We turned in our 2013 Escape for a 2016 Escape. Bill Barton was very knowledgeable about all the Ford products and was very efficient. He took the time to show all the details on our new vehicle before we drove it away. Bill is a real Ford guy. My family have been buying vehicles from this dealership for 20+ years and have always been happy with the results. The service department is also very good.

Be careful! They try to get you with extremely high rates and try to get you to see if your stupid! They lie and say they aren't allowed to take cars to mechanics. Do not buy from them unless you have the car looked at and pay cash. They talk up a storm but they try to scam you into buying a piece of crap. They also said that deposits could not be reimbursed if you choose not to purchase the car.

Went on a test drive, was able to negotiate a deal and take home the used Scion TC 2010 car that I wanted to purchase. Thanks for being helpful and respectful during the car buying process. Met everyone and paid cash for the car. Would recommend and buy from again!

Purchased a new Levante from the them. Sales Chris Kang was great and professional.
The moment I had to meet with the service problems began.
Service department needs to grow a pair, step up and be responsible for mistakes that they made and part that they break.
Service lacks professionalism and customer respect.
Shane Rotolo, Assistant Service Manager, does not promptly respond to the phone calls or emails. Takes days to know if he got your email and if he will even work on your issue.
Service department has no Quality Checks. After several service quality issues they did not bother to QC a car before delivering. As a result one side windshield molding was installed properly, damaged and I had to make another trip to them to replace this part. It took them 1 month to order it. When other dealer said they can have it in 4 days.
Also, when installing a car roof rack they managed to install in backwards, ignoring obvious instructions.

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing.
While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

$ 5,000.00. Brought one of my daughters to purchase a 2005 sonata there was a brownish spot on the roof, we were told it was bird feces turned out to be rust. Her car had no mats, no cigarette lighter and no spare key salesperson said he would pay for these items: Art Padula
My van had no spare key, sales person paid for a key: Art Padula. Then on the way home I noticed I needed gas right away my cost $ 68.00 for a fill up. The next day I had my son-in law check all fluids it was completely out of anti freeze we filled it up. Next morning I'm leaving for work notice anti freeze on the ground under the van.

11/25/05 miles 39361 my drivers side front and rear window would not go up. I called Loman got a 5:30 appointment arrived at 4:45 PM. My Salesman: Art Padula sent me to the service department no one knew if I had bought an extended warranty it was not showing in the computer, salesman directs me to financial officer who may be able to find my info in the computer or files; he could not find anything: Mark Ramos. However, he is the only one who mentioned that I should have a Dealers warranty in effect for possibly 90 days. He asked me to wait for a manager. I waited over and hour no one ever came. I went to the service dept to see if they could help; they sent me back to the front. Finally I went into an office I kept seeing salesman go in and declared that I needed help from a manager it just so happened the person standing in front of everyone else said he was a manager: Sherif Elbayar. He told the service dept to check my van. After about two hours he told me the cost was $ 900.00 to fix my drivers side front and rear window. I looked at him and said you are kidding aren’t you; I do not have $ 900.00. I inquired: How can it cost me $ 900.00? I have not had the van for two months yet and it is just two years old with 39361 miles on it. What kind of vehicles is Ford making, what are they using parts from the dollar store! How can the regulator on both windows brake and how can you charge me it has to be the dealer’s responsibility. I could not believe it. Finally after a while he asked me if I could live with paying $ 250.00. I took a long look at him and was thinking is he kidding, if I refuse to pay the temperature had dropped to 21 degrees. I had to travel on the parkway 45 minutes away to take my daughter home and then another 45 minutes to get back home. My back was against the wall and God forbid it should rain or snow.
So I had to pay $ 255.91. I arrived at 4:50PM and they were not finished until 10:32 PM.
I BELIEVE I DESERVE FULL REIMBURSEMENT: $ 255.91
