Friendly & professional and lots of space in their waiting lounge with complimentary coffee, tea, water and big flat screen TV. Only waited a little over an hour compared to 2 to 4 hours at other dealerships. So they're really fast!

Excellent service unlike Hyundai dealers in Brooklyn - ltita

My lease was expiring and although I leased my car in Bay Ridge Brooklyn, that dealer wouldn't take my car back neither would Plaza Hyundai. Ritchie Armstrong was so nice and so respectful and made the return effortless. It's right off the Verrazano and you should go to this dealer if you care for full service.

It was a great experience. Service was really fast. The service advisor Eric and technician John were really nice and helpful. Definitely will come back here for future servicing. Koeppel Hyundai really maintained their both sells and service departments. Had the best experience on both sections so far.

Excellent customer service, care and support. I would recommend to family and friends. My tire needed to be replaced due to a bubble from to many potholes. The service center got me in same day and out in under 2 hours. Not bad considering I did not have an appointment.

I bought my first vehicle from the Albany dealership in 2022, from the first service my vehicle needed up until yesterday I have dealt with Timothy Frank, he is so easy to talk to, he explains everything very thoroughly, he walked me around my car explaining what was going to be done and approximately how long it would take, brought me to the counter and checked for any recalls , explained the cost and in detail the service that was going to be provided. Then proceeded to walk to to the waiting room , explained a few more things to me and came back when my vehicle was completed, went over the bill with me , walked me to the payment center and shook my hand and away I went . I can’t say enough good things about him. He is very kind and caring and I feel confident that he is offering me the proper service, I commend him for his customer service skills , it’s very important to me as a female that knows very little about vehicles, i appreciate his honesty.

First of all this is a negative 100 star rating, Completely horrible, I got my car, a 2018 Santa Fe and after not even 3 weeks, it broke down on the side of the road. I paid $200 on top of the $5000.00 I put down to get it towed back there. It had no oil in it when I brought it home. It has now been almost 5 weeks and I've heard nothing, but a stupid/rude service girl saying we will get to it later. I keep saying they've had it for so long they need to fix it or give me my money back. They will not return my calls. They sold me a lemon and I will be filing a claim. I want my car back you good for nothing vultures!! Also I have contacted the better business bureau and they will be in touch if you don't give me my car back, FIXED! Update this is the 4th time my check engine light has came on and my car has broken down, they now are saying I have to spend 200$ to get it fixed. I’m not giving them any money, I’m getting my money back. They had my car for 2 months and have not fixed it one bit, do not go here they are xxxx.

I purchased a 2024 Tucson from Garvey Hyundai in Queensbury - I have had the vehicle for 4 months and the windshield wipers do not work properly - I asked if I could get a Saturday appointment to have someone look at it, and I was told that I could not and that I had to come in during the week. They were more than willing to take my money and more than willing to let me purchase my car on a weekend when they knew that I worked all day and live 2 hours away, but are not willing to allow me to have service on a warranty vehicle on the weekend. I am very disappointed with them, and wish I had not purchased it there. I would not recommend them based on this experience

Stay far away from this dealership they are liars. I bought a Hyundai Tucson with 11,000 miles on it. I brought it in because the brake rotors were warped on warranty. All they would do was cut the rotors not even change the pads rotors. Nothing they cut the rotors for me. I drove it out of the dealership halfway home the car was still vibrating I called and they said that’s the best they can do for me took it to a real shop front rotors and pads needed to be changed the rear rotors Were still OK he said but they shouldn’t have cut them. They should’ve changed them. That’s an honest place and it cost me out of my pocket almost $400 which Hyundai should paying me back for. Also, there’s a technical service bulletin known as a TSB on these vehicles where your radar cameras come on, and they say they’re blocked this dealership tried to tell me my bumpers were changed because of an accident, which is totally false the bumper had a scratch and was repainted a scratch, and was never changed or removed from the vehicle which it should’ve been Painted properly but it was not removed. They wouldn’t fix it. They said it’s no longer under warranty. Well that’s funny because another Hyundai dealer told me to bring it in and they will take care of it for me. That’s the dealership I’ll be dealing with out, and Selden. This place has a reputation of ripping people off as well stay far away from this awful place , anything to do with the first name Atlantic run for your life

This dealership totally believes in low pressure sales. They allow you to take your time looking at a vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch. In event you would like assistance they are right there ready to address any questions or concerns. I found this to be a relief because in the past, I would visit a dealership on a day they were closed (Sunday) in an effort to avoid the high pressure sales pitch. 2. For the first time ever (and I have owned a lot of cars), the dealer put the vehicle up on the lift and spent more than one hour going through everything with me. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day and age! This alone, set them apart from any other dealer from which I have purchased a vehicle. 3. After you purchase a vehicle, anything that may go wrong within a reasonable amount of time gets fixed at no charge. When you return for routine maintenance in the future or any type of repair, they are honest and straightforward from the get go and employ highly skilled mechanics. 4. They back their work with a guarantee and offer affordable auto repair. 5. As the saying goes, “If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.” Well this is definitely NOT the case with this dealership. I sincerely they have the best sales and service in the Oneonta NY area bar none.
