The service work my car had at Trites today was a wonderful experience! Starting with the cup of coffee in the comfortable waiting area, the shuttle service, the work needed was fully explained,and all the work was completed with my total confidence the car was having the best of care! Scott and Marv made the whole service appointment an excellent one! The service provided was well worth the cost I paid.

Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.

There was oil leak in my car. Went to get fixed, asked specifically that there is only 1 oil leak and the head gasket was not leaking. I told them if it is more than $500-$700 i would rather trade it in as the car was getting old. They categorically stated that there is no other leaks. Got it fixed for $600. A week later still leaking, went back and they said they had not tightened the bolts properly. They tightened the bolts (for free off course). Two weeks later the car was still leaking Oil. Went back and they said the head gasket is leaking! Cost $2400 but would deduct $600 because of the the prev leak. Went to my mechanic and he did not think the head gasket was leaking as there was no oil below the head gasket, only above it! But there was definitely a leak. So decided not to get the car fixed - traded it in. obviously did not buy the new car from them! So at minimum they were incompetent as they could not even determine the source of the leak. Had to make 2 additional trips for their mistakes and cost me $600 for nothing! On plus, the service managers were pleasant. Pity the service manger do not check the workmanship - seriously how difficult is to start the car leave it for 10 minutes and see if there is any leak!

The best dealer ever - ripper

If you are looking for a dealership that is down right the best, look no further. My daughter bought a used car from a "mom and pop" dealer. The car has caused her nothing but problems. Devon in the service dept. came to her rescue as did Frank, the mechanic. This car was turned from a nightmare to a pleasure to drive. Thanks to Stratham Mitsubishi who worked with us! My daughter works two jobs to make ends meet. Their prices were always fair, the work was complete and there was NEVER ANY UNNECESSARY WORK DONE. Let me say this, as a father who lives over 260 miles away, my daughter has found a rare deal AN HONEST AND FAIR CAR DEALERSHIP. Do yourself a favor - become their next customer!
