Just wow! After visiting my local (High Point) Kia for some help with a flashing check engine light and being treated rudely, I made a call to other Kia places and struck gold with Battleground Kia. So friendly, treated me like I was important and they cared. Everyone was friendly, from the lady on the phone, and the service rep., to a sales rep that chatted me up while I waited. (No, he wasn’t trying to make a sale.) very impressed!

I recently bought a Kia Sorento out of state before moving to NC. I had a few problems with it and issues getting an honest answer from other Kia locations. Once I moved to NC my neighbor referred me to Kia of Gastonia. Once I got there I was greeted by Morris the service manager. Morris was legitimately concerned about the issues I had been having and assured me he would personally ensure my vehicle was taken care of. Turns out I had an electrical short from a wire that was worn down and it took them some effort to find it. After my vehicle was serviced by Morris and his team, I have had no problems. Those guys are highly professional and they truly care. As long as I have this vehicle I will continue taking it to Kia of Gastonia because I know it will be done right and I won't get the run around like I seemed to get at other dealerships where I didn't actually purchase the vehicle. If you live in the area I urge you to go see Morris and his team because they are first class!

Be careful of the BAIT and SWITCH! Be very careful with the service AND parts department. Was quoted 1 set of tires but they put a different set of tires on. Since they were put on, they could not be considered new so they would not take them back. The only description that the quote gives is the description of what a tire is. Service writer was told on 3/15/2024 and 3/28/2024 which tire I wanted, which were OEM. She even confirmed by walking out and looking at the tire and calling parts department to confirm it was the same tires. Be careful of the BAIT and SWITCH!

I took my car to Dutch Miller Kia Collision Center at 7725 South Boulevard Charlotte NC for bodywork repairs on December 14, 2023. On the list of auto parts on my bill there was a radiator core support twice and added to the grand total twice. My car only takes one but they added a phantom part to the bill. Mr Jon Eaves, the body shop manager, said it was listed twice because they broke one but it was not added to the grand total. I did the math several times and the radiator core support was added to the grand total twice $843.75 + tax = $904.93. Mr Eaves refused to give me a refund for the part I did not receive. no resolution thus far. After I filed a complaint with the BBB Charlotte, the company comptroller sent me an email indicating they have mailed out a reimbursement check. I have not received anything as of yet. I request a full reimbursement of $904.93. I do not recommend this auto body shop to anyone. It is clear to me this dealership snatched over $900 out of my credit card in bogus charges and when I complained to them about the charges they yelled at me and slammed the phone on me and wanted to make me feel I was the bad guy. Thanks.

waiting 4 repair 9 weeks & counting - FIXMYKIA!

Brought my Optima in for repair ( needs heater core) the week before Memorial Day; it was there over a week and they never got to it since they only have 1 mechanic who can do the work. I was told they would call me to get it in ..............still waiting today's date 7/19/16. SO WHERE DO I GO TO HAVE MY KIA FIXED??
