While traveling through Albuquerque on the way to Minnesota my ignition switch quit working and left me stranded at a fuel stop. Called Garcia's and they put me in touch with Honda Roadside Assistance, the Roadside Assistance was no help at ALL. Got a hold of a towing service and got towed to Garcia's, it was close to 6:00 PM. Service Advisor Izze Gambino was expecting me, he had been talking with my wife about my situation. He explained possible causes of the problem and what might have to be done and gave me an estimate. He even gave me a ride to a motel I had booked. The next morning he called about 1hr after they had opened and described what had be found and the what it would take to fix it. Later that afternoon it was fixed !!! He gave me a # to call for a shuttle to the dealership. Got there my Ridgeline was ready and the charges were less than the original estimate !!! I know I was put ahead in the service line because I was traveling and that was deeply appreciated. I have to say Thank You to Garcia's and to Izze Gambino in particular.

Rencent work on my 2016 outback @60 k Some work not done well...sloppy etc. Sonja and especially Brett stepped up and made everything right......ater the the work in engine compartment...I found a filthy mess by tech...plus my steering wheel was left crooked after alignment. It’s hard to accurately evaluate this dealership due to the fact that they are under construction. Prior to the construction I would have rated them five stars. The last two times I scheduled service I arranged for a loaner and was told they didn’t have one available when I arrived for my appointment. Very frustrating since I live 135 miles away and drive there specifically for the service and try run other errands when I’m there.
