We were looking to buy a new truck with a plow. We spent 2 hours going over everything with the salesmen, Joshua Smith. In the end, when we came to an agreement on the price, they took back their offer. They supposedly forgot to add the price of the plow to the truck. We spent 2 hours going over this. We asked to speak with the manager and he was rude. He told us they were #1 and honest, I don't think so. We will never go back to this dealership and I will let everyone know about our experience so It doesn't happen to anyone else!

When I brought in the car for its first oil change as its second owner they put in Mobil 1 synthetic oil. The owners manual clearly states that oil meeting GM Standard GM6094M. GM6394M is your standard 5W-30 oil.
The oil they put in the vehicle, Standard GM4718M, (Mobil 1) is NOT recommended for this car. Again, the owners manual clearly states that Mobil 1 synthetic oil is intended for use in V8 vehicles ONLY.
Why did they do this? The answer to this question is obvious. An oil change using Mobil 1 costs more than twice that of an oil change that uses your standard motor oil.
On another occasion I went in to have a radar dectector hard wired to the fuse box. When I got the bill for the service their was a 5 dollar charge for hazardous material disposal. When I asked about the charge I was told that the system had a glitch in it which added the charge to my bill. I was reimbursed for this charge only after confronting them about it.
