Overall not bad. I ordered a oil change and tire rotation for 79.99. The tires were not rotated. The left rear was marked where I had a slow leak in and had fixed the day before and it was in the same position when I got home. I trusted they rotated and didn't look before I left. Deeply disappointed

I can't thank Carrie Williamson my sale lady enough for how professional she treated me during the entire process. She introduced me to the sales manager ( Tom ) as well as Dillon in finance. The owner actually came out and personally thanked me for my business. This gesture speaks volumes as it shows how down to earth this dealership and their associates are. The Service team met with my husband and treated him with the greatest care. They explained everything and rushed the appointment 5 days ahead of the scheduled appointment because of our pressing needs. The expert service team also sent my husband away with a detailed service summary of the condition of our car and the service that was performed.

I was very pleased with the service I received with Auto Nation Ford, Amherst OH. I was able to come in to show them my car's damage. They were able to complete the repairs, fix a rear break light the was also affected. They accommodated me when I had a piece on the wind shield that needed glued, ED took care of it right away. Appts on the weekend is always appreciated, since I work Mon - Fri, off on the weekends. The Job was well done. I would recommend this service dept to everyone. Great Service & Pleasant workers. The also communicated with State Farm and Enterprise for rental.

I brought in my car ,2018 Chevy bolt, for noises I suspected were due to the steering. Turns out unfortunately I was right, the service department discovered the initial issue but uncovered more as they went. That was initially disappointing to say the least but they really, especially Eric, stepped up with honest appraisal of the situation and went above and beyond to both fix and aleve the sudden financial burden as much as possible. I am stunned at the level of service I received. Above and beyond is an understatement.
