I had my annual A service due for maintenance and at the last minute I contacted my rep Antonio Minor and he was totally great. He set me up with an appointment and I enjoyed my experience with Mercedes of Durham. Antonio always treat me with respect. The mechanics are good too. He also saw me outside trying to put on some wipers and insisted on doing it for me. He’s fantastic!!

My wife and I purchased a used Lexus yesterday from Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte. The vehicle was represented accurately on line and this dealership was simply spectacular. The entire process was perhaps our best experience in the purchase of an automobile. Our sales representative, Raj was an unexpected bonus. He is not the average car dealer. He was professional, articulate and pleasant. Rather than a business transaction, our experience was more like a visit with a friend. In closing, this experience was everything I expected from a dealership owned by Roger Penske. Totally professional……………..

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Mercedes-Benz Northlake. I came in when lights on my car came on. Kelley was there and she really wanted to help…maybe because I looked as if I was about to completely fall apart. I was having a bad day. Kelley really felt she needed to help get me through that moment. From then, she walked me through everything and within a week’s time, my car was fixed. If I ever have any issues with my car, I will be sure to call Kelley first.

Well called for an estimate for a rather simple job for a B level tech and Pete the adviser could not give me a quoted wanted to keep calling with dumb questions that were answered Mutiple times. So we have an AMG C63 that needs head gaskets. Why you ask!!! Because they are leaking oil. Simple job that is all I wanted done just do the job quote the job. Warranty pays 10.6 hrs. of labor and every book that Pete said didn't matter because that's not how it is quoted pays is 14.6. Alldata and motor and Mitchell one. You know the ones that every shop uses in America. They still have not quoted the job but seem very incompetent. Not to mention I still don't have the quote and Pete kept trying to tell me the special tools cost the customer money for them using them. Sorry sir that's not how that works that's cost of business Benz ships them to every dealer to be used to do the job if all your customers are paying for the tools you have to have to do your job, then Houston, we have a problem. Thats, mean you have been ripping people off the entire time. Cost of this job should be between 4500 and 5500 to do maybe 6000 if you run into something weird. So, people don't let them pull this crap on you know your rights as a consumer.

During a scheduled service late Summer I was informed that I needed new brakes and rotors. I scheduled an appointment and was shortly informed that "somehow" not all the parts were available. I was ASSURED that the parts would be available in 3-4 days. I scheduled ANOTHER appointment in 10 days. Yesterday, I get to the dealership and after 20 minutes was ONCE again told that the parts weren't there. I'm NOT retired and have to take time off from work to get service done. Hence, my patients at the VA I work at were NOT seen. Why didn't anyone at the service department call me beforehand, twice, to let me know about the lack of parts???? I no longer have a trust or faith with this dealership and plan to take my vehicle elsewhere for service/repairs and any potential future purchases. Shame on you! Mercedes-Benz of Winston-Salem
