Then came new manager (third we had dealt with, past two had been great) and new service manager (last one had been soooooooo good). We had a problem with a part that had already been fixed under warranty(door not closing). Door broke again and they said they would be willing to work with us. Sounds good. The big assistance was to give us 10% off. Wouldn't you think a part they had fixed that rebroke 14 months later would be fixed at no cost. They didn't think so. I am so disappointed. I have never written a negative review before on anything, but this is not a cheap fix. It is over $200. I am sorry that this will no longer be a dealership I trust or admire.
