Great customer service by Sales Rep Jalile Best and Sales Manager Eric Christensen at Ciocca Volkswagen. This review is especially for those buying/leasing an ID.4 EV, and live in a NJ area that is serviced by PSEG. PSEG has a program to rebate up to $1500 for purchase and installation of an EV Charger. Ciocca was running a promotion through VW, lease a ID.4 and get a free charger (I do not know if that program is still available). PSEG's policy requires a receipt for the charger. The charger was free and no receipt given. I could not get the rebate without a receipt. Even though we leased this car back in August 2023, we received excellent service from Jalile.Best He did not forget us. He informed his General Manger and we promptly received the needed letter. The point is, this dealership truly deserves your business. The Ciocca Dealerships are a family owned business that consistently takes care of their customers beyond the delivery date of the car. We also leased a Subaru from their Flemington Store and received similar excellent service. Thank You Jalile and Eric.

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing. While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

I sent my Car for 2 tires to be changed. They had recommended my rear brakes be changed which they reminded me at beginning of this appointment. After picking up my car not 3 minutes driving the break light comes on. I have never had brake light on before. Quite a coincidence. I called and spoke to Ttayh-Anthony Hyatt. and got the response" if you want the brake light to come off ,fix your brakes". I am so upset . Once the audi care expires they find a million things wrong to get your money but while your car is under warranty nothing is wrong. Stay away from them. I am never going back there.

I recently did my 30K service at Mendham Audi. I made an appointment at 9:00am. I dropped my car there on time & asked roughly how long the car service will last, was told it would take ~ 1.5 hours. We came back after 2.5 hours & was told my car was not ready & we have come back again. The customer service people were very rude & blamed us for communication problems. It is just a lube job, what kind of fine communication do you need?

Service department worst of the worst Went to the dealership over ten times, my vehicle was in the shop for 52 days within a 3 month period since dashboard cluster kept indicating remote key not detected. It’s safe to say they didn’t have a clue what they were doing, and when they finally fixed it, on the drive home I realized the sunroof only retracts a quarter of a way and the sunshade 3 quarter of the way. I spoke to Marc Scalera (service advisor) and he told me it’s just a setting they have to reprogram - “a quick fix” - and to bring the vehicle in a week because they’re busy. Came back a week later and after waiting a couple of hours, Marc says they cannot reprogram it, a mechanism broke, and they need to disassemble the sunroof and need the vehicle for 3 or 4 days, and the next loaner available in 2 weeks. Two weeks later I receive a phone call to reschedule the appointment for another week because they don’t have enough technicians. A week later, when I returned Marc told me they don’t have any loaner available and they only have one technician working. If that was the case, they should have plenty of loaners available and it’s very blatant they’re giving me the runaround. When I asked Marc why he didn’t notify me, he responded “I didn’t know you were coming” - so much for service advisor. This happened under their supervision and negligence on their part - they showed no remorse. It is apparent they don’t intend to fix the sunroof because is to complicated for them. The first day I took the vehicle to rectify the issue with remote key not detected, Marc Scalera called me and told me that they picked up an error code on my MMI and for them to fix it is going to cost $1,000, but today is my lucky day and they will do it for $750. I told Marc first of all I didn’t bring the vehicle there for that and second of all there nothing wrong with my MMI, he told me that it has the potential of going bad. Think about that - would you pay $750 because “it has the potential of going bad?” That’s your definition of a SNAKE OIL SERVICE ADVISOR. For the record three months later the MMI is still working for the simple reason there is nothing wrong with it and it’s working like a charm. I challenge Jim Desimone (General Manager) and Brooke Canty (owner) to call me so I can elaborate. Audi of Newton continues to say how much they value their customers - well guess what? I’m the customer - show me, walk the walk. I will update this review in the future.

I receive a call when my car is ready and if there are any additional details I need to know. When I pick up my car, it is washed and ready to go. Thanks again for your help! Great people, horrible experience though. After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly. At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience. But it gets better.. After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.
