The - "don't need your business treatment", lack of knowledge, rude, no time to talk, seem bothered by my presence, and must be very unhappy in their job. I have no problem at the Chevy and Ford place (I have one of each). They are friendly and want to satisfy my needs. I will continue to take my Grand Cherokee and Wrangler to the Ruidoso dealership where they want my business and treat me like a valued customer.
