Stopped in on a whim headed to OKC from McAlester and SUPER glad that I did. I told Clint I was short on time and wanted their best price on a new Jeep and best trade in value on my vehicle and that I needed to be back on the road in 1 hour. Clint gave me a great price on a new Jeep, more than I expected on trade in value, a purchase agreement, AND answered all my questions in less that 45 min! Came back 3 days later to purchase the car and arrived to find my vehicle backed into a front parking spot, detailed, full of gas and the paperwork took a very short 20 min or so. Everyone there was super friendly and very experienced at their job. I could not be happier with my entire experience. To ANYONE looking for a new or used DCJR, make Automax in Shawnee your first stop and I am certain you wont have a need to shop anywhere else!

I had already been on a test drive at another dealership (David Stanley Dodge) with the same car I bought at Fowler a 2014 R/T Charger. That Sales Manager (David Stanley) came in right away and wasnt even trying to deal with me???He told me that he couldnt do any better on the price and that he had some special Matrix computer program that said he was the cheapest within a 50 mile radius. Lmao! Yeah okay congrats buddy! Haha! As I walk out he tells me I wont find a better R/T and that Id be back. So i was driving by Fowler (5 miles away) and I see a red R/T up front and think this would be epic if I could get this at the same or a cheaper price than Keanu had his R/T at. This car by the way had 5k less miles looked in better shape had the paddle shifters n was priced about 1k over Keanu's. So I pull in and walk the lot then I was approached by this young man Mr. Curtis Smith. Being that I had already drove this car I thought I was told enough about car on the first go around. Boy was I wrong. Curtis really knew his stuff! He told me a lot of helpful things about the car. One being the gas cap release button on the bottom of the driver side door. Imagine me at the gas station with a new car looking stupid and heated cause I can't get the gas cap open!! Lol. Another thing was the buttons on the back of the steering wheel that control the radio and my ipod.
He also went through the heads up display with me showing me how to run through all the features. Last but not least the battery that's in the trunk not under the hood?! I work on most my cars and trucks so I'm sure I would've figured all this out eventually. But Curtis Smith was an awesome Sales Man wasn't pushy and actually negotiated with me. Something I think Keanu didn't know the meaning of? I would definitely send anyone I know to Curtis Smith if they're looking to find a car sales man that knows his stuff! Fowler treated me good and so did Curtis. So go see Curtis Smith at Fowler on I-240 u won't be disappointed!!! Oh and by way I got the car for the same price Keanu had his at! Guess he better look into his Matrix computer program and re-program it!!!!

On the morning of October 11th I broke down in Ardmore and could not find anyone to make repairs. Spent the night and called Carter County Dodge and talked to BRIAN HERELL said get it towed to them so they could see what needed to be done. After the front end tech pulled off the passenger side front wheel he found major damage from a outer wheel bearing which called for a new spindle and bearing. The parts department tried everywhere to find the spindle, but the only one was in Florida and it would take 3 days to get it. Got a rental drove home to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and drove back down on following Friday to pick it up. Got there and they had not got it done because of job that took a lot longer than they expected. After I explained my problem to Brian Herell and the fact that I had my 3yr old grandson with me and that the rental had to be returned by 6 p.m. Brian gathered a crew and they jumped on it and got it done for me. This the first time that I've ever had a service department take this GREAT OF CARE of me and my grandson. I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE PEOPLE THAT BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP ME. I REALLY ENJOYED TALKING TO THE SEVERAL SALESMAN AND ALSO HOW THEY TRIED TO HELP ALSO. WHEN IT BECOMES TIME TO BUY ANOTHER TRUCK THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP THAT IT WILL COME FROM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This dealership does shady business. We found a pre-owned vehicle on AutoTrader.com that was listed at their lot on Broadway Extension. We live nearly an hour away from their location, and chose to call ahead to be certain the vehicle was still available. They assured us it was, so we started out to have a look. Once there, the salesman who greeted us walked us from building to building, then told us it had sold 10 minutes prior to our arrival. There was no one in the building but my husband and I, and two salesmen. I have a history of dealing with auto sales, and I know these transactions do not wrap up in an hour or less from start to finish. This auto group had the vehicle listed at one price online, then relisted it for $2,500 more two days after we tried to see the vehicle. If it had indeed sold, then why relist it for a higher price just two days later. I will NEVER do business with this dealership in the future. And, I will be sure to make their practices known to anyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle. The way we were treated is disgraceful. They are a dishonest business. DO NOT BUY.

Found new truck online. Was driving from out of state to purchase and reached an agreed purchase price on the vehicle. Rented a car, reserved hotel room and was at the bank getting the cashiers check. Sales Manager called and tells me the truck is now $500.00 higher. At first I thought he was kidding. No joke here folks. Sales manager Noe was very rude. Stay far away. When you have a verbal contract to purchase a vehicle and are ready to pick it up, they decide to change prices. No trade in involved . I wonder how much more it would have been by the time I got there to pay for it ???? Then I received numerous text and calls thinking I was really going to purchase from them. These people have no values. Got a much better price at a different Ram dealer.

I went in with a dodge b350 van. It had not been driven very far for a few years and I told them to update all that would make it safe to drive. They called me and said I should have them change the oil and that everything else was good. They produced a 25 point inspection that they said they had done. The inspection included radiator, wipers, brakes and transmission and tires, etc. Long story short the rain came on a 350 mile trip and did not stop. When I turned on the wipers they did not work. The engine quit working after 300 miles due to a clogged radiator and before that the brakes stoped working consistently. The brake fluid was very low and very dirty and I had to add fluid to the container for the.brakes

Mechanic stated recall work to update airbag had been done airbag light continued to come on, This happened twice. Finally took to another dealer and the repairs had not been done. . Later found out the airbag would not have worked if happen to be in a wreck.

We were not showed the inventory of cars. They tried to sell us one particular vehicle. As our salesman was talking to us, another salesman was trying to sell the same vehicle to another customer.He priced the vehicle for around $6,000 over the blue book value of the car. Then he used our trade in vehicle and a voucher that we got in the mail and said he was bringing the car down in price to meet the Blue Book value that I told him I looked up.. during the visit we were switched from 1 salesman to another. My husband noticed some things broke on the car everybody was being shown he said it looked like that car probably was in a wreck before. The mailer we received in our mail showed we had won something, which was just a scam to get us to come in. We left with a $5 Walmart gift card and no vehicle from them. I will not go back and I will try to inform all my family and friends so they don't go there either.

My wife and I went in there to see if we had won a prize, then decided to look at some cars. We were interested in A 2014 Chrysler Town & Country van, and wanted a particular color, but the salesperson took our registration to the manager and kept telling we needed to buy a different one. When they finally agreed to sell us the one we wanted, they raised the price by over $10,000 dollars (we checked the internet price $19,994,while waiting) to $29,998, and then gave us the discount on the flyer. When we told them they were crazy, the Manager, Ryan, McMahan, came over and said the internet was the wrong price, but gave a little bit of a price break. We told him he was crazy and we could buy this van for $8,000 less at another dealer, and to give us our keys back! (Yes, they valued our car at $5,000 less than Kelly Blue Book!) When we asked for our keys back, Ryan said to buy the van at the price we discussed, drive it for a year, and we would get what we paid for it on trade, or more!
Run, don't walk away from this dealership because these are REAL SCAM ARTISTS! We will tell everyone we know not to shop there!

I recently was traveling back to Oregon when my engine light came on in Ponca City. I called this dealer to see about having it checked out to see if it was safe to travel home. It takes less than 10 mintues to run an electronic check. I was told they did not have time and was told of a dealer in Kansas that I possible could go to. I thought, if Dodge dealers, after buying so many Chryler products over the years, cannot help stranded motorists then I should buy another make of automobile.

After a year back and forth we still haven’t gotten the extra warranty off the vehicle that we never purchased in the first place. I have been up there personally to try and straighten it out and no one seems to help or care. After finally reaching someone with authority, the individual says the they would help but in reality nothing comes from it. Still stuck after a year in a car that had an extra $3K tacked onto it for no reason. Crooked Thief’s…. I cannot believe they are in business. Do not shop here.
