John Holman is THE BEST service manager I have ever experienced in my entire life. I have lived all over the country, and John has been by far the best of the best. I have an older vehicle which has had some very difficult issues, and John’s expertise is uncovering what needs to be addressed is beyond amazing. He takes the initiative to do the necessary research to make it right. He has earned my trust and faith in his abilities as a service manager par excellence. He always gets involved in the problem-solving equation, and I know I’m dealing with someone who cares to keep me informed each and every step of the way. I’m truly grateful that I was led to this dealership because I know I’m in safe hands.

The exceptional staff at Capital Subaru went out of their way to help me while I was up from Florida visiting my sick brother in the hospital. I brought my car in first thing in the morning for a needed software update that I thought would be quick. They explained that it could take several hours which I couldn’t do because I had to be at the hospital. Instead of turning me away, they offered to drive me to and from the hospital to visit my sick brother while servicing my Outback. They also fixed two recalls why I was in the hospital before picking me up. Great service and great staff. Totally recommend!

Our batteries were dying on our truck. We had gone to a different dealership they said we'd have to make an appointment to get them replaced. We called Alex and told him the problem. He made sure they had the batteries and they were able to replace them the same day. Alex was very helpful and had everything ready when we arrived and we're able to get on it.
