Had a 2004 Mercedes S500 and sorely needed a new car. Tried Mercedes, Lexus, BMW, and Toyota dealerships; all were lacking something or felt small. Still, I was willing to settle as each had some bells and whistles I wanted. Before heading home to think it over, decided to stop at Audi and just look. I worked with Dima (Ukrainian). He was great, friendly, no car salesman sleaze. Showed me a car, told me what the car had and let me think about what the car offered. I called my husband ( I hadn’t brought him since I was “just looking.” They couldn’t hold it for me and I wasn’t buying a car without my husband seeing it. Dima spoke with his manager and offered to drive the car to my house. My husband agreed it was superior to anything else we’d seen. After purchasing, went back the next day and Dima gave me a tutorial on all the features of the car. This car A8, felt so spacious, seats seemed bigger, and were more comfortable than the others. The dash board was very intuitive and user friendly. Quiet inside and pick-up was terrific. Safety features were superior also. The manager, Jeanette introduced herself (the personal touch was great, as were the snacks {Haha lol}). No pressure to buy at this dealership and didn’t treated me as a woman that didn’t warrant the same treatment as the men that walked in. I would use Dima anytime. Ellen P. 3/22/2024

Thanks to Jabir and team at Audi Raleigh, I was able to negotiate a trade in for 2 cars to buy my first Audi. This whole process was completed in a matter of hours, including going home for 2nd car. Great teamwork on their part. I'm very happy with the S5's comfort, performance, and looks!

Treated like we were 3rd class & not worthy of their time and attention. Since it was near closing time we were treated like an inconvenience. We drove in the pouring rain from Hudson (1.5hr drive), my daughter went to look at a 2016 Lexus & she fell in love with the car. Tracy was an absolute pleasure to work with but Tristan & Robby acted like we didn’t belong in there with them. When I was talking to the sales people we expressed the payment must be under $300. They acted like they absolutely could not come down on the sticker price & couldn’t get the payments where we needed them. Kept asking for more and more down but it “wouldn’t help the monthly payment much.” By the time we had left my daughter was sobbing & in tears because of the disappointment & way we were being treated. Unacceptable.

While traveling on vacation my add coolant light came on and was able to take the next exit.. Then after pulling in to a Marathon service Station steam was coming from under the hood. I was able to contact the Audi dealership and explained that I was from out of State and my car issues. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and they said that they didn’t have the part in stock but should have the part sometime the next day. Knowing the location of the coolant hose to replace was going to be time consuming I knew it was going to take a minute to repair. John, Jeanne kept me well informed of the status of my car and I was back on the road sooner than expected. Hats off to the Tech staff and Service department, very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m not one to write reviews but Audi Asheville needs to be acknowledged of their friendliness and Service

Purchased a vehicle in January and purchased two products - MWilley1962

Purchased a vehicle in January and purchased two products after meeting with the Finance Manager. Traded vehicle and cancelled both products in August. Have just now received a refund check after much hassle and poor customer service from management. The issue now is that the refund is substantially less than what it should be. At this point, my one email address for Finance management has been blocked. If you go to the staff page on the website, there are no company emails listed for any staff member and if you call, the staff member you ask to speak with is never available. I currently drive a vehicle that I purchased at another Flow dealership in a nearby town and I purchased four vehicles through the years from a Flow dealership in Raleigh. Is this the way you reward customer loyalty? I would advise any one interested in purchasing an Audi to go elsewhere where you will be better appreciated.
