What a scam car dealership! Since they weren’t going to be making money off of my lease buyout they decided to push for a warranty. We were told Toyota financial makes you have a warranty. Ok cool we will come back with a check and they refuse to do the paperwork for us without buying a warranty! After being loyal to this dealership we won’t come back ever again.

I can’t say enough about my experience with buying a new car from Toyota of Vineland. My salesperson, Kary Lopez, is exceptional. She listened to what I was interested in and guided me through the entire process to ensure that I got exactly what I had wanted. During the two months that it took before my car actually arrived, Kary kept me fully apprised the entire time. Then when it finally arrived she was very thorough in explaining how to maneuver through all the controls. What’s even more impressive with Kary, she continues to provide me with support so she doesn’t stop being your caring salesperson once the sale is made. I’ve had my car for two months now and she still assists me with questions that I have with accessing something that I’m not sure of. Shore Toyota and their service department deserve 7 stars. I had my vehicle towed in with a sudden mechanical problem. No appointment but they were able to evaluate the issue within two hours. Great response, fair pricing, and 100% great A+ care from the service team. Service Manager Roger Wisnewski was attentive and flexible as I made arrangements for follow up service. I am not a big fan of dealer-based service, but Shore Toyota earned my respect and repeat business.

At a time when it was hard to find a new Prius, we stopped by here and were lucky to have been greeted by Spencer McCoy. He listened to us as we explained what each of us (daughter and I) were looking for. Her dream car was in stock, but she wasn’t ready to commit that day. He understood her hesitancy and said to let him know when she was ready (seriously, NO pressure at all). Three days later she was ready and so was the car. Mr. McCoy was also able to find a Prius for me (which arrived weeks ahead of when we expected). He walked each of us through the sales process, and explained everything we needed to know about our cars. He contacted us personally when the plates arrived and installed them himself as well. The dealer for the last car my family bought (Audi) was no where as courteous, nor willing to take the time for the little things. While I am sure everyone at this dealership is very nice and knowledgeable, we really consider ourselves lucky that Mr. McCoy happened to be the person to greet us when we first arrived.
