Took in our car w/o an appointment. Very friendly. Explain what they would do. What we thought was a problem really wasn't. The dead battery was caused by a dome light switch which was left on. I picked up the in the PM and to my surprise there was no charge for their work.

I had my car in for service work for items that should be covered by my extended warranty. The warranty company initially denied several items after their inspector couldn't verify the issues for the adjuster to approve, even though there was a system code in the computer. These were intermittent electronic issues that were very problematic when they occurred (often). The Levittown Ford Service Advisor, Elvis Dervisevic was great and went above and beyond to help me appeal to the extended warranty company. Elvis was able to help make the case for an appeal and eventually after he had to navigate through several hurdles, he was able to get the intermittent items approved and repairs were quickly made. Elvis made the difference between what could have been a very negative experience to a positive one for me and I would definitely recommend Levittown Ford Service.

I bought my Ford Fiesta 6 months ago ... I love this car! They took the time to help me find the "right car" for me. Now, when I bring it back for routine care, the service department continues deliverying that high quality service. They treat me with respect. They are clean (not covered with oil), and keep my car clean. They explain everything to me. I am never forced to buy service that I don't need or want. They don't pressure me. One service tech even remembered me from when I used to bring my old Nissan Versa in for service!

I have avoided this dealership for about 2 or 3 years now, because of my horrible experiences with their former service department. I had an emergency recently and had no choice but to stop there. I met Darlene, the manager, and not only did she take me in without an appointment she calmed my nerves and turned me around to this dealership again. I've already been back just for an oil change and regular maintenance. If you are like me and thought you would never come here again, give it a try! All new staff and they couldn't have taken better care of me. Ps- We are going to give their sales dept a try when my husband's lease is up in June. Hopefully they can live up to the such standards set by the service department!

First off, I would like to start off this review by saying I have been a customer of Schultz Ford for over 20 years. I grew up in New York not far from Schultz Ford and now live in Massachusetts and continue to lease and buy cars from Schultz Ford. In over 20 Years I have never felt like I was taken advantage of and have always been treated with exceptional Service whether buying, leasing or having service done when I have been in town. Now for why I am writing this review. I stayed at a hotel In Newark NJ where I left my car while I traveled overseas for 10 days. I received a phone call on the 9th of December (from the hotel In Newark while I was still overseas) letting me know that my Tires and Rims had been stolen off of my vehicle and it was sitting up on blocks. Needless to say, this was shocking news! I decided to call Schultz Ford and told them about my situation and without hesitation they replied don’t even worry about it we will take care of it for you. The next day Schultz Ford sent down a flatbed tow truck with tires, lug nuts and a rental car which they left in the car port of the hotel so when I returned, I would be ready to roll out of there. So, Thank You!! Schultz Ford and the entire team for great customer service!! I will continue to be a loyal custom!

Excellent customer service, care and support. I would recommend to family and friends. My tire needed to be replaced due to a bubble from to many potholes. The service center got me in same day and out in under 2 hours. Not bad considering I did not have an appointment.

He got me in within 2 hrs of the time I stopped. since I did not have an appointment I was fine with that. they had my car done in less than an hour and I was on my way again.
