From the day my wife and I walked into the dealership I knew this is where I woul buy my car. No pressure, helpful staff. We met Rob Bontemps, our salesman, who answered all our questions and was honest and truthful when he didn't know an answer, researched and found us the answer. He was pleasant and easy to work with. We were interested in a Subaru Outback Touring 6 cylinder. I got just about every option, it took a little over 6 weeks to come in but it was worth the wait. Rob went over all the options and explained their operation to both my wife and I. There was also another salesperson with him which Rob had him sit in while he explained all the options to us. I really love this car! It has gotten so many compliments, the color combo, Brilliant Brown and Java interior, are amazing. The car also has the wheel well arch moldings and mud guards, color matching body side moldings and door edge guards, wow! It's a beauty! It rides and handles beautifully. The car is wonderful, your salesman Rob, was great! The deal I got exceeded my expectations. All in all, a very pleasant, no pressure, no games buying experience. If I decide to buy another car, my wife is leaning toward a Forester, I will definitely be back and have Rob for my salesman. Also, a shout out to Nikki Drakeford, she was extremely pleasant, helpful and answered all our questions about the paperwork for our new car. I hope the Service goes as well as the sales. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

This is my first Subaru and Joe Iuzzolino made the process so easy. I was referred by a friend and couldn't have been more impressed with Subaru quality, Joe's knowledge and expertise and the dealership. There were no high pressure tactics or gimmicks, and Joe is friendly and down to earth. He lined up all the paperwork, delivered everything right on time and followed up on all the small details. I live two counties away in a densely populated area, and this dealership was a breath of fresh air. The staff is friendly, and there's no waiting or rushing around. Having been a Toyota customer since 1982, we were hesitant about looking at another brand but the Nissan Rogue looked really nice so we decided to "look" at it at a dealer, with no plans to buy at the time.
Upon arrival at Lynnes Nissan, we were made to feel very welcome without any pressure that one normally gets at a car dealership.
Our salesperson, Paulette, couldn't be nicer. We told her we wanted to look at the Rogue. Initially, my wife was interested in the older model, the (still new) 2015 Rogue Select. Paulette showed us what the new model Rogue that was on the floor and the older Rogue Select that was in their lot. Since my wife couldn't decide which style she preferred, Paulette offered to take us to the inventory lot so we could compare the 2 and see the different colors and options first hand.
After walking around a bit on the lot, my wife found exactly what she wanted. The Rogue Select had a rear window that was too small so she decided on the newer version, the 2016 Rogue S. The exterior color, the interior color, the options (and lack thereof that she didn't want) was right there waiting for us.
After very little hesitation, my wife decided that would be her next car. We returned to the dealership to work the numbers.
The first offer was the right one. No need to haggle at all. Plus Nissan was offering 0% interest so we were basically going to use their money for nothing for the length of the finance period. It was a no-brainer.
While we were at Paulette's desk, Jay the sales manager went over the deal with us to make sure we were totally satisfied and to answer any questions we had. Sam the finance guy was the last person we met with to sign the finance paperwork. Each person we dealt with was genuinely concerned that we got what we wanted and were happy with the experience. They really went the extra mile to make us satisfied.
When we asked when we would be able to pick up the car, we were pleasantly surprised to hear that we would be driving it home that day. We arrived at the dealership around 4 pm and were completed and on the way home before 7!
We went to look and ended up driving home with a new car! I cannot remember a more pleasurable car buying experience in my 42 years of driving.
We highly recommend Lynnes Nissan in Bloomfield NJ to anyone looking for a stressless, enjoyable and fairly priced car buying adventure.

Well this is the second Subaru I've bought here. The first was my aunts a couple months ago, and now mine a couple weeks ago. First off, I got the WRX. At this time the 2014 were being snatched up left and right because they were getting rid of the hatches. Well, my salesman hunted one down for me and got everything I needed for me. It was great. Now I love my car more then anything. I worked with Dev'n. Great kid. I would recommend him and when I say he got done what he needed so I could leave with that car, he did. He got whatever problem that arose solved quickly.

Victory Subaru is the place to go! Very satisfied with the customer service I received and how welcoming everyone was when you enter the dealership. Unlike other places I've walked into previously, I was not hauled by all the salesmen. I was welcomed at the front door and was approached by a single salesman. Louis Hernandez was very informative and was very patient with us as we asked him several questions being that it was our first Subaru purchase. He went the extra mile by giving us the satisfaction every customer should have when purchasing one of the next big investments. I am very pleased my with my new 2016 Subaru Crosstrek! Things started out very well. My salesman, Chris Bradish, fairly quickly located a 2017 Forester with a hard-to-find combination of options that I wanted. He was courteous, polite, and communicated well, so I decided to drive over 100 miles from my home in upstate NY to buy the car.
Then, I picked up the car, and that's where problems arose.
- I noted that the cargo nets I ordered had not been installed. Chris assured me that no installation was required, and that I could simple pop them in when I wanted them. WRONG. Installation, including drilling, was required. I was not about to take a drill to the interior of my brand new car.
- as a NY resident buying a car in NJ, I was given a 20 day temporary license plate while waiting for the dealership to deliver the permanents, which I was told would happen within 10 days. WRONG. After all sorts of emails and unanswered phone calls, I finally got some nice woman that said the plates appeared to get sitting around for some time. She sent them express, so they arrived on day 19, a day before my temporary plate expired. Of course, now I have to get a NY state inspection the next day, a Saturday, disrupting my weekend plans.
And, after all of this, I am still waiting for Mr. Bradish yo get back to be.
And then there is the sales manager, who sent me a form letter asking if there was any reason that I couldn't give them the highest rating. I responded with this story, and even he has not responded. Makes me wonder if there is something systemic about the lack of post-sale customer service.
BTW, Peter the Finance manager did a great job making the buying process as seamless as possible.
So, if your car is delivered with all accessories installed, and you can roll out of he dealership with NO OPEN ITEMS OR FOLLOW UPS, then Town may work for you. But if you discover any issues, or there are any dealership follow ups just know you're on your own.

We went to Wayne Subaru after being severely disappointed by the customer service at Lynnes (which is much closer to our home). What a difference! Jim (our sales consultant) met with us twice and gave us unlimited time (we didn’t need much) to make an educated decision about the car we wanted to purchase. After a short conversation, he proposed that we can order the car that will match our expectations 100% rather than buying something they already had in stock. This is what we did. We picked all options, color, additional accessories, put $200 deposit and waited a couple of weeks for the car to arrive at the dealership. The testament to their professionalism is that they don’t overpromise: our car came faster than originally estimated and... IT MATCHED 100% what we ordered (I was actually surprised they REALLY took care of everything). During the process, I spoke to Jim couple of times, and he always provided courteous and friendly service, which made me comfortable. When the car arrived, the Finance Manager ( the younger gentleman who was filling for their “regular” finance manager) was on par with our current experiences. He took the time to explain all extended warranty options with no pressure to pick one over another. We were out of his office in less than one hour. Before we left, Wayne Subaru product specialist spent almost 1 hour giving us the demo of the most important features of the car, which was greatly appreciated. Last but not least, the price we paid was attractive (below MSRP), and it took us less than one hour from the moment we walked in, to a final handshake signifying a deal. Thank you, Wayne Subaru!

This dealership deals with numbers not people. I called the dealership to find out if they had a Outback limited available. The salesman was friendly enough but after 1/2 of talking to him he figured out that in fact there were none in stock. I received a follow up phone call from their follow up desk. The guy that called was overly familiar and hung up on me when I told him that I was not satisfied in fact. There are plenty of dealerships that want and appreciate your business. Paul Miller is not one of them in my opinion. The people at Victory Subaru are terrific and polite. Ask for Carlos at Victory.

Such an incredible experience a Subaru sells itself but Subaru World of Newton made the process so easy. They found the Forester I wanted and my car was delivered to me very quickly. Very helpful staff and really liked the way I was treated.
No one helped us - nothappy
My husband and I entered the showroom and not one person acknowledged us. Not even a greeting. We were there for about 20-25 minutes, looking at various floor model vehicles. We watched as the staff walked around one end of the dealership, in and out of their offices. I could not believe not one person spoke to us. After another 5 minutes out on the lot looking at various cars, we left and drove to Coleman Subaru where we were immediately greeted by a very nice young lady and a salesperson was helping us within 2 minutes. I would NEVER buy a car from Haldeman Subaru.
