Buying a car could be a challenging experience, but we found that this wasn't the case at Ramsey Subaru. We were searching for a very specific car and when we found that Ramsey had what we were looking for, with ease we were able to set up an appointment to come in. to see it. When we first walked in we were greated by friendly receptionists who connected us with our Sales Rep, Kyle. Unfortunately the car we came in to see was just sold about an hour before! But based on the car that we came in to see, Kyle proposed many good options for us. He was very patient with our indecisiveness and helped to walk us through our best options, we felt so at ease and not pressured to settle for something we didn't want. My husband and I knew at this point that we didn't want to buy our car from anyone else. We opted to order our car, and Kyle walked us through the process step by step. Once our car arrived Kyle contacted us, set up an appointment, and started preparations for the sale of the car. He instructed us on how to proceed with insurance and advised us of all other documentation that would be needed. We came in and there were no surprises, everything went smoothly and just as Kyle explained to us! Within an hour we bought our car and drove home in it! Everyone we encountered were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous, we couldn't be happier with our car and looking forward to continue doing business together!

After doing my homework and meeting with two other dealerships, I was disgusted and angry with the way I was being "conned" I had worked with Flemington Subaru once before and had a great experience so I went back after many years. It was then that I met Andrey to calmly and professionally convinced me that this dealership had no gimics, no come ons and would listen to what I wanted to put me into the vehicle that best suited me. Andrey was professional, knowledgeable and easy to understand. He and the rest of the dealership bent over backwards to find me the right car in the perfect color with all of the perks that I wanted for the price that I could afford. There is no comparison between the crooks at the Morristown and Union dealership (Open Road affiliates......UGH!)

Wow, what can I say the worst case scenario happened . It's Friday nearing the end of the day and I got a blow out. I quickly called around to the two Subaru dealer in proximity to me. 'They did not stock the tire.' I could even believe it. Such a common tire "Goodyear 225/50 R 18" eagle ls2 was not in stock. Especially from a dealer. Then I was told by both of them, I have to wait till Monday. Not knowing what to do, I called Lester Glen... to my surprise Kathy Ottmer picked up my call... she put me at ease and told me they stock the tires and set up an emergency appointment for the next day.
What can I say " Lester Glen" 10 stars in my book....

Victory Subaru is the place to go! Very satisfied with the customer service I received and how welcoming everyone was when you enter the dealership. Unlike other places I've walked into previously, I was not hauled by all the salesmen. I was welcomed at the front door and was approached by a single salesman. Peter, the financial manager, was also very organized and knowledgeable. On the day of delivery Jorge took the time again to review all the car details. Purchased 2016 Impreza Premium in August. I had been researching multiple models, and had narrowed down to Corolla, Civic, and Impreza. I had only been communicating with Charles via email, and he was never pushy, answered my questions, responded to my changing needs (which there were many), and he was doing so great a job, I went out of my way to meet him and shake his hand to thank him for being so professional and relaxed with me. When I decided on the Subaru, I knew I had to go to him. At that point he had transferred to another department, but still was my sales person, went out of his way to come in on his off day Saturday, to close the deal. He and the team there were professional, never pushed, relaxed, personable, and probably made it the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. Thank You Charles.

My name is Vadim Shpolyansky and I am writing this to inform you fellow Subaru owners to stay away from Subaru of Newton in Newton, Nj. If you care about your car, honest, and money then this story impacts you and your daily life. Let me start from the beginning, I was sold my car three years ago, excited about owning a Subaru because I have a family and safety is very important to me. Thinking things were great, I quickly learned they were not. I had minor issues with this car, but I over looked it because things happen and sometimes luck doesn't follow us. However because of recent circumstances, I feel I should be warning Subaru owners against this dealership. I went into Subaru to do some routine maintenance on my 2013 Subaru Outback; well this routine maintenance cost me around a $1,000. Fine I thought, I’ll pay, better to be safe. However, after a few days of having my car, I notice a weird noise coming from my car. I am a very thorough man. I pay attention to every little detail, especially after dropping $1,000 not even a week ago. Once again, I find myself at the Subaru dealership in Newton. This time they tell me it’s a wheel bearing which costed me $550. Fine, another payment I paid. For three years I went to this dealership. When they said to fix something I did it right away, no hesitations. I only went to them for three years because I trusted them. Clearly that was my mistake. Not even ONE month later and 4,000 miles later, I am getting my tires rotated at the local tire shop and the mechanic lets me know that my rubber boot was cut and grease was leaking out. I couldn't believe it. It was only one month since my car was in the dealership and now I had to bring it back? Ok fine. I called the manager and he said “If you brought it back two days later, I would say it was our fault. However it’s been one month and 4,000.” Why should I check my car after spending 1,500 dollars?! EXCUSE ME. When they installed the hub, they accidentally cut the boot. No one told me about it, and there’s no way to find that out unless you physically get out of the car. There’s no noise, no leaking. The only way to find out is to lift the car. How did this dealership expect me to do this? That is NOT my duty. Before they gave my car back, they should have checked EVERYTHING. That is NOT my job. It is THEIRS. This cost me another $580. Now it’s not even about the money at this point. It’s the pure disrespect. Also, to have grease leaking like that is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. I commute every day about a hour and 30 minutes. God forbid the grease leaked into my brakes and I couldn't stop. Who would support my family. It’s a xxxx shame that I trusted this Subaru of Newton dealership and they completely screwed me over. If you care about your life, money, and time: DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They lie and do not take responsibility for their own actions. It’s a shame. Subaru is such a great company and this dealership is the complete opposite. I will NEVER bring my car here again and I strongly suggest that you don’t either.

This dealership deals with numbers not people. I called the dealership to find out if they had a Outback limited available. The salesman was friendly enough but after 1/2 of talking to him he figured out that in fact there were none in stock. I received a follow up phone call from their follow up desk. The guy that called was overly familiar and hung up on me when I told him that I was not satisfied in fact. There are plenty of dealerships that want and appreciate your business. Paul Miller is not one of them in my opinion. The people at Victory Subaru are terrific and polite. Ask for Carlos at Victory.
Bait and switch - sbassman
I made an appointment with their service department to have my trans checked out. I called and said I wanted to make an appointment for my free multipoint inspection they advertised. He asked if their was a concern I had, I said yes my trans seems to be slipping, and he booked my appointment. I went there today the service counter man said I don't know why he booked yo an appointment so late yet their hours say open till 8 and it was 5:15 PM. He told me it was going to cost over $200 to inspect. I told him I had coupon and he said it is only good to check my tires, alignment, balancing, This was not acceptable whereas I usually go to Miller Subaru which I highly recommend, but they are far away and this one is down the street.
I asked why would it cost so much, he said" I have to pay my employees"( then why advertise free inspection? scam). He then said he has to hook it up to a computer, test the fluid levels and test drive it and he charges $101/ hr and it will take 2 hours. Now I am a female but I'm not dumb. It does not take two hours to hook up computer and get readings, look at fluid and test drive. This is a scam and I NEVER experienced this at other dealership. I told him when I called the other dealer him and another certified shop said the only way to tell is how it rides, yo can't see inside. The desk man is an idiot to take advantage of woman like that and I call that bait and switch. When I asked him to write down what he would do for the 2 hours he refused because he didn't want to be at war with other deer...he means he doesn't want to put it in writing his scam. I am reporting them to State Attorney.
Price at the service desk was lower than what I was charged - wrong price posted
On November 29, 2016 I brought in my 2016 Outback for 20,00 mile service. Behind the service deck it was posted at one price . I was charged forty dollars more. When question about the difference is that they have not updated the prices. For now2 on I will have to question what the real cost will be.
I have no problem with the great service from the Kerbeck group. I even gave the mechanic a $10.00 tip,
