The dealership is a calm, organized, clean and friendly environment in which to make an important decision. The staff is well trained and welcoming. Mike Gallo was very accommodating, both with regard to accepting a trade in that would qualify as a door-stop, at best, and helping to arrange financing. he took all the time I needed, and his follow-up has been excellent. (The car, so far, works like a champ). Can recommend Mike and his crew without hesitation.

Best service dept. I have had a great experience here with my cars. They always go over and above and have tons of patients for questions. I can be very annoying which I know because I am particular. They went to extra trouble to take time and talk about an issue I was having and are always so nice about doing so. They even follow up after spending tons of time when I was there, after I left, the actually called me back to answer a general question I had. They put all other service dept to shame.

We stopped in to check out the inventory. I knew that I really liked the Crosstrek, but when I saw the Special Edition one in red, my search was over. It was the perfect combination of bells and whistles that I was looking for, and that "True Red" was the icing on the cake! Matt was very friendly and answered all my questions. Even the sales manager stopped by to help seal the deal. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

When I went into the dealership to renew my lease Mr. Eavey was very professional.
The dealership was undergoing renovation at that time and I was frustrated when I tried to contact Mr Eavey afterwards and was unable to reach him.
I have since visited the dealership and Ryan Eavey has gone above and aboard to satisfy my questions and was very apologetic about the missed messages.
I could see that he was truly concerned that my messages were not relayed to him.
Today I went for my plates and Mr Eavey again was extremely apologetic.

Ruined a brand new car - Rjw246
Do not take your car here! Took car in for 10k service -- oil change, tires rotation, etc.... two days later, "low engine oil" light comes on (wth!?!) and turns out mechanic did not properly secure oil tank/valves -- ALL of the oil dripped out, undercarriage coated in oil, engine smoking and all sorts of trouble. Needless to say, the car was serviced on Friday & discovered the problem 100 miles from home, on a Sunday -- dealership closed, car rental agencies closed, and we're now stranded. All for a simple oil change that my dog could've done if he had a thumb.
Way to go guys - you don't deserve to service anyone's car.

He was courteous, patient, respectful and knowledgeable. While taking a test drive he took the time to explained all the whistles and bells on the model we wished to purchase. Peter, the financial manager, was also very organized and knowledgeable. On the day of delivery Jorge took the time again to review all the car details. Shopping for a CPO Impreza. Tired of dealing with the local dealers, decided to drive 45 mins. to visit Kerbeck Subaru in Pleasantville. Turned out to be a great decision. Saw an Impreza on their website. Got to the dealership and the car was parked in front, ready to be inspected and driven. No pressure sale, no price haggling, no hidden costs, no jamming nonsense extras into the deal. This was a breath of fresh air! Can't say enough for the assistance from the salesman Fred Perez, Internet Manager Matthew Slobodjian and the Finance Manager Mike Wheeler. Extremely satisfied with the entire transaction, I will definitely be back again.

Took my legacy in for service,one was coolant change, looking into overflow tank it was the same way
when i brought it in. Went back the next day to question the service was met with the service tech
who took the attitude of who was i to question his work.
Well after several minutes of heated discussion we got the car on the lift and went thru all the work i had done. 1100 dollars worth! This persons attitude towards a CUSTOMER should not be tolerated
by any company who deals in customer service!!!

Absolutely horrendous service! Bought car from this dealership last December, salesperson (Zack) promised would overnight registration as soon as they received, but never bothered to do so. When I called to find out whether they had received it, they casually mentioned they had received it more than 10 days before, but would not mail as owed a $12 balance! This is after we bought a $20,000 car paying most of it in cash! Then to top it up, they were supposed to ship us our old license plate, but again never did. When I called to find out why we had not received it, their manager in charge of used cars (name is John Hannon) called me back to tell me that they had accidentally destroyed it trying to remove it from our old vehicle, but again never bothering to let us know. Then he had the gall to tell me that we had to deal with it ourselves. Another word of caution, these weasels will sell you a car, take forever to process the paperwork, then at the very end they'll take you into a room where the store manager will sneakily upsell you on some extended warranty costing over $1500! By then you're exhausted and just want to get it done. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. They are total xxxxxxxx!!!!!
