I got a very very good deal on the 2016 Ram 1500 4x4 Crew Cab Ecodiesel Longhorn Limited that I purchased late last year. Truck was sold as a used vehicle based on the fact that the dealer "owned it". I did receive the MSO in the mail and was issued an original title for the truck. The problem I had was that I was told by my salesman that he would get with the General Manager (at the time), that he had been driving the truck and get the 2nd key fob for me and an owners manual. I did receive an owners manual but no key. After contacting Ram customer service to no end, I decided to give it one more try to see if they would at least work me. The current (5 June 2017)general manager and Scott Hayes, Sales Manager, researched the deal, got me a new key fob and even went so far that they filled up my tank for my trouble.Outstanding in my opinion, follow through several months after the deal. Hard to find that kind of service in today's fast paced world.

While driving from Kansas to Texas, the AC blower went out in my van. Bob Howard Chrysler was the closest Chrysler dealership/service on our route. When I called they got us scheduled immediately. When I arrived, the issue was quickly diagnosed. Our service advisor, Luis Elizardo, made special arrangements to have someone pick up the part needed rather than wait for the warehouse to deliver it. We were back on the road in 3 1/2 hours, instead of having to wait until the next day for it to be fixed. Luis went above and beyond to ensure we made it to our destination.

Found a 03 chevy silverado on line at kyle edwards auto dealership. After speaking with a sales person, Shonte who was very friendly and knowledgeable, I proceeded with purchasing the truck. I live in Kansas and the dealership is in oklahoma and they delivered it to me at no extra cost. Not many dealers out there that would do that. When I got the truck there were a couple of issues that I relayed to the manager and they were willing to help with the cost. Great group of people willing to go that extra mile to make the customer happy. Would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Joey and Juve were Friendly and I appreciate them coming down in the price . But whenever I got there to pick up my vehicle I was extremely upset I was told that it was ready before I even got there to pick it up assuming that they would have the car detailed. It looked like they had did a half-xxx job washing it and it definitely was not vacuumed out so now I'm going to have to pay to get that done which does not make me very happy because I feel like if you buy a vehicle from a car lot they should be willing to take care of this for you. And to top that off which makes matters even worse is I've never bought a vehicle that did not come floor mats in it. So yes that's more money that I'm going to be with out because now I have to buy floor mats so no I would never buy another vehicle from this car lot ever again. The only way that I would buy a vehicle from this again is if they would send me money to get floor mats and to pay to get it detail properly. Everytime that I bought a vehicle it is always been detailed whether it was brand new or used and it definitely had for floor mats in it.
And whenever I asked if it could be washed and cleaned before I paid money for it I was told that they had already gone home for the evening and this was around 5 in the evening whenever I came to pick up the vehicle I was like you got to be freaking kidding me if my daughter wasn't with me I probably would have went off and said something. The best experience with purchasing this vehicle was Norman thank you Norman for being so nice and so polite and kind too bad that you weren't the car salesman LOL

I live over an hour away and had planned to see this car all day and the car dealer I had been talking to all day knew I had gone to my bank and was ready to purchase the car. Headed over after work and after driving an hour there, the dealers all laughed when I walked in the door. The dealer then had the nerve to come tell me, "The car already sold." Would never recommend this place again.

I went in with a dodge b350 van. It had not been driven very far for a few years and I told them to update all that would make it safe to drive. They called me and said I should have them change the oil and that everything else was good. They produced a 25 point inspection that they said they had done. The inspection included radiator, wipers, brakes and transmission and tires, etc. Long story short the rain came on a 350 mile trip and did not stop. When I turned on the wipers they did not work. The engine quit working after 300 miles due to a clogged radiator and before that the brakes stoped working consistently. The brake fluid was very low and very dirty and I had to add fluid to the container for the.brakes

We were not showed the inventory of cars. They tried to sell us one particular vehicle. As our salesman was talking to us, another salesman was trying to sell the same vehicle to another customer.He priced the vehicle for around $6,000 over the blue book value of the car. Then he used our trade in vehicle and a voucher that we got in the mail and said he was bringing the car down in price to meet the Blue Book value that I told him I looked up.. during the visit we were switched from 1 salesman to another. My husband noticed some things broke on the car everybody was being shown he said it looked like that car probably was in a wreck before. The mailer we received in our mail showed we had won something, which was just a scam to get us to come in. We left with a $5 Walmart gift card and no vehicle from them. I will not go back and I will try to inform all my family and friends so they don't go there either.

Friday March 17th, I took the car to Riverside Dodge of Mcalester OK, after a few days, I was contacted from service personnel at Riverside stating the WIN module was bad, they ordered a new one, it will be replaced later today or tomorrow morning then be ready for pickup. I then received a call, on Tuesday 3-21-17 or Wed 3-22-17 stating that the car now needed a power distributing center, located under the hood by the engine. I was told the power dist center was burned up and showed signs of melted plastic on the bottom of the p.d.c.. I was told $1586 to replace part with labor costs and parts price, I was told this is a normal failure. I told the service lady that I could not afford it and I would be picking the car up. I have paperwork and picture evidence to back my claims up.

I guess this dealership does not like to sale cars etc. They never call you back. They advertise they can get anybody financed, but I guess they do not want to take the time to try. You do know not everyone has the greatest credit , life sometimes deals you blows you do not have control over. I know you do not care but at least call people back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS would not recommend your dealership to a dog on the street, oops dogs don't drive, but if they did they could not buy a car from you.
