This dealership has no business selling Mercedes cars.
With luxury cars, you expect quality service and attention to detail, and the people at Keeler are patently not up to the task. From the day you buy your car, this is apparent.
Everything they do is sloppy, and not what you expect (and deserve) with the purchase of an $80,000 car.
In 2019 I purchased a brand-new AMG from them and they damaged it before I took delivery of the car. Someone at the dealership wiped it with a dirty rag, leaving clear scratches in the door that requiring a trip to the body shop for an hour’s worth of buffing and polishing to remove.
Fast forward five years in 2024, and the brand-new GLE I purchased from them presented the same in attention to detail. Goop from a sticker was stuck to the front bumper, and no one bothered to clean it, and there was a noticeable chip in the paint on one of the door edges (clearly, some idiot at the dealership opened the car door into another car). No one there sought to fix these issues, even after the car was “detailed” before delivering it to me.
Their service center is equally sloppy, it not more. My car has been scratched and my wheels damaged by their service people, not to mention the fact that repairs have at times been performed inappropatelu, requiring trips back to the dealership to fix glaring problems. (For example, forgetting to properly reattach the door panel after replacing a speaker). I’ve experienced multiple similar issues with Keeler Mercedes.
When you buy a Mercedes or any other luxury brand, you should expect excellent service from start to finish. Keeler is woefully inadequate.
