I have purchased 2 vehicles at Circle Infinity and have been a satisfied customer for 10 years. The service department is Great always good service. Although Pam has been my service person in the past and has always provided excellent service for my last service on 4/18/24 Joe N was my service person and also provided excellent service. Both service reps were courteous and took the time to explain what services were being done and then what additional services were recommended. Also like that the dealership offers a loaner car and car wash. Both Pam and Joe are great representatives of the Circle Infiniti dealership and their mission to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.

Our experience at Douglas Infiniti was the absolute best compared to any other dealership we have ever been to. We simply brought our 2022 QX80 in because one the keys were not working properly, and we walked out of there a short time later with a brand new 2024 QX80, and that was only because the staff were kind, not pushy, and worked with our budget! Everything about our experience was excellent! Armand, Jorge, and Nikolas...all wonderful! If it weren't for their pleasant personalities, we would have left with our older vehicle. Thank you so much for everything!

I had an emergent problem with my infinity. They were able to schedule me right away and have the problem looked at and rectified and back into my vehicle that afternoon. John Keane was my service advisor and was extremely thorough clear and helpful of making sure everything went smoothly and providing transportation to and from my residence. Also in a timely fashion. This is how you run a service department. 5 stars service for sure. I'd give more if I could. Also special thanks to the drivers Mike and Louis. And whoever cleaned my vehicle did an excellent job even did the tires. Just a great experience l.

I wondered why the customer experience had declined so much since Brian left. After multiple errors and phone calls, I finally spoke to someone who was honest and shared with me that they are no longer an Infinite dealership. They are not legally allowed to do warranty repair work on your Infiniti dealership. So very sad things have deteriorated so much. Steer clear.
