I requested pricing on a new Forester via TrueCar.com. Ramsey Subaru responded with the lowest price and with only the options I wanted. They found the car I wanted, which was somewhat rare due to the color choice and manual transmission, and delivered it to me before the promised date. They did not try to pressure me into unwanted options, paint protection, or any other nonsense. Total time spent including the first meeting and car pickup was less than 1 1/2 hours.
Easiest Car Purchase Ever - mike&michelle
From the time we walked into the dealership, it was a pleasant experience. We were greeted by the hostess, who introduced us to Mike, our salesman. Mike was informative, pleasant, and most importantly, didn't pressure us at all. Although we were talking to Mike for a bit, we decided we wanted to think about it. Mike didn't once ask us to make a decision or leave a deposit on the spot. We called Mike back when we were ready to purchase the car, and Mike made it the easiest experience in buying a car ever. We have purchased and/or leased multiple cars over the past 25 years, and have had mostly negative experiences. This was the most pleasant experience we ever had. Everyone was upfront and honest, and there were no hidden surprises. Kevin, the manager, was extremely helpful in the purchase of our vehicle, and we would highly recommend this dealership. I was leery, having to shop for a car, after my vehicle, of so many years, had reached its time to be replaced. I spent 11 hours of exhaustive research on TrueCar.com, and endured 96 emails and several voice mails (to-date) of bounce backs from various dealers as a result of using TrueCar - and all this after having narrowed down my car choice to only Subaru, based on my particular needs and requirements. After meeting me and reviewing my TrueCar stats and quickly realising high pressure sales-y tactics and the like were not appropriate, my rep endeavoured to make the buying process as painless as possible for me, which I very much appreciated, and am grateful. I am satisfied with the purchase.
Subaru Forester 2016-Happy in My New Vehicle - BillVTNJ
After 3 years with my Subaru Outback, I decided to test drive a 2016 Forester. Andrey Lipovetskiy quickly set things up and we were off. Since he has a Forester himself, he was able to go through all the features completely. Although the color I wanted (black) wasn't on the lot, Andrey said they work to find it. Luckily one arrived later that week, as he said "It was meant to be!".
Although I was out of state on business, Andrey and I were able to complete most of the paperwork remotely. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule needs and get me in my great new vehicle the day after I returned home.
The rest of the team at Flemington Subaru were helpful and very friendly. Frank set me up with a convenient maintenance agreement that will save money over my lease. I would highly recommend this dealership in general and Andrey in particular. Thanks to you all for the great service!

We had been waiting for a Forester Touring in white to arrive and once it was confirmed, we headed down to Turnersville in the pouring rain. We were greeted immediately by Antonio who went and found the car and brought it into the car port for us to take a look at. After a quick test drive, my wife and i knew it was the one we wanted. After discussing the price, we quickly agreed on a price within the range we were hoping for and had our car! We set up our follow up visit and scheduled our first oil change. Antonio then took the car to detailing and explained all the features to us and we were on our way. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Made a rainy day a great day. Plus there was a DOUBLE RAINBOW.

I came here to purchase a new WRX, a car I instantly fell in love with when I saw my friends. I was thinking to myself oh man, this is going to be a pain. Not the case. My sales rep Joseph Ervin is a class act. The guy started out by making sure I was comfortable and asked if I wanted any refreshments. Then he took his time with me, asking me questions about what I was looking for to clarify my wants and needs. Then he showed me a beautiful WRX in the yard based on my needs and asked if I wanted to test drive it. Ofcourse I did! I fell in the love with the car instantly, but not the color. No worries he said, I have the same car coming in this afternoon from our sister dealership in pa! I was sold. He made everything so easy, and comfortable during my purchase. As a business owner myself I understand the important of giving credit where credit is due. Subaru 46 gave me a fantastic deal all around, and the thing I loved best was talking to the manager since step one. Eliminated all the back and forth and made me feel like I was friends and family. My sales person Denise went out of her way to explain to me the new technology which I thought was going to be impossible. When you go ask for Denise and Nicolette, you won't regret it!

Well this is the second Subaru I've bought here. The first was my aunts a couple months ago, and now mine a couple weeks ago. First off, I got the WRX. At this time the 2014 were being snatched up left and right because they were getting rid of the hatches. Well, my salesman hunted one down for me and got everything I needed for me. It was great. Now I love my car more then anything. I worked with Dev'n. Great kid. I would recommend him and when I say he got done what he needed so I could leave with that car, he did. He got whatever problem that arose solved quickly.

This was my first time buying a car, and i was expecting it to be difficult and confusing, but the staff at Town Subaru, especially Jorge Batista, made everything much easier for me and my husband. Initially we came in with no expectations of buying a car on our first visit, bu Jorge really helped us and explained everything to us so clear that we put down a deposit on our first car. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and really try their best to give their customers a great experience, hassle free. We are so happy with our new Crosstrek and will definately be recommending Town Subaru to all our friends!

Had gone in over the weekend and the salesman we talked to wasn't the best but we chalked it up to him possibly being new. He was not knowledgeable about the cars at all and could barely answer any of our questions. However, he did inform us of a great deal going on (a reasonable down payment and low monthly lease cost).
Fast forward to a few days later, when we come in ready to lease, he now tells us that the down payment with fees would be an additional $3K. There was NO mention of these fees on our weekend visit, let alone that they would be DOUBLE the original amount. He had also told us over the weekend that the down payment for a different model would be under $2K with another low monthly payment. When we asked about that one instead, his response was that he never said that which was a flat-out lie. When we asked exactly what those fees were made up of, he couldn't even explain it to us.
This guy was such a terrible salesman I honestly have no idea how he is still working there. He completely ruined my opinion of this dealership as well as my father's who had actually purchased his car from them! We walked right out and leased from a different dealer that night.

Just signed a lease for a 2016 Forester. Prior to visiting Subaru of Morristown, we went to another dealer and the difference in service was just night and day. Glenn, our salesman, made our car-buying experience as easy and stress-free as it could have possibly been. He was so friendly knowledgeable about the cars and in under two hours we left feeling very confident in our decision to lease. Bob, the general sales manager was also wonderful. From the beginning, we really felt that he gave us the best deal he could. BAD COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE - Long Distance Buyer
I had the same sort of experience as Melbourne 76.
The people working at Kerbeck Subaru have possibly the worst customer service and communication skills of any car dealership I’ve ever encountered. Since the end of April – it’s now late September - they’ve had a used car on their website that I’m interested in. At first it was way too much money, but over the summer the price dropped enough so that I ventured an email inquiry to them.
I only used an electronic inquiry because I’m over 100 miles from the dealership and stopping by if we were nowhere close to a deal would have wasted my time as well as theirs. My first communication was with Vince but he would not respond after the initial contact. I once again used the inquire button on the car’s listing and communicated with Matt twice. He stopped responding after we talked on the phone and I couldn’t make it to the dealership on Labor Day.
Really being interested in the car, I used the inquire button a third time and again communicated with Vince. In each of my communications I was very clear about the deal I wanted – my car and $1000 for their car. Vince’s final communication with me before I visited the dealership was, “It sounds like we are close on the trade but would it be impossible for us to guarantee it with out seeing your trade in person.”
I completely understood that figuring they’d say something like, “your car and $1200,” or “your car and $1500,” for their car. I decided that it seemed likely that we’d be able to make a deal so I headed to Pleasantville. It was a three and a half hour trip because of construction on the Schuylkill Expressway.
When we arrived at Kerbeck neither Vince or Matt was available. I should have known that when your salesman is hiding from you you’re in trouble. I meet with a salesman named Paul who was nice enough.
After doing the test drive we got to the deal. Suddenly their car went from the internet price of $8750 to $9900 and our deal went from my car and $1000 to my car and $6800! Had I thought that we were even going to be at my car and $2000 I would not have bothered driving the 120 miles. (Before I suggested my deal I checked NADA. The value of my trade-in is $5400 and the retail value of their car is $7000.)
Since there was no way I was going to pay $12,200 (my car and the $6800) for a $7000 car we left the dealership and headed home. Kerbeck wasted an entire day for me. When I got home I tried calling Vince and got his voice mail. I left a message and he did not call me back. I also sent an email which has also been ignored.
My advice: Avoid this place like the plague. If their communication and customer service is this bad when buying a car their after a sale follow-up must be really horrible!
