I was thinking about buying a Subaru and decided to stop by Miller on the way home from work. I was greeted by DJ, who was very nice and relaxed. We started talking about what I was like for and he showed me different cars in a no pressure way. I felt very at ease the whole time. I was given a great number on my trade and didn't have to go back and forth with them. We went on a test drive, which was a lot longer then any other place I was ever at. Once we returned and told him I was interested he quickly returned with a solid number. He also provided me with a sheet of paper to shop Millers number. Not one other dealer really could beat the price. I returned to Miller the following day to sign the papers for the deal and there was no real attempt at up selling, the finance manager went over everything and took her time. My new car was nice and clean and ready to go. Before I left they sat with me and went over ever inch of my new Crosstrek to make sure I was good to go. If you are looking for a Subaru check out Miller and ask for DJ.
Great Experience Buying My First Saburu - Jup302
Otto is the man! I tried Lynnes after Paul Miller Saburu tried to low ball me for my trade in. As soon as I entered the Lynnes parking lot, Otto came right up to us and offered his help immediately. He looked over my trade in vehicle and agreed that my asks ng price was fair. It was nice not to have to haggle for once. After we decided on a Saburu model ,I was given the fair True Car price. The finance office ( dealing with Joe) was also a pleasant experience and I was not pressed into taking unnecessary warranties.
Otto called me the next day to ask how everything was and to let me know about the status of some dealer add-ons that I had requested.
Overall i would give Otto and Lynnes five out of five stars so far. Great job!

The dealer had lots of cars to look at and test drive, and had great pricing, very competitive. We knew what we wanted - a lightly used 2017 Outback 2.5i Limited, with EyeSight. We bought long distance (from central NY, a 4 hour drive). Not many would do this, but we wanted a very specific model, and All American had 2 of them at a great price. We bought a car that the dealer used as a "loaner", it had 6400 miles and was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Perfect!I
But a long distance sale is hard, and we had to be sure that the car was in the condition advertised before making that 4 hour drive to the dealer.
Iryna was very patient - personally inspecting the car for us several times for questions we had about the options on, and conditions of the car. She was always professional, kind and friendly - we trusted her and she lived up to our hopes and expectations. After all, after you drive 4 hours, you don't want any surprises, and the dealer has some leverage over you.
But the car was exactly as promised, and there was zero pressure for anything (dealer installed options, extended warranty, etc).
We rented a car (one way) to get there, bought the car, and we couldn't be happier.

I have to say for a young guy he carried himself like a professional and has a passion in selling Subaru's. Joe was great very funny guy. I enjoy my experience at Lynne's unusually you step into a dealership and the salesmen is pushy or another manager comes and talks to you. Loved my experience at Lynne's.

Terrible customer service from financial department they will make deals and not follow through. I got yelled at from the gentleman that handles their financial aspect. I Broke down in tears! Please go to another dealer I regret buying my car from here. I got cheated on this deal and I lost money. I got an amazing car but the deal wasn't worth it and certainly not this dealership. Many regrets!

My experience with dealer ship was fantastic from sales to finance dept and service. Our sales person Matt Reed was fantastic as long as well finance and sales manager went beyond to get us our new car and service department is flexible with your needs. I been to other dealerships not to mention the one down the road and they don't want to bothered with you.

Found a great used car here. Was all ready to buy it only to find out that their online quoted "Paul Miller" price conveniently omitted the $475 dealer prep fee and the $400 document fee they added onto the final bill. The document fee is standard with other dealerships (slightly high in fact) but the $475 fee was not disclosed until we agreed to buy. This is just misleading and dishonest. When I showed Sunil (manager) the quote I received from them on my phone, he agreed that there was no mention of the fee. He then went to their website and after several minutes, he was finally able to find the fine print at the bottom of the page noting that they tack on this fee. The sad part is that if they were just up front about the fee in the "PaulMiller" price, we likely would have bought the car.
It's really unfortunate that they have this practice. We felt deceived and ended up walking away from the purchase. Based on our experience, I would not recommend the dealer
great car, poor dealership - noran
We currently have a car which we love, but are unable to drive,. We leased this car on 8/14/17 and are still waiting for our registration. Temporary registrations expire after 30 days so we now have an unregistered car. In the meantime the sales manager, Jon Gross, no longer works there so Steve Leonardo who is the Ford sales manager is supposed to be taking care of this but so far has not done so. So we are paying for a car we can't drive. My lawyer says to bring the car back since the dealership has not fulfilled the terms of the contract. Repeated phone calls yield no return call.
