Best service dept. I have had a great experience here with my cars. They always go over and above and have tons of patients for questions. I can be very annoying which I know because I am particular. They went to extra trouble to take time and talk about an issue I was having and are always so nice about doing so. They even follow up after spending tons of time when I was there, after I left, the actually called me back to answer a general question I had. They put all other service dept to shame.

The service I got done on my car at Subaru 46 was fast, and done well. My service adviser Maggie told me all the work that need to be done on my car before the work was done. I was a little confused with all that needed to be done so she introduced me to the manager, Ken Goss. He was able to explain in detail what needed to be done and why. I was very very pleased with the service and time that the staff at Subaru 46 took with me during their busy day. I would come back and recommend this company to friends.

I had my 2010 forrester service done in mid-December including timing belt replacement. Within a month, my vehicle would not start because of timing belt. I did not have access to a vehicle for a week. The service department claims it was a faulty new Subaru part and would not reimburse me for the incidental expenses.

Kevin Green changed my opinion of dealership services. Kevin went out of his way to make sure I was the least bit inconvenienced while they did repairs to my Outback. His communication, explanation and customer service exceeded my expectations and past experiences. The mechanics, who I did not meet, went the extra step after the initial repair was completed. They heard something while test driving, investigated and determined a replacement of a factory item needed to be done. 5 stars to the service department from a very satisfied customer.

He was courteous, patient, respectful and knowledgeable. While taking a test drive he took the time to explained all the whistles and bells on the model we wished to purchase. Peter, the financial manager, was also very organized and knowledgeable. On the day of delivery Jorge took the time again to review all the car details. Shopping for a CPO Impreza. Tired of dealing with the local dealers, decided to drive 45 mins. to visit Kerbeck Subaru in Pleasantville. Turned out to be a great decision. Saw an Impreza on their website. Got to the dealership and the car was parked in front, ready to be inspected and driven. No pressure sale, no price haggling, no hidden costs, no jamming nonsense extras into the deal. This was a breath of fresh air! Can't say enough for the assistance from the salesman Fred Perez, Internet Manager Matthew Slobodjian and the Finance Manager Mike Wheeler. Extremely satisfied with the entire transaction, I will definitely be back again.
My first car buying experience - Jake
This was my first car buying experience and I asked a lot of questions and test drove a lot of cars for two months before deciding on what I wanted. Mike answered ALL my question as well as my parents questions without hesitation and for those tough questions he couldn't answer he found the person who could. He even text me answers to questions I had after I left the dealership! He added that personal touch that always makes that atmosphere more friendly. He went above & beyond what I expected a salesman would do as well as "Make that Deal "happen so I can afford that dream SUV in my price range.
Very Poor Salesmanship and Customer Service - subarufam2017
Went in with my wife to trade in our Subaru lease to purchase a NEW Subaru. We asked to see the Legacy and Impreza - but the Impreza coupe - not the hatch. We took two test drives - but in different cars - the Impreza was a hatch - not the coupe - and the Legacy was a base model - not the Sport we asked to see.
Engines were the same though - interiors were basically the same - so we went along. During the test drives the salesman was dead silent on his phone in the back seat - had to ask him questions to get any info on the car.
Then we go in to work out terms to see which car we would purchase. Salesman comes out with numbers for both cars - payments and money down - but no stickers - no price on each car, what features were on each car - no information on the actual cars we wanted to purchase at all. (and remember we did NOT see them even to look at) When I asked the salesman to see the info on each car - the sticker price, fees, etc. he went back to the manager. Manager came to us - frustrated and angry that we were asking questions - he showed us some numbers - (they didn't add up btw) - was pissed off and said we were getting sticker price (false) - my wife and I left. We will NOT be going back to that dealer to trade in our leases (oh that too - we have TWO Impreza leases that are both up in September - we could have purchased not one but TWO new cars!

Absolutely horrendous service! Bought car from this dealership last December, salesperson (Zack) promised would overnight registration as soon as they received, but never bothered to do so. When I called to find out whether they had received it, they casually mentioned they had received it more than 10 days before, but would not mail as owed a $12 balance! This is after we bought a $20,000 car paying most of it in cash! Then to top it up, they were supposed to ship us our old license plate, but again never did. When I called to find out why we had not received it, their manager in charge of used cars (name is John Hannon) called me back to tell me that they had accidentally destroyed it trying to remove it from our old vehicle, but again never bothering to let us know. Then he had the gall to tell me that we had to deal with it ourselves. Another word of caution, these weasels will sell you a car, take forever to process the paperwork, then at the very end they'll take you into a room where the store manager will sneakily upsell you on some extended warranty costing over $1500! By then you're exhausted and just want to get it done. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. They are total xxxxxxxx!!!!!

Receptionist very friendly, wait very long, very chaotic place, got offered a beverage many times. Was told many stories about where the car was and then finally told by the used car manager the key was locked in the mechanics desk, and they didn't have the desk key,I didn't know mechanics had desks!!! Obviously, because I am a woman, they must think I am an IDIOT!!!!!!!
