Came in to Lucas Chevrolet in a bit of a rush to inquire about having my vehicle serviced and get an oil change. The service department was swamped and I could tell almost immediately that I wasn’t going to be able to squeeze the oil change and maintenance into my schedule. However, your service advisor Jenna Jurick went over and beyond to try to accommodate me (despite my being a walk-in & not having an appointment . Kind, courteous, & professional. Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills! Though I wasn’t able to have my vehicle serviced on this occasion, I will absolutely be back to have my vehicle serviced because of the service I received from this young lady!

My Malibu PREMIER needed overnight service and I was provided with a free loaner vehicle. Bill the technician did an immaculate service and repair with a nice video shot to my phone showing me details of review of my car. Brian in finance renewed my extended warranty with great coverage and very reasonable rates for the next few years. And of course I can't leave out the Service Manager who oversees the service dept. Marty was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way on my needed repairs. He evaluated my needs and had the repairs completed in less that 5 hours. He informed me of 2 other issues that I was mot aware of BUT did not push me on the additional repairs needed that he found. I will definitely take mt Impala back to him if I can't do the needed service myself.

My car stalled out twice and I was afraid to drive it. This was at 5:30pm. I called Wigder and asked if they could squeeze me in for service the next morning. They did! The car was repaired within an hour and I was on my way. No more stalling.

Just purchased a used car from another dealer. Chris had them check out the entire vehicle. He advised me of all the new parts that had been recently replaced, tested all systems, checked all fluids and tires. Said car was in great condition and recommended a new battery because it was the original and 7 years old. I did the battery replacement and he got me a great price on the best battery. Chris was amazing and I will be back when I need service.
