is our third car purchased at Miller Subaru and my second dealing with John Poster. I still have my Outback and this car was for my husband. John Poster does not press you to buy and lets you just look around while answering your questions. That is why I asked for John since I was pleased with my last transaction. The process was just as smooth. He explained every detail of the Forester and even set up the hands free cell phone.
I hope I can deal with John when I am ready to replace my Outback.

Well this is the second Subaru I've bought here. The first was my aunts a couple months ago, and now mine a couple weeks ago. First off, I got the WRX. At this time the 2014 were being snatched up left and right because they were getting rid of the hatches. Well, my salesman hunted one down for me and got everything I needed for me. It was great. Now I love my car more then anything. I worked with Dev'n. Great kid. I would recommend him and when I say he got done what he needed so I could leave with that car, he did. He got whatever problem that arose solved quickly.

I purchased my wrx limited2013 here do all my maintenance here. then came back to purchased the wrx 2017. not new on buying this car and i definitely know the price range. totally disappointed because the sales people are ripped off. I thought I am going to get a nice deal once again to this dealership. But they end up ignoring my offer my call and emails, i guess this new management was selling alot of their garbage to other customer. So id end up buying my second wrx 2017 to Liberty subaru of emerson NJ for a really decent and honest price.

No one helped us - nothappy
My husband and I entered the showroom and not one person acknowledged us. Not even a greeting. We were there for about 20-25 minutes, looking at various floor model vehicles. We watched as the staff walked around one end of the dealership, in and out of their offices. I could not believe not one person spoke to us. After another 5 minutes out on the lot looking at various cars, we left and drove to Coleman Subaru where we were immediately greeted by a very nice young lady and a salesperson was helping us within 2 minutes. I would NEVER buy a car from Haldeman Subaru.
The WORST Service Departments I have ever encountered!!!! - Kerbeck Subaru SUCKS
Called 5 times & left messages with no response, finally got ahold of someone and she was the rudest, most unprofessional person imaginable! I described my situation and relayed all of my pertinent information, only to be treated as a total hinderance on this woman's daily activities. When I then got frustrated over her lack of knowledge and inability to help, I receive a lecture as to how rude and inconsiderate I am being. Yet I have previously called multiple times and left multiple messages asking for help and a call back, which I never received. I will NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone I know, I will also be calling the Better Business Bureau and issuing a complaint.
