It is so helpful to me as a customer for the technician's communication to me while I am waiting. I like seeing what is being done and what needs corrected on the videos they send. There were some corrective issues that needed addressed on my visit that were going to take a long time. I was so grateful for the shuttle service provided. The gentleman named Curtis was the person who drove the shuttle and he was so kind and polite. I really appreciated all the services Toyota provides.

I was very pleased with the service I received with Auto Nation Ford, Amherst OH. I was able to come in to show them my car's damage. They were able to complete the repairs, fix a rear break light the was also affected. They accommodated me when I had a piece on the wind shield that needed glued, ED took care of it right away. Appts on the weekend is always appreciated, since I work Mon - Fri, off on the weekends. The Job was well done. I would recommend this service dept to everyone. Great Service & Pleasant workers. The also communicated with State Farm and Enterprise for rental.

Kevin Wilmoth was a very personable and professional person to deal with and I would ask for him the next time I need to come to the service dept.,if he is available. He went the extra mile trying to get our door and window fixed and parts ordered in a timely manner. There was a problem with our full ceverage warranty but he worked hard to fix the problem so that everything was covered. He is an asset to Beechmont Toyota and I appreciate that kind of service.
