Wonderful experience at Ramsey Subaru - Diana I
I am so happy with my experience here. My mom and I were able to purchase a 2017 Subaru Impreza sedan and so far this baby runs great. The staff at the dealership was super friendly, easy going, and informative. They gave me and my mom the best price we could get for this vehicle and everything went smoothly. I am so excited to use my mom's new car all the time. If you're reading this and thinking about getting a Subaru I think IT WOULD BE BEST THAT YOU TO RAMSEY SUBARU!
Thank you again Ramsey Subaru!
Always excellent - howchee
Liberty Subaru continues to exceed expectations. Buying or leasing a car has become something that people dread. Pushy sales staff, haggling over price - everything taking way too long. NOT AT LIBERTY. I was referred to them for these reasons, and I have referred several people. All walking away with the same great things to say.
Excellent , efficient service - Hilaryc
This is my third lease from this dealership and specifically with Rich. I am always welcomed warmly, treated with respect and given excellent service when I shop for a new car with him. I do not live near the dealership anymore but continue to go back to World Subaru. They are great!
Awesome and easy going - D.S.
Great place! The employees actually listen to my needs and requests, didn't hound me with unneccesarry phone calls or emails. They were very receptive to allowing test drives and answering questions even though I wasn't fully prepared to purchase a new vehicle. When I had made my decision to go with a Subaru (my first), Alex was ready to go, accommodated my schedule, and got me into a new vehicle fast! Can't say enough about how easy and pleasant the experience was.
What a difference a keychain made! - Thoops515
During a recent snowstorm I was on a state highway and due to the darkness, I did not see a major pothole. After hitting it and thinking this was not good, the dashboard signal alerted me that I had an airpressure loss. At this point I could feel the car pulling to one side - the tire was damaged beyond repair. I was able to get off to the shoulder and my first thought was the keychain Antonio Guzman had given me when I leased my Subaru. Sure enough, there was the "800" roadside assistance number at my finger tips. I placed a call and I received such great customer service even on a snowy night when calls must have been numerous. I can't thank Antonio enough for having given me that key chain... it made all the difference in a situation when timing was crucial. Even a year into my lease, Antonio's customer service efforts are still coming my way... thank you Antonio!
No time wasted - Weloveit22
I was very pleased with the experience at Coleman Subara Kia. They had the car of interest and were speedy in paperwork and transaction. We were presented with extended warranty and other extras, and although we did not accept, they were very pleasant to us in completing the sale.
Outstanding Service - olgacar
Without a doubt the best car buying experience I ever had. Will highly recommend to anyone, friends and family who would want to purchase Subaru car.
My subaru experience - Aec
The sales person, Ted, was very knowledgeable about the brand. He knew what he was doing and so did all of the other staff I worked with purchased my new vehicle. The showroom was a little small to be able to see the different types of vehicles. The location is a bit difficult to get into but it's not to bad when they give you a great deal.
Like Family - JH
This is our fourth Subaru from Hudson Subaru. Each time the dealership made us feel like family. This time, I told them exactly what I wanted, and they delivered once again. Chito is a top salesman and the rest of the team is top notch as well. The experience at Hudson Subaru is second to none and Chito is leading the charge. Enjoying my Impreza immensely.

Richard Lucas Subaru - Subaru Girl
I found the Subaru Outback I just purchased at Richard Lucas Subaru on Cargurus.com. It was listed as a "good deal" and being a Subaru girl, I thought that it was compared to others I had seen on line. I took the 50-mile trip from my home and was pleased with what I saw so I purchased it and drove it home the same day. It was a very pleasant experience and my salesman Hatem Shendi was awesome to work with. Knowledgable and able to move the process along ~ he made everything so easy. He hooked up my Bluetooth and showed me how to use the navigation system and off I went! Thank you so much!
Great experience! - bkloss
Jay Fralin and Rose Principato provided us with an excellent, low pressure, informative leasing experience. We highly recommend Jay and Miller Subaru! We love our 2016 Crosstrek, and look forward to many years of happy motoring with Miller Subaru!
Iryna Obolonchyk provided fantastic service. - Leona,Tortie
Iryna Obolonchyk provided fantastic service. She was patient, helpful and friendly. She took me out for 3 test drives. In addition, she was knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

As soon as I got to the dealership I felt welcome. Michael helped answer questions and found the best price for me. Thank you for everything!
Charles Moltane is what sales people should aspire to - BH061494
Purchased 2016 Impreza Premium in August. I had been researching multiple models, and had narrowed down to Corolla, Civic, and Impreza. I had only been communicating with Charles via email, and he was never pushy, answered my questions, responded to my changing needs (which there were many), and he was doing so great a job, I went out of my way to meet him and shake his hand to thank him for being so professional and relaxed with me. When I decided on the Subaru, I knew I had to go to him. At that point he had transferred to another department, but still was my sales person, went out of his way to come in on his off day Saturday, to close the deal. He and the team there were professional, never pushed, relaxed, personable, and probably made it the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. Thank You Charles.

Great service - Bertg65
I had a great experience in buying my new Subaru Outback. I did all my research and compared brands before I went into a few dealerships. Miguel helped me and my wife. I have to say for a young guy he carried himself like a professional and has a passion in selling Subaru's. Joe was great very funny guy. I enjoy my experience at Lynne's unusually you step into a dealership and the salesmen is pushy or another manager comes and talks to you. Loved my experience at Lynne's.

First Time I Drove Home A Car on the Same Day!! - Len Resto
I needed to replace my 2010 Saab, which only had 48,888 miles, but which had been discontinued in 2010 through the genius of General Motors. It had become increasingly difficult to find parts and it was nearly impossible to find a buyer because no one wanted a car for which parts couldn't be found and Saab aficionados wanted pre-2000 Saabs--before GM ruined the brand. I had test driven the Fiat 500 and the Mini-Cooper Countryman and it just didn't speak to me. Friends recommended a Subaru; so, I went for a look.
I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Eli. I looked at the 2017 Impreza 2.0i Sport in Ice Silver with a cloth black interior with red stitching and immediately fell in love with the car. It was a 5 door- 4 passenger doors and a hatch. Exactly what I had had for years with Saab. The more I looked the more I was hooked. I have always purchased cars in the winter. I got an incredible trade-in price for my Saab and knew I would drive the Impreza home that day if I could get my price. I got my price.
Now a word about my sales advisor, Eli Krakinovsky. A young man who listens and isn't pushy. He heard me say that I was the Council Liaison to my town's Environmental Commission; so, driving an Outback or a Forester was not in the cards, despite friends recommending them. Eli heard what I said and steered me to either the Legacy or the Impreza. By that time, I had fallen in love with the Impreza. Eli had a great deal of patience because I asked a lot of questions, did a lot of talking and it took a little while to get to the price I wanted. Eli made everything happen in ONE day. So, this EXCEPTIONAL young man made things happen to the point that I drove to the dealership in a Saab and home on the same day in an Impreza. Impressive.
Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. If I was standing there, someone would ask "Are you being taken care of?" "Do you need a cup of tea or coffee?" This was my first experience at Subaru of Morristown and I'm glad to report it was 5-star positive.
"Extremely Pleased" - Pat & Tom
My husband and I recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Forrester. We were very pleased with the service and staff at Town Subaru. Jorge Batisla was our sales representative. He was courteous, patient, respectful and knowledgeable. While taking a test drive he took the time to explained all the whistles and bells on the model we wished to purchase. Peter, the financial manager, was also very organized and knowledgeable. On the day of delivery Jorge took the time again to review all the car details. We will definitely be return customers and be pleased to recommend Jorge and Town Subaru to our family and friends.

Multi Subaru Review - SandyCard30
I normally don't write reviews but I couldn't wait to share my experience with Multi Subaru! It was an amazing experience I have Rob K to thank mostly. I've been to plenty of dealerships in my lifetime & this one is by far my favorite. Rob was very assertive, knowledgeable & attentive. He's also very humorous & delivers excellent customer service. He to this day makes sure I am a satisfied customer! & handles all my inquiries no matter what time of the day it is. I almost own my Subaru Legacy, I love it! If it wasn't for Rob I wouldn't be in my dream car as well as the safest car I've ever driven! THANK YOU ROB thanks Multi Subaru.
Waste Of Money/ DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE - vadim1988
My name is Vadim Shpolyansky and I am writing this to inform you fellow Subaru owners to stay away from Subaru of Newton in Newton, Nj. If you care about your car, honest, and money then this story impacts you and your daily life. Let me start from the beginning, I was sold my car three years ago, excited about owning a Subaru because I have a family and safety is very important to me. Thinking things were great, I quickly learned they were not. I had minor issues with this car, but I over looked it because things happen and sometimes luck doesn't follow us. However because of recent circumstances, I feel I should be warning Subaru owners against this dealership. I went into Subaru to do some routine maintenance on my 2013 Subaru Outback; well this routine maintenance cost me around a $1,000. Fine I thought, I’ll pay, better to be safe. However, after a few days of having my car, I notice a weird noise coming from my car. I am a very thorough man. I pay attention to every little detail, especially after dropping $1,000 not even a week ago. Once again, I find myself at the Subaru dealership in Newton. This time they tell me it’s a wheel bearing which costed me $550. Fine, another payment I paid. For three years I went to this dealership. When they said to fix something I did it right away, no hesitations. I only went to them for three years because I trusted them. Clearly that was my mistake. Not even ONE month later and 4,000 miles later, I am getting my tires rotated at the local tire shop and the mechanic lets me know that my rubber boot was cut and grease was leaking out. I couldn't believe it. It was only one month since my car was in the dealership and now I had to bring it back? Ok fine. I called the manager and he said “If you brought it back two days later, I would say it was our fault. However it’s been one month and 4,000.” Why should I check my car after spending 1,500 dollars?! EXCUSE ME. When they installed the hub, they accidentally cut the boot. No one told me about it, and there’s no way to find that out unless you physically get out of the car. There’s no noise, no leaking. The only way to find out is to lift the car. How did this dealership expect me to do this? That is NOT my duty. Before they gave my car back, they should have checked EVERYTHING. That is NOT my job. It is THEIRS. This cost me another $580. Now it’s not even about the money at this point. It’s the pure disrespect. Also, to have grease leaking like that is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. I commute every day about a hour and 30 minutes. God forbid the grease leaked into my brakes and I couldn't stop. Who would support my family. It’s a xxxx shame that I trusted this Subaru of Newton dealership and they completely screwed me over. If you care about your life, money, and time: DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They lie and do not take responsibility for their own actions. It’s a shame. Subaru is such a great company and this dealership is the complete opposite. I will NEVER bring my car here again and I strongly suggest that you don’t either.
Bait and switch - sbassman
I made an appointment with their service department to have my trans checked out. I called and said I wanted to make an appointment for my free multipoint inspection they advertised. He asked if their was a concern I had, I said yes my trans seems to be slipping, and he booked my appointment. I went there today the service counter man said I don't know why he booked yo an appointment so late yet their hours say open till 8 and it was 5:15 PM. He told me it was going to cost over $200 to inspect. I told him I had coupon and he said it is only good to check my tires, alignment, balancing, This was not acceptable whereas I usually go to Miller Subaru which I highly recommend, but they are far away and this one is down the street.
I asked why would it cost so much, he said" I have to pay my employees"( then why advertise free inspection? scam). He then said he has to hook it up to a computer, test the fluid levels and test drive it and he charges $101/ hr and it will take 2 hours. Now I am a female but I'm not dumb. It does not take two hours to hook up computer and get readings, look at fluid and test drive. This is a scam and I NEVER experienced this at other dealership. I told him when I called the other dealer him and another certified shop said the only way to tell is how it rides, yo can't see inside. The desk man is an idiot to take advantage of woman like that and I call that bait and switch. When I asked him to write down what he would do for the 2 hours he refused because he didn't want to be at war with other deer...he means he doesn't want to put it in writing his scam. I am reporting them to State Attorney.
waited one hour for test drive, keys not available!!!!!!! - maryanne
Receptionist very friendly, wait very long, very chaotic place, got offered a beverage many times. Was told many stories about where the car was and then finally told by the used car manager the key was locked in the mechanics desk, and they didn't have the desk key,I didn't know mechanics had desks!!! Obviously, because I am a woman, they must think I am an IDIOT!!!!!!!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - READY2ROCKRECORDS
HORRIBLE SALESMAN, UNBELIEVEABLE EXPERIENCE & LOST WAGES
I am currently seeking relief through arbitration against my agreement with Kerbeck.
I am hoping to come to an agreement before we go through arbitration due to the sheer craziness of my experience with Kerbeck.
The main issue I have would be with the main salesman I dealt with but there were other things along the whole process that are causing me mental and financial distress including lost wages.
First of all, the salesman said many amazing things to me to sell me a vehicle. The one that sticks out in my mind the most is that he would legally help me to get the vehicle for free. He also said he was morally conflicted working for Kerbeck; that he had a second job/interest in helping people get out of financial distress, helping people fight the illegal actions of the dealership, the government and the loaning banks. He said Kerbeck did illegal things like purposefully discard important customer financial information and illegally allow banks to sell customer debts to debt collectors. He tells me all this to sell me a vehicle I didn't really want.
I told the salesman I was looking for a red or black SUV vehicle with Bluetooth to replace my old van. I was shown a silver SUV. When taking it for a test drive, the salesman told me the vehicle had Bluetooth. He also showed me the XM radio feature and told me I would get 30 days or 3 months (I can't remember which) of service free. He also started talking about books and legal documents pertaining to me being able to get this vehicle for free, legally. He told me the sales staff didn't work on commission so he had no real financial incentive to sell me the vehicle.
I shared with him that I'm a social worker who needed to replace an older van in order to continue picking up at-risk children as an advocate. He told me he believed in God, but didn't attend a church regularly. He kept saying this was the vehicle for me. That there was a reason I came into that dealership. He made it sound like that reason was that he would help me get this vehicle for free, legally. He kept showing me legal documents and book titles on his phone about how his methods helped get people out of debt and financial distress. I feel foolish now, but he was very convincing. I showed him my passion for these kids I work with and my love for God and he used it against me.
As it turned out, the vehicle has no Bluetooth. I also noticed during my test drive and his sales pitch that the vehicle had severe scratches on the doors and was missing all foot mats from the floor. When I looked up reviews and pricing online for such a vehicle in such a condition, I saw that the asking price was high. When I brought this to the salesman's attention, he said he would take care of me. He didn't say another word about the actual price until he walked me over to sign papers. The price was still way too high, of course. I didn't like that but I couldn't argue with free. No Bluetooth, scratches, no floor mats, wrong color. All these are issues but I wanted to have faith; I'm a working stiff praying for a deal and this salesman says he'll help me out.
Other things were troubling about my experience. After going into the signing room to purchase the vehicle, they sold me extended coverage for the vehicle. They told me it cost a dollar a day. I signed a 6 year financing agreement, but the coverage was only for 3 years. A dollar a day for three years or a dollar a day for 6 years? Why would I pay the extra $31 a month for the entire 6 years if the coverage is only for 3 years? The cost for this coverage is $1,775. 1,775 isn't a dollar a day for 3 years or 6 years. The main thing is that it wasn't 3 years like the salesman said. It was 3 years or 36k miles, whichever comes first. Well, that's a big difference to someone who plans on driving a lot picking up kids for work.
Two days after I got the vehicle, the XM turned off. I didn't even get the free 30 days or 3 months of music I was promised.
I've been wrestling with whether to write this review or not since I got the vehicle. I figure, if it works, just pay for it, be thankful I can get to work with these kids and take it on the chin for them. However, I don't want this to happen to anyone else. On the other hand, this salesman doesn't seem stable or safe and it could be dangerous to write the truth.
Two days ago, I was picking up some kids and the vehicle stopped working. It won't start up. I got AAA so I can tow the vehicle. I don't want to use the extended coverage I purchased because I'm afraid of what may happen to this vehicle if I leave it with anyone associated with Kerbeck or this salesman. In the meantime, I've got to prepare my case for arbitration, try to fix this vehicle. I'm also not able to see these kids, the whole reason I got the vehicle, and I'm losing money because I can't work. I'm hoping to refinance with another bank at better rates to help with any losses. I'm also hoping to be able to take this review down upon some sort of agreement.
I put out all this effort trying to help society and what does society have for me? A sham... thanks to Kerbeck Subaru in Pleasantville and some sociopath salesman. Thanks, universe.
