Clint was our salesman in the purchase of a 2017 Ram 2500. Was anticipating a full day of haggling over price and value of trade. Was totally surprised. In and out in less than a few hours.

Prompt, knowledgeable, up front - kedabra
I''d been searching for a midsize SUV for several weeks, and gone to a half dozen or more dealerships in the OKC area. Even though Bob Moore CDJR was on the far side of the city for us, and had a relatively low dealer rating, I am so glad to have made the trip. The total time to close the deal on a Durango, including the drive to and from the store, was much less than I had already spent in other, nearby places haggling with salesmen (many times less informed about their own cars than I was) and going through the normal "shtick" and not even closing the deal. David, my salesman, sought to understand our family needs, and was well informed about the car I wanted without trying to push me into a more expensive model. Kevin, in the finance office, made the expected pitch for the extended warranty, but was not high pressure. If it were only this way everywhere, I'd visit dealerships more often.
Perfection, reliability, and perfect price - Kyle86
If you go to another dealership, I guarantee you will be running back to Bob Moore! Here is why: Sales department is unbeatable in quality customer service. Even more, the Finance team are movers and shakers of getting you approved with a descent payment. The front end managers work until your driving off the lot in something that you will Like the first time, without regret. Even more, they ensure that the vehicle is reliable with multi point inspections. It really is a no brainer why I say: if you dont go to Bob Moore, your paying way too much, and driving off in something unknown!
The service department knows how service SHOULD BE. I... - boxedlunh
The service department knows how service SHOULD BE. I just arrived here in Altus (I'm in the Air Force) and had some issues with my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7L that weren't resolved at my last location. These guys were polite, genuinely concerned about my ownership experience, and got the vehicle taken care of. John, in the service department, went above and beyond just helpful. He even helped me get the lay of the land and familiarized me with the local "things to do." If I sound like I'm raving, I am!

FANTASTIC SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Ron
On the morning of October 11th I broke down in Ardmore and could not find anyone to make repairs. Spent the night and called Carter County Dodge and talked to BRIAN HERELL said get it towed to them so they could see what needed to be done. After the front end tech pulled off the passenger side front wheel he found major damage from a outer wheel bearing which called for a new spindle and bearing. The parts department tried everywhere to find the spindle, but the only one was in Florida and it would take 3 days to get it. Got a rental drove home to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and drove back down on following Friday to pick it up. Got there and they had not got it done because of job that took a lot longer than they expected. After I explained my problem to Brian Herell and the fact that I had my 3yr old grandson with me and that the rental had to be returned by 6 p.m. Brian gathered a crew and they jumped on it and got it done for me. This the first time that I've ever had a service department take this GREAT OF CARE of me and my grandson. I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE PEOPLE THAT BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP ME. I REALLY ENJOYED TALKING TO THE SEVERAL SALESMAN AND ALSO HOW THEY TRIED TO HELP ALSO. WHEN IT BECOMES TIME TO BUY ANOTHER TRUCK THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP THAT IT WILL COME FROM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU BRIAN AND THE TECHS FOR YOUR HELP!!!!
bait and switch! - soonershok
If I could rate this dealership any less I would....they pulled a total bait and switch on me. Advertised a jeep online at a certain price. I verified via email that this was the price for the jeep shown. Drove up to the dealer only to be informed that the jeep listed was 18K higher than shown on the internet. Complete B.S.! Don't go here. Run away as fast as you can.
Excellent customer service... - Jessica sutterfield

Wonderful Experience! - salvarez80921
In 2009 we purchased a Jeep Rubicon from Westpointe, and it was the professional, friendly service that brought us back again in 2016. We weren't disappointed and had the same friendly, professional service and traded in our 2009 for a 2016 Jeep Sahara. Our salesperson was Carlos Watson. Carlos was honest, professional, and courteous. He made us feel comfortable at once and answered all of our questions. Everyone we worked with during the purchase was great! This was an incredibly smooth buying experience, and we are incredibly grateful. We are your customers for life!
Extremely unorganized and unprofessional - Krattiger123
I purchased a vehicle through Bartlesville CDJR about a month ago now. The entire process of this purchase has been a farce from the very beginning. Originally I approached a salesman about purchasing a new Ram. I provided my information and waited about 3 days before finally hearing anything back and the only reason I heard anything was because I finally reached out after over 72 hours of no contact. After that I had an approval from a lender but there wasn't anything on the lot apparently that met what I was looking for so they were going to need to do a dealer trade. Which was fine with me because if you're spending that amount of money on a vehicle it should be exactly what you're looking for. I then waited another 2 days without hearing anything, so I reached out again and was asked if I could please select a different option so they don't have to go through the dealer trade route because it's "very difficult". So i decided that a charger would be fine so long as it had the options I wanted. I was suggested a charger that was completely base, I asked again if we could add more options, i'd even be willing to pay the additional price for them. once again went all day without hearing anything, finally he came back and said that there isn't anything on the lot once again. Tired with the whole process I agreed to the original charger at the price quoted to me. We agreed on a price and said he'd even deliver it to me, which was great. Finally I was receiving some sort of good service. The saleman had texted me first thing in the morning and said he'd get it through detail and have it delivered soon. Hours went by and I heard nothing, so I contacted him and asked when I can expect him to show up and he said "The driver will be leaving soon". It wasn't until 9:00pm that night that the driver showed up with the vehicle which left me sitting at work for over 13 hours. I went over the paperwork with the guy that delivered the vehicle to me and an extended warranty was slipped into the mix (fortunately I read all the paperwork) so I didn't sign that sheet and the driver shook my hand and was off.
3 days down the road I get contacted by the salesman and I was told that I needed to resign all the paperwork since I didn't want the warranty. it took another 3 or 4 days for the paperwork to get delivered back to me and the pricing on the paperwork was incorrect which jumped my monthly payments up by almost 70 dollars monthly. So he left and went back and said he'd have it corrected and bring me the correct paperwork. I didn't hear anything for over a week after this and finally I called because I was needing the tax/tag/title check and was informed that the salesman had quit and nobody bothered to check in with me regarding the paperwork. I was told the finance manager would contact me and we'd get it figured out. I never heard anything from the finance manager so I called back the following day and was then transferred about 3 times before landing on somebody that again told me the finance manager would contact me back. Once he finally got in touch with me, he figured out that flaw in the paperwork and told me that somebody would be by that day to deliver the documents to be signed. I waited at work until 9:00pm again and nobody showed up. I called the next day once again and spoke with a different finance manager. She said she'd meet me the following weekend on Saturday so I can sign the paperwork. I took the day off saturday so that I could be ready to just get this done with and waited all day saturday and finally got a call at 7:00pm that she got busy and needed to come by on Sunday. I'm irritated but I agree even though I was planning to leave town on Sunday to meet with some family. I did not receive a call Sunday and nobody showed up. So I called the following day (Monday)... I asked to speak with her and was told that she wouldn't be in that day but she'd be in tomorrow. I called them today (Tuesday) and was told that today is her day off... If you want to be put through the most piss poor buying experience you can be offered go to Bartlesville CDJR.
Intimidating xxx wipes. Rude. No customer service at all - Unsatisfied
Bully tactics. Kept waiting for three hours. Six trips due to incomplete paperwork. Totally unorganized. I won't waste my time here again. Incompetent boobs.

Don't go there, take the time to drive somewhere else. Took them over 6 months to refund money they owed to me got the run around everytime I called. Their service department is impossible to reach and don't know MOPAR.
It's all sunshine and rainbows until something goes wrong - d3plus
We purchased our 2014 Fiat 500L in Nov 2013. Everything was fine up to the first oil change. It took the dealership all day to do a simple oil change. When I retrieved my car and drove home I noticed as I walked away that something was hanging underneath the car. I inspected the underneath to discover the skid plate that is "loosened" to do the maintenance had not been replaced after maintenance. I return to the dealership and again took hours for this to be completed. I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt several more times, should have gone somewhere else after the second time, but to no avail this simple protective cover stumped the department every time my Fiat needed an oil change.
The next issue I had was with the license plate lights. I explained to my advisor the computer would tell me the light was out. I would get out of the car check the light, tap the lens cover it would come on. I allow them to investigate it. I get a phone call and said advisor tells me it's a burned out bulb and proceeds to charge me $32 to change a bulb! I explained to him as politely as I could that I did not ask you to change the bulb as there was nothing wrong with it. This same issue kept occurring until I insisted this is under warranty, as I had only had the car less than 6 months. It took them over a week to fix this issue because the dealership doesn't have a dedicated Fiat mechanic or replacement parts on site.
The last issue and the reason I will not go back to Chris Nikel. I take said car in for scheduled oil change. I get a call at the end of their business day that they have lost my keys! They proceed to tell me they can't re-key my car because they don't keep replacement keys for the Fiat. What? Are you kidding me?! The keys have to come from Corporate. To make this very long review short, I know too late, after 2 weeks of calling everyday and getting the run around, it took me telling them that if they did not get my key I'm taking their loaner car to Florida in 2 days for two weeks and I will not be paying for any mileage (it was my vacation planned way in advance). A miracle happened the next day! Mysteriously overnight a replacement was located!!!
Now, I would not recommend their service department for anything but it's inevitably your decision. You may get lucky and have exemplary service. I hope you do.
Warranty means nothing - FedUp
Unless you own other vehicles to fall back on or have weeks to wait, don't plan on getting serviced here even if its warranty work.
2014 Ram 1500 - Hops1129
I was in no hurry to buy a new truck and I've been looking at different lots for around 6 months but couldn't make a deal. My credit is in the 700's but I've walked in all of them with my jeans tucked in my boots a dirty shirt and a greasy beard. The salesman was a guy named Chance. They were very respectful to me personally. We came to an agreement and later I seen they were also very honorable. I would highly recommend the new South Point team.
service department techs are inexperienced and lie. - Downer488
I went in with a dodge b350 van. It had not been driven very far for a few years and I told them to update all that would make it safe to drive. They called me and said I should have them change the oil and that everything else was good. They produced a 25 point inspection that they said they had done. The inspection included radiator, wipers, brakes and transmission and tires, etc. Long story short the rain came on a 350 mile trip and did not stop. When I turned on the wipers they did not work. The engine quit working after 300 miles due to a clogged radiator and before that the brakes stoped working consistently. The brake fluid was very low and very dirty and I had to add fluid to the container for the.brakes

Bad treatment - Purcell7766
We were not showed the inventory of cars. They tried to sell us one particular vehicle. As our salesman was talking to us, another salesman was trying to sell the same vehicle to another customer. He priced the vehicle for around $6,000 over the blue book value of the car. Then he used our trade in vehicle and a voucher that we got in the mail and said he was bringing the car down in price to meet the Blue Book value that I told him I looked up.. during the visit we were switched from 1 salesman to another. My husband noticed some things broke on the car everybody was being shown he said it looked like that car probably was in a wreck before. The mailer we received in our mail showed we had won something, which was just a scam to get us to come in. We left with a $5 Walmart gift card and no vehicle from them. I will not go back and I will try to inform all my family and friends so they don't go there either.
No customer service. - Angry John
I guess this dealership does not like to sale cars etc. They never call you back. They advertise they can get anybody financed, but I guess they do not want to take the time to try. You do know not everyone has the greatest credit , life sometimes deals you blows you do not have control over. I know you do not care but at least call people back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS would not recommend your dealership to a dog on the street, oops dogs don't drive, but if they did they could not buy a car from you.
Crooked Dealership, Never do this again…. - tshara19
After a year back and forth we still haven’t gotten the extra warranty off the vehicle that we never purchased in the first place. I have been up there personally to try and straighten it out and no one seems to help or care. After finally reaching someone with authority, the individual says the they would help but in reality nothing comes from it. Still stuck after a year in a car that had an extra $3K tacked onto it for no reason. Crooked Thief’s…. I cannot believe they are in business. Do not shop here.
scam artists!!! - don0463
My wife and I went in there to see if we had won a prize, then decided to look at some cars. We were interested in A 2014 Chrysler Town & Country van, and wanted a particular color, but the salesperson took our registration to the manager and kept telling we needed to buy a different one. When they finally agreed to sell us the one we wanted, they raised the price by over $10,000 dollars (we checked the internet price $19,994,while waiting) to $29,998, and then gave us the discount on the flyer. When we told them they were crazy, the Manager, Ryan, McMahan, came over and said the internet was the wrong price, but gave a little bit of a price break. We told him he was crazy and we could buy this van for $8,000 less at another dealer, and to give us our keys back! (Yes, they valued our car at $5,000 less than Kelly Blue Book!) When we asked for our keys back, Ryan said to buy the van at the price we discussed, drive it for a year, and we would get what we paid for it on trade, or more!
Run, don't walk away from this dealership because these are REAL SCAM ARTISTS! We will tell everyone we know not to shop there!
