I had a window get stuck half-way down & after contacting the service department and they got me in within the week. The part needed for repair was discontinued from Nissan but they found an aftermarket replacement & got it late the same day. The service tech did a great job installing the part, finishing as they were closing. I paid the bill minutes after closing. When I got home & reviewed the bill, I noticed the part was much more expensive than expected. I went back a few days later & spoke to Aaron McNeill about the part expense. I explained my only concern was the part expense & after review Aaron gave me a large portion of the part expense back. Overall, I was very pleased with my service experience.

Last week was the second time i had the pleasure of working with Tracy Williams in the service department and she did a amazing job for me. My last two experiences was everything anyone could ask for! Tracy Williams has given me the confidence that Nissan Monroe is the right place to continue to bring my cars in for service.

Free oil change for life is not free! Yes, there are other maintenance items that need to be completed at certain milage intervals with additional cost however; trying to charge my young daughter $500 for items other than the oil change that I scheduled is a bit ridiculous. I have a copy of the contract that I signed and nowhere on there does it say at 60k there will be a $500 charge with your free oil change. I will not be purchasing any vehicles from this dealership in the future nor will I recommend them. I wish there was a way to upload my contract to one could see the discrepancy.

Without reciting all of my issues, I will just say that I will not take my Frontier back for service unless there are no other alternatives. I tried to talk to Mr Cravens, manager of service but he did not return my call.

I purchased a car from Deacon Jones Nissian back in 2012. I had the car for 1.5 yrs. I then decided to trade up but traded to a 2014 Toyota. Its been 5 weeks since I can in to cancel GAP insurance & I called to inquire. Donna is very RUDE & Short with ppl. I KNOW another person that went there last week to do the exact SAME thing & there check was cut the SAME day. She told me she only cuts checks on Friday. I don't understand the problem is & why its taken so long. I was very pleased with my vehicle I purchased from there & pleased with the sale staff. But I assure you I will not be returning to Deacon Jones Nissian ever again if I plan to trade or buy a vehicle.

While the dealership's maintenance and service department is convenient for those that have purchased a vehicle through Flow, a large amount of what they do and what they charge is just ludicrous. At the very least, the people in charge of the service department are willing to go to extreme lengths to ensure customer satisfaction. While I was incredibly angry with how my visits had gone over the past two years, those In charge worked with me to figure out my issues and try to keep me as a loyal customer. Hopefully my future interactions with Flow will continue to improve and be better than these last few.

First and foremost, I was quoted a price of $1300 dollars to fix my timing belt on my Nissan Maxima. Despite, living in another county and a history of past problems with Gabe Rowe and another vehicle I purchased from them I decided to give them another chance to service my vehicle. After dropping off my car I was contacted by a Gabe Rowe associate some thirty minutes later telling me my car would cost an additional $900...with no REAL expectation why! According to the service manager "I told him the wrong car year," which was a complete bold face lie! As if that wasn't bad enough the rental car that they "paid for" didn't come with insurance, so in addition to paying for the car repairs I had to pay for the rental insurance out of my pocket! Because of the increase in cost and lack of professionalism I decided to forgo the the repairs through Gabe Rowe. Upon entering the service office the service manager tries to bill me for the rental they promised to pay for because I choose not to spend some $2000+ dollars for something that I was told would cost $1300! We literally went back and forth over a $35 dollar one day rental fee because he felt his million/billion dollar COMPANY could not afford to cover the $35.00 rental because I the INDIVIDUAL decided I did not want to pay them an additional $900! After this issue the service manager thought it was a good idea to ask me to leave my car for them to service my airbags because of a recent recall! I spent $22 dollars on rental insurance and 2 1/2 hours bringing and dropping off my car to only leave with the same problem I came with. I will never, ever go to Gabe Rowe anything for any reason!!! I will not go there even if I break down in front of their place of business! This was an absolute waste of time and one of the most horrible car experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend Gabe Rowe for anything, zilch, zero, nada!

Bryan Mosley, whom was my service writer, greeted me with a smile and an up beat hello. He informed me of a service special they were running that could save me some money and made sure I was aware of what my total would be upon completion of service. Thank you Mr. Mosley for your expertise in helping me get the most out of my visit!
