The usual salesman will tell you what you want to hear. At Edison Nissan they cut through the flowery language and lay it out the way it is. I don't have to filter the sales spiel through skeptic's filter-paper. They don't waste my time. Either we make a deal or we don't. Either way we remain friends. I have been going there for about ten years. It is the only car place that I trust. But don't trust them because I say so. Go there and find out for yourself. Today, in preparation for Mother's Day, the owner of Edison Nissan was standing outside in the rain, greeting customers and handing them expensive bouquets of roses for Mom. He decided that it's the least he can do to make a lousy Mother's Day a little better this year, despite economic collapse and widespread disease. Who else has such a big heart?

I leased my Rogue from Mt. Holly Nissan and was blessed to have Steve Henes as my salesperson. I returned my Rogue when the lease was up and prior to arriving had explained to Steve why I was unable to lease a new one at this time due to illness. He was genuinely kind and quickly completed the return. I will be back to Mt. Holly Nissan when the time is right and look forward to dealing with Steve again. I hope Nissan recognizes what a gem he is.

Avoid like the plague. The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I had my 2018 Nissan Rogue towed for service on Saturday10/21 and then picked it up on Tuesday 10/24. When I got home that night, my passenger side mirror came partially off. I called them first thing on Wednesday morning and was told someone would call me back. The day went by and I heard nothing so I called again. This time I was told the person overseeing my car wasn't around for the day but he would get back to me on Thursday. That Thursday I heard nothing. I called again and a woman said someone would call me in 10 minutes. Again, no response. I finally called and said I needed to speak with someone to rectify this issue and got someone who told me to come in the next morning and they would take care of it for me. Turns out "taking care" of it was the arrogant manager, James, immediately being skeptical and accusing me of trying to pull a fast one on him. He wouldn't take responsibility but would do me a favor by charging less for a repair. His attitude towards the situation immediately turned me off and even questioned the validity of me calling. He made sure to let me know that I could have caused the damage as soon as I left the lot. I don't have the time to call all week and cheat them out of a side mirror. I find it funny that they did a full inspection on the car and failed to mention anything being wrong with the mirror. This place really needs to reevaluate how they do business top to bottom. Have a case in with Nissan customer service.

So let me start by saying I didn't buy my car at this dealer so they didn't have any real reason to treat me like I had bought 10 from them but that's exactly how Alina Napolitano from service treated me. She should honestly be running the whole xxxx thing! She was FANTASTIC! I'm a headhunter I meet TONS of people I know good people when I see them and she was lights out excellent! Responsive, on top of her stuff, kind, understanding honestly this dealership is lucky to have her!

He was friendly, courteous and explain everything we needed to know. The office was clean and tidy. Very good atmosphere! We will definitely return in the future.

I recently had an appointment at Woodbury Nissan and they were super helpful and left me super satisfied. They were very patient and attentive. I recently had another problem with my car non-related to what they worked on in my car and was super stressed about it. I called in and Danny reassured me that it was such an easy fix, I could do it myself over the phone. I was a little uncertain but Danny quickly helped me fix my big problem. I have had this small problem in the past and no one had any answers, HOWEVER DANNY was able to fix that for me within under 5 minutes and over the phone. I am so grateful for all the staff at Woodbury Nissan but even more super duper appreciative for Danny! God Bless you & Thanks so much Danny! Woodbury should be just as grateful as I am to have you!! :)

I agree that Jaime Dubin is the reason I return to Sansone Nissan for service. He always goes above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction. He explains everything in detail and makes it easy to understand what is going on with the car and reasons for the repairs. Sansone Nissan could probably lower their repair costs a bit though.

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing. While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

Great people, horrible experience though. After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly. At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience. But it gets better.. After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.
