Exceptional service is the "norm" for SW - Lindae
I have always received exceptional at SW. They are polite, friendly and always courteous, which is why I continue to buy my cars from them even though they are located in Paul's Valley and I'm in Oklahoma City. They advertise free oil changes and they mean it. As I own a diesel, oil changes are quite expensive. But what keeps me doing business with SW, is the curb side pick up and delivery of my vehicle and always a loaner vehicle to drive. I don't know of another dealership hat offers this kind of service.

Even more, they ensure that the vehicle is reliable with multi point inspections. Found this truck on line. After speaking with the sales person, Shonte, it sounded like what I was looking for. Shonte was very informative and friendly. I decided to go ahead and purchase the truck basically sight on seen. I spoke with the finance manager, Mike, and confirmed everything and the truck was shipped, free of charge by the way, not many dealerships do that. After receiving the truck I took it to my mechanic and it had one issue with the front end. I contacted Mike and they agreed to cover the cost of what needed fixed. Great customer service and a quality dealership.

We've had our share of trials and triumphs, it just so happens that some of them led us right to the Westpointe, Yukon OK! Carlos Watson, thank you-thank you! You've been there for us from the beginning! I remember just hoping we'd qualify for a car loan back then and you sold us our first Chrysler 200. What a blessing! A couple years later the new 200's came out, and boy was it NICE! My hubby surprised me with it by trading in my 200 and as fate would have it we bought a Ram 1500 for my hubby the same day! (trading in his Ol'truck which was on it's last leg); Sadly though the new 200 had a defect that couldn't be fixed :(. But through that experience Bruce put us in a loaner vehicle and Carlos worked with Noe to get us into another vehicle, I went with a Jeep Patriot. Noe! What a nice guy! They all took great care of us through that trying time. As time went on our boys grew and grew and are now over 6ft tall, and although we truly needed bigger vehicle we hadn't looked for one thinking we couldn't afford it anyway but as fate would have it, CARLOS calls us out the blue with a bigger truck! we were ecstatic! and Frank- thank you for your efforts in getting the financing! Blessings I tell you, thank you Lord! We were so grateful and excited! Months later though our new bigger truck was totaled in a wreck :( :( :(. there was no question in our heart who we'd go to for a replacement....

I received a phone call from their staff telling me all about the incentives Dodge is giving on their remaining 2016 Ram trucks. I went in met with Arthur ( Great guy) and the a sales meander came out offered me $3000 less than NADA whole sale and then informed me there are not any incentives on the truck.... Do Not Waster your time going to this dealership....

Don't go there, take the time to drive somewhere else. Took them over 6 months to refund money they owed to me got the run around everytime I called. Their service department is impossible to reach and don't know MOPAR.

We purchased our 2014 Fiat 500L in Nov 2013. Everything was fine up to the first oil change. It took the dealership all day to do a simple oil change. When I retrieved my car and drove home I noticed as I walked away that something was hanging underneath the car. I inspected the underneath to discover the skid plate that is "loosened" to do the maintenance had not been replaced after maintenance. I return to the dealership and again took hours for this to be completed. I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt several more times, should have gone somewhere else after the second time, but to no avail this simple protective cover stumped the department every time my Fiat needed an oil change.
The next issue I had was with the license plate lights. I explained to my advisor the computer would tell me the light was out. I would get out of the car check the light, tap the lens cover it would come on. I allow them to investigate it. I get a phone call and said advisor tells me it's a burned out bulb and proceeds to charge me $32 to change a bulb! I explained to him as politely as I could that I did not ask you to change the bulb as there was nothing wrong with it. This same issue kept occurring until I insisted this is under warranty, as I had only had the car less than 6 months. It took them over a week to fix this issue because the dealership doesn't have a dedicated Fiat mechanic or replacement parts on site.
The last issue and the reason I will not go back to Chris Nikel. I take said car in for scheduled oil change. I get a call at the end of their business day that they have lost my keys! They proceed to tell me they can't re-key my car because they don't keep replacement keys for the Fiat. What? Are you kidding me?! The keys have to come from Corporate. To make this very long review short, I know too late, after 2 weeks of calling everyday and getting the run around, it took me telling them that if they did not get my key I'm taking their loaner car to Florida in 2 days for two weeks and I will not be paying for any mileage (it was my vacation planned way in advance). A miracle happened the next day! Mysteriously overnight a replacement was located!!!
Now, I would not recommend their service department for anything but it's inevitably your decision. You may get lucky and have exemplary service. I hope you do.

I was going into buy a 2500 truck and looked all over Missouri (my home state) and really didn't like what anyone had to say. Looking at the internet in several states I found the truck I was looking for at price I could afford at Riverside Autoplex in Muskogee Oklahoma. While it was a 4 hour drive I was able to save several thousand dollars from anything that I found in Missouri. Overall experience with Riverside Autoplex was good and Faith was a nice friendly voice from the beginning that started me thinking positive thoughts of the dealership. Rick was the main person that I dealt with and he worked hard to get me the truck that I wanted at the price I wanted and actually got me more truck than I thought I could afford. The truck is beautiful and has a lot of options that I would not have ordinarily went in for but, what's not to like. Being someone with pretty good credit I was able to get the truck at a price that was less than tucks I looked at that were used. Reece was our sales person and worked with us through the test drive, paper work and finale credit check. Mario had everything ready in the finance department and we were out the door in about in 3.5 hours with my new truck headed home to Missouri.
One unusual circumstance with my deal was my trade in. It wasn't running properly and I didn't want to drive it the four hour drive to Muskogee so, the dealership was kind enough to sell me my new truck with the trade in value on the paper work and I was able to use my new truck to tow it back down couple of days later.
A few words of criticism however, things were missing off the truck and had to be ordered to get those things. Thankfully Rick got them shipped to a dealership in Missouri so I wouldn't have the drive back. Secondly, the detail crew sent me out on a four hour drive home with the tires low on air and lastly, I've never bought a new truck or car where the dealership didn't start you off with a full tank of gas, these guys gave me about ¼ tank. No deal breakers however and I would happily buy another truck from them if the circumstance were right.

I was in no hurry to buy a new truck and I've been looking at different lots for around 6 months but couldn't make a deal. My credit is in the 700's but I've walked in all of them with my jeans tucked in my boots a dirty shirt and a greasy beard. The salesman was a guy named Chance. They were very respectful to me personally. We came to an agreement and later I seen they were also very honorable. I would highly recommend the new South Point team.

I went in with a dodge b350 van. It had not been driven very far for a few years and I told them to update all that would make it safe to drive. They called me and said I should have them change the oil and that everything else was good. They produced a 25 point inspection that they said they had done. The inspection included radiator, wipers, brakes and transmission and tires, etc. Long story short the rain came on a 350 mile trip and did not stop. When I turned on the wipers they did not work. The engine quit working after 300 miles due to a clogged radiator and before that the brakes stoped working consistently. The brake fluid was very low and very dirty and I had to add fluid to the container for the.brakes

We were not showed the inventory of cars. They tried to sell us one particular vehicle. As our salesman was talking to us, another salesman was trying to sell the same vehicle to another customer.He priced the vehicle for around $6,000 over the blue book value of the car. Then he used our trade in vehicle and a voucher that we got in the mail and said he was bringing the car down in price to meet the Blue Book value that I told him I looked up.. during the visit we were switched from 1 salesman to another. My husband noticed some things broke on the car everybody was being shown he said it looked like that car probably was in a wreck before. The mailer we received in our mail showed we had won something, which was just a scam to get us to come in. We left with a $5 Walmart gift card and no vehicle from them. I will not go back and I will try to inform all my family and friends so they don't go there either.

I guess this dealership does not like to sale cars etc. They never call you back. They advertise they can get anybody financed, but I guess they do not want to take the time to try. You do know not everyone has the greatest credit , life sometimes deals you blows you do not have control over. I know you do not care but at least call people back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS would not recommend your dealership to a dog on the street, oops dogs don't drive, but if they did they could not buy a car from you.

After a year back and forth we still haven’t gotten the extra warranty off the vehicle that we never purchased in the first place. I have been up there personally to try and straighten it out and no one seems to help or care. After finally reaching someone with authority, the individual says the they would help but in reality nothing comes from it. Still stuck after a year in a car that had an extra $3K tacked onto it for no reason. Crooked Thief’s…. I cannot believe they are in business. Do not shop here.

My wife and I went in there to see if we had won a prize, then decided to look at some cars. We were interested in A 2014 Chrysler Town & Country van, and wanted a particular color, but the salesperson took our registration to the manager and kept telling we needed to buy a different one. When they finally agreed to sell us the one we wanted, they raised the price by over $10,000 dollars (we checked the internet price $19,994,while waiting) to $29,998, and then gave us the discount on the flyer. When we told them they were crazy, the Manager, Ryan, McMahan, came over and said the internet was the wrong price, but gave a little bit of a price break. We told him he was crazy and we could buy this van for $8,000 less at another dealer, and to give us our keys back! (Yes, they valued our car at $5,000 less than Kelly Blue Book!) When we asked for our keys back, Ryan said to buy the van at the price we discussed, drive it for a year, and we would get what we paid for it on trade, or more!
Run, don't walk away from this dealership because these are REAL SCAM ARTISTS! We will tell everyone we know not to shop there!
