Great customer service. - Eileen ortiz
I purchased my 2nd Subaru Forester from Ramsey with Alex P. I love my vehicle and would recommend Ramsey Subaru for great quality customer service.
A fast and easy purchase with Alex Welch - KatelovesSubarus
Needed a car in a hurry. They listened to me. They showed me the type of car that I was interested in. They stayed late to complete the transaction. I took delivery of the car the following day. This second purchase from Liberty Subaru.
"Excellent Experience" - seamcd
This is my second Forrester purchased from World Subaru......I can only hope that the folks that assisted me are around when I purchase my third... :)
Dennis McWeeney, Daniella Brisindi and manager Gene worked together as a team to make my purchase a positive experience. Dennis located the vehicle of my choice (which was not on the lot) during my initial visit, Daniella made the new (to me at least!) technology easy to follow and easier to utilize and Gene wrapped things up for me in an easy-going professional manner-I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and its employees to anyone....they all truly made me feel that I as the client came first and that I departed as a satisfied customer.
Many years of wonderful experiences - mj41jh
Have been buying my Foresters through Alex for more years than I can count. I have gotten great deals over the years. Very fair prices for my trade-ins as well! The service department can't be beat. Very satisfied with my new vehicle that I picked up on the 14th of Oct.
Dealership is like family - Graci
Have used their service department many years for my Subaru when I move back to NJ. Just bought my new Subaru Forester and had great experience at this dealership. Mary Bevan was my sales person and she went out of her way to find the car with the options I wanted. Helpful without being pushy, and helpful after the sale. Took time to show me some of the new features on the car before I drove off the lot. She is a gem and someone I know who is always willing to be of service when needed.
Besides, Mary in sales, the service department is excellent. Chris Sherman is always there for me to get my car in for service with my reliable mechanic, Dan Dean. The finance department was very helpful also.
Great experience! - Sandra Lange
My salesman, the sale manager and everyone involved in the transaction were very patient. It was my first "solo" purchase and they took the time to explain every step to me. I will be returning to this dealership again!

Best car buying experience out of the 15 prior ones in my life! Morton is a srtaight-shooter who never exaggerated a claim. Everything he quoted was on-point, and he delivered accurately. Couldn`t be more satisfied.
Go see Chito - Steph9288
Chito was great. We went in looking to get out of our current lease 6 months early because it was a lemon. We told him what we were putting down and the monthly rate and he made it happen (and believe me, we are frugal!).
Excellent Experience - Judy Cook
I can honestly say hands down that I would highly recommend Lester Glenn Subaru. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable and patient. I get a new car every three years, and I must say I have never received such excellent service. Excellent kudos to my salesman Jason Sansone for helping me through the process, as well as Andrew Tomlinson to explain all of the options my car had. I love my Outback limited. Thanks again to donate for his help. Go there and see for yourself.
Very pleasant experience - First new car
My salesperson turned out to be a good listener. I liked that very much. I bought a Forester and am pleased so far. Time will tell.
Iryna Obolonchyk provided fantastic service. - Leona,Tortie
Iryna Obolonchyk provided fantastic service. She was patient, helpful and friendly. She took me out for 3 test drives. In addition, she was knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.
Excellent Buying Experience - folman12345
New car buying experience was top notch! Highly recommend Joe Reynolds in Sales...very professional, friendly, and zero pressure when we were shopping around. I have yet to use the service department, but will be soon and I would expect the same level of satisfaction as I experienced in the rest of the dealership. A+ business and would consider future purchases there when necessary.
Great experience purchasing my new Subaru - Heather Lynn
On Saturday I got my first Subaru from here. Everyone was so nice and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. I worked with Ray, he was fantastic! Ray, Brian and Chris were great at answering any questions that I had throughout this entire process and making me feel at ease with my big purchase! I highly recommend Pine Belt Subaru! They know how to treat their customers!
Out of state purchase - JDova
I recently traveled from RI to NJ in search of a manual trans Nissan Frontier Crew Cab (long bed). Those trucks are fairly rare and even a close friend of mine who is a Nissan salesman couldn't find me one nearby. I drove three hours with my wife and two small children to arrive at the dealership only to hear that someone was on a test drive of that truck at that very moment! I was a bit annoyed and skeptical to learn that, but Tom H, my salesman said that nothing is set in stone until at least a deposit is in place. He knew I wanted a manual and didn't try to sell me something else. We just patiently waited for the truck to come back and went about it like a normal sale. Part of the way through I learned fortunately that the other buyer dropped out, and I never felt like they used that to their advantage (although it added some anxiety to the beginning of the sale).
They honored the Internet price and I didn't try to get them down any further, but they did add a shady "maintenance fee" of $450 directly to the price of the vehicle (separate from tax, tags, title, etc). Tom said that it is normally $900 and he got his manager to cut it in half. It was the only blemish on an otherwise pleasant experience. He and his finance manager worked quickly to get everything straightened out and made sure I would leave with the vehicle that day. They sent me some paperwork needed to get my out of state plates about a week later and I got my plates overnighted about another week after that.
Overall Tom H was very pleasant to work with and made the transaction as smooth as possible for an out of state buyer with a wife, a small child, and a baby. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in NJ or the surrounding states. The truck has been awesome so far!
Our first Subaru - HuntersSubaru1
We can't say enough about the service that we received yesterday while purchasing our first Subaru. Our salesman DJ, was great! He was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was never pushy. He listened to us and found us the perfect car. We are completely thrilled. Thank you for such a great experience!
Awesome Experience! - CheysG
Victory Subaru is the place to go! Very satisfied with the customer service I received and how welcoming everyone was when you enter the dealership. Unlike other places I've walked into previously, I was not hauled by all the salesmen. I was welcomed at the front door and was approached by a single salesman. Louis Hernandez was very informative and was very patient with us as we asked him several questions being that it was our first Subaru purchase. He went the extra mile by giving us the satisfaction every customer should have when purchasing one of the next big investments. I am very pleased my with my new 2016 Subaru Crosstrek! Thank you for the great experience and will definitely come back for another in the future.
The way it should be. - reviewer
Friends recommended Subaru of Morristown when I decided on a Forester, and I was not disappointed. Salesman Greg Hazan was a pleasure to work with - thoughtful, knowledgable, and prompt in all communications, including several follow-up calls to make sure I was happy with my new car. He was extremely professional and thoughtful throughout the entire process. See Greg when you are looking for your next Subaru!
Great Service department that went above and beyond for me. - jpza43
I recently bought my dream car at an out of state Subaru dealer. I had it for a week and noticed a whirring sound that I thought was coming from the center differential. When I took it in to Town Subaru I met with Jessie Arlington who became my service rep. They ran a diagnostic and deemed that the clutch needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the clutch isn't covered under warranty and I would have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. Jessie and the service manager, Jeffery Couch worked it out and are covering the repair at no cost to me. These guys saved me a ton of time and money, I will be recommending these guys to all my friends and family from now on.
Subaru Experience - fordtech1

Outstanding Customer Service - Krzysztof C
We went to Wayne Subaru after being severely disappointed by the customer service at Lynnes (which is much closer to our home). What a difference! Jim (our sales consultant) met with us twice and gave us unlimited time (we didn’t need much) to make an educated decision about the car we wanted to purchase. After a short conversation, he proposed that we can order the car that will match our expectations 100% rather than buying something they already had in stock. This is what we did. We picked all options, color, additional accessories, put $200 deposit and waited a couple of weeks for the car to arrive at the dealership. The testament to their professionalism is that they don’t overpromise: our car came faster than originally estimated and... IT MATCHED 100% what we ordered (I was actually surprised they REALLY took care of everything). During the process, I spoke to Jim couple of times, and he always provided courteous and friendly service, which made me comfortable. When the car arrived, the Finance Manager ( the younger gentleman who was filling for their “regular” finance manager) was on par with our current experiences. He took the time to explain all extended warranty options with no pressure to pick one over another. We were out of his office in less than one hour. Before we left, Wayne Subaru product specialist spent almost 1 hour giving us the demo of the most important features of the car, which was greatly appreciated. Last but not least, the price we paid was attractive (below MSRP), and it took us less than one hour from the moment we walked in, to a final handshake signifying a deal. Thank you, Wayne Subaru!
Multi Subaru Review - SandyCard30
I normally don't write reviews but I couldn't wait to share my experience with Multi Subaru! It was an amazing experience I have Rob K to thank mostly. I've been to plenty of dealerships in my lifetime & this one is by far my favorite. Rob was very assertive, knowledgeable & attentive. He's also very humorous & delivers excellent customer service. He to this day makes sure I am a satisfied customer! & handles all my inquiries no matter what time of the day it is. I almost own my Subaru Legacy, I love it! If it wasn't for Rob I wouldn't be in my dream car as well as the safest car I've ever driven! THANK YOU ROB thanks Multi Subaru.
Call any other Subaru dealership - aufarb
This dealership deals with numbers not people. I called the dealership to find out if they had a Outback limited available. The salesman was friendly enough but after 1/2 of talking to him he figured out that in fact there were none in stock. I received a follow up phone call from their follow up desk. The guy that called was overly familiar and hung up on me when I told him that I was not satisfied in fact. There are plenty of dealerships that want and appreciate your business. Paul Miller is not one of them in my opinion. The people at Victory Subaru are terrific and polite. Ask for Carlos at Victory.
Waste Of Money/ DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE - vadim1988
My name is Vadim Shpolyansky and I am writing this to inform you fellow Subaru owners to stay away from Subaru of Newton in Newton, Nj. If you care about your car, honest, and money then this story impacts you and your daily life. Let me start from the beginning, I was sold my car three years ago, excited about owning a Subaru because I have a family and safety is very important to me. Thinking things were great, I quickly learned they were not. I had minor issues with this car, but I over looked it because things happen and sometimes luck doesn't follow us. However because of recent circumstances, I feel I should be warning Subaru owners against this dealership. I went into Subaru to do some routine maintenance on my 2013 Subaru Outback; well this routine maintenance cost me around a $1,000. Fine I thought, I’ll pay, better to be safe. However, after a few days of having my car, I notice a weird noise coming from my car. I am a very thorough man. I pay attention to every little detail, especially after dropping $1,000 not even a week ago. Once again, I find myself at the Subaru dealership in Newton. This time they tell me it’s a wheel bearing which costed me $550. Fine, another payment I paid. For three years I went to this dealership. When they said to fix something I did it right away, no hesitations. I only went to them for three years because I trusted them. Clearly that was my mistake. Not even ONE month later and 4,000 miles later, I am getting my tires rotated at the local tire shop and the mechanic lets me know that my rubber boot was cut and grease was leaking out. I couldn't believe it. It was only one month since my car was in the dealership and now I had to bring it back? Ok fine. I called the manager and he said “If you brought it back two days later, I would say it was our fault. However it’s been one month and 4,000.” Why should I check my car after spending 1,500 dollars?! EXCUSE ME. When they installed the hub, they accidentally cut the boot. No one told me about it, and there’s no way to find that out unless you physically get out of the car. There’s no noise, no leaking. The only way to find out is to lift the car. How did this dealership expect me to do this? That is NOT my duty. Before they gave my car back, they should have checked EVERYTHING. That is NOT my job. It is THEIRS. This cost me another $580. Now it’s not even about the money at this point. It’s the pure disrespect. Also, to have grease leaking like that is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. I commute every day about a hour and 30 minutes. God forbid the grease leaked into my brakes and I couldn't stop. Who would support my family. It’s a xxxx shame that I trusted this Subaru of Newton dealership and they completely screwed me over. If you care about your life, money, and time: DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They lie and do not take responsibility for their own actions. It’s a shame. Subaru is such a great company and this dealership is the complete opposite. I will NEVER bring my car here again and I strongly suggest that you don’t either.
Bait and switch - sbassman
I made an appointment with their service department to have my trans checked out. I called and said I wanted to make an appointment for my free multipoint inspection they advertised. He asked if their was a concern I had, I said yes my trans seems to be slipping, and he booked my appointment. I went there today the service counter man said I don't know why he booked yo an appointment so late yet their hours say open till 8 and it was 5:15 PM. He told me it was going to cost over $200 to inspect. I told him I had coupon and he said it is only good to check my tires, alignment, balancing, This was not acceptable whereas I usually go to Miller Subaru which I highly recommend, but they are far away and this one is down the street.
I asked why would it cost so much, he said" I have to pay my employees"( then why advertise free inspection? scam). He then said he has to hook it up to a computer, test the fluid levels and test drive it and he charges $101/ hr and it will take 2 hours. Now I am a female but I'm not dumb. It does not take two hours to hook up computer and get readings, look at fluid and test drive. This is a scam and I NEVER experienced this at other dealership. I told him when I called the other dealer him and another certified shop said the only way to tell is how it rides, yo can't see inside. The desk man is an idiot to take advantage of woman like that and I call that bait and switch. When I asked him to write down what he would do for the 2 hours he refused because he didn't want to be at war with other deer...he means he doesn't want to put it in writing his scam. I am reporting them to State Attorney.
