I'm a repeat Subaru customer, but I live in NY, not NJ. I've previously used a different dealership closer to me, but didn't have a great experience when I started looking to return my Forester lease and get a new one.
I emailed Liberty and was connected with Dan M (they have a lot of people named Dan) and he offered for me to come by any time, but also send along any quotes I got elsewhere so they could beat them. I sent them what I had gotten and he provided a lease price nearly $100 lower than I had anywhere else.
We talked a bit in email while I travelled for work, and he reached out to tell me about a Subaru promotion that dropped my up-front cost on the lease.
I came in to start the paperwork and there was no hassle, no pressure. We scheduled a pickup when I returned from my next business trip, and that couldn't have been smoother. I was in the dealership and out with my new car in under an hour, including all paperwork, leaving the old lease, etc. Dan Rovelli took care of getting me into the car, Rob in finance had the paperwork all ready, I signed it and drove off the lot before my lunch break was over.
This will be my new default Subaru car dealership, and I'll be recommending it to all of my friends.

This was the second Subaru I purchased from Ramsey Subaru. The price was great and the whole buying experience was quick. They even synced the car to my phone. I bought my Forester turbo off the lot; my only regret is that they didn't have more inventory.

Went to the dealership with specific requirements and price range. The information I found on their website matched exactly with their stock. The sales and finance team was pleasant and thorough as they helped me the find the best car in my price range. There was no pressure to buy the first car I looked at as it was slightly more expensive than I could afford. I was at Prestige for almost 6 hours because of my own pickiness and never once felt rushed or bullied into making a purchase. I am extremely happy with the service I was provided and the vehicle that I purchased.

I called and spoke to Charlie regarding a new model not yet in inventory that I wanted right away. Full disclosure, I did the same with several other dealers. Charlie shined in the fact that he made the greatest effort to track the vehicle in transit to provide detailed info as to when the vehicle would arrive. Had I not found it in stock elsewhere (and needed it that day) Charlie would have definitely earned my business. He followed up even after learning that I had bought it already. This is quite rare of sales teams, post sale, when you bought elsewhere. I would highly recommend Charlie to anybody that is shopping cars as he proves to hold high regard for the customer. I measure a dealership by fair pricing, low-stress environment, predictable processes to name a few. Cherry Hill met all these requirements for me. One thing that I weigh above all others is how the dealership responds to problems. There are always bumps in the road, and my most recent car purchase did have some issues which needed to be addressed. The folks at Cherry Hill not only made things right, but trusted me 100%, worked with me to identify solutions that worked best for me, and ended up making me an even more committed customer than before. I'll be coming down looking to replace another car soon!

Couldn't be happier with our car buying experience yesterday at Lucas Subaru. Our salesman, Joe Ellerman, was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Sales manager, Greg, also made things great for a smooth transaction. There was no high pressure or typical last minute "add ons" such as "window etching" or special "paint sealants" that many other dealers try to sell to increase their profits. The business/finance manager was thorough and swift helping to expedite our purchase - we were in and out of dealership from test drive to driving off lot in about 2 hours. I was thinking about buying a Subaru and decided to stop by Miller on the way home from work. I was greeted by DJ, who was very nice and relaxed. We started talking about what I was like for and he showed me different cars in a no pressure way. I felt very at ease the whole time. I was given a great number on my trade and didn't have to go back and forth with them. We went on a test drive, which was a lot longer then any other place I was ever at. Once we returned and told him I was interested he quickly returned with a solid number. He also provided me with a sheet of paper to shop Millers number. Not one other dealer really could beat the price. I returned to Miller the following day to sign the papers for the deal and there was no real attempt at up selling, the finance manager went over everything and took her time. My new car was nice and clean and ready to go. Before I left they sat with me and went over ever inch of my new Crosstrek to make sure I was good to go. If you are looking for a Subaru check out Miller and ask for DJ.

Very happy with the vehicles as they are the best built cars made and the dealer did everything to make the buying experience we have ever had! Very efficient. I have to say for a young guy he carried himself like a professional and has a passion in selling Subaru's. Joe was great very funny guy. The staff was very understanding with what I was looking for. I was in the market for a pre-owned car. I went there for a Honda even though they sell predominately Subarus. They are not like most salespeople in car dealerships where they try and finagle you into a car without even thinking or looking at it. They let you look around and let you actually have a feel of what you might potentially get. They were so helpful with the sale process of their cars and I would recommend them to everyone.

I can't say enough great things about this dealership. From the minute I requested a lease price for a 2017 Forester, I have been blown away. I was looking online for a car on the 4th of July while my sister was visiting us. She has a Subaru and suggested I take a look. While we were waiting for the fireworks to begin, I send a request to their website. I didn't expect an answer until the morning, but the General Manager (Paul) sent me a email RIGHT AWAY! I went to the dealership the next evening to take a test drive. I missed meeting the General Manager, but my salesman (Andrew) told me that he was answering emails while watching the fireworks with his family. Now that's what I'm talking about! Everyone was just great. The lease price was fair and I felt like I made a bunch of new friends. I will definitely send my sister here for her next Forester.
