I was very surprised by the kindness and honesty from those I worked with during my purchase. Lucus really cares about those he is working with and has a passion for his career. He even helped me install my car seat into my new Pacifica. Tracey in finance is informative, not pushy and wants the best for his customers. I will send family and friends their way for purchases. The only reason I give the experience a 4/5 is in the end I did not like the interest rate for my vehicle, but they worked hard to make everything else the best they could. Thank you.

First of all we were hit with "in order to finance you in a used 16 Dodge Charger you're looking at $4,500 down with pmts in the $600-$700s." Then Josh came back out with "$3000 down the banks changed their numbers...blah blah your pmts are at $500 range." I asked him if the first time around was at the Internet price of $19,900? He dodged me. I brought up price 2-3 more X and he dodged me. Thankfully we didn't leave that day with the car, and a cpl days later I asked for the doc with price and fees, and when sent the selling price was $22,900 way above market value, and their internet price that day was $19,900. All their fees added up to our $3,000 down that never would of went to the car. When i called he said he'd fix it. Drove 4 hrs btw and they wouldn't let us get the car. Watch out they're nothing but lying fraudulent xxxxxxxx.

Went into Westpointe hoping to get a new car, unsure if it would be possible. My salesman was Blake H. He is absolutely amazing. Blake bent over backwards to make this a smooth and easy process. I left there that day without the normal stress of the buying experience because of him. I highly recommend Westpointe and Blake to anyone looking for a new Jeep. Found a 03 chevy silverado on line at kyle edwards auto dealership. After speaking with a sales person, Shonte who was very friendly and knowledgeable, I proceeded with purchasing the truck. I live in Kansas and the dealership is in oklahoma and they delivered it to me at no extra cost. Not many dealers out there that would do that. When I got the truck there were a couple of issues that I relayed to the manager and they were willing to help with the cost. Great group of people willing to go that extra mile to make the customer happy. Would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Asked to see the Car, since I live in Tulsa, they met me half way, car was dirty, not detailed.
I looked around for a week but price was pretty good so I purchased car. Friendly but paperwork was incorrect, I had to redo it , received only one keyless FOB with no emergency key. Lot of promises, not much action or if there is, reluctant slow action.

I live over an hour away and had planned to see this car all day and the car dealer I had been talking to all day knew I had gone to my bank and was ready to purchase the car. Headed over after work and after driving an hour there, the dealers all laughed when I walked in the door. The dealer then had the nerve to come tell me, "The car already sold." Would never recommend this place again.

I went in with a dodge b350 van. It had not been driven very far for a few years and I told them to update all that would make it safe to drive. They called me and said I should have them change the oil and that everything else was good. They produced a 25 point inspection that they said they had done. The inspection included radiator, wipers, brakes and transmission and tires, etc. Long story short the rain came on a 350 mile trip and did not stop. When I turned on the wipers they did not work. The engine quit working after 300 miles due to a clogged radiator and before that the brakes stoped working consistently. The brake fluid was very low and very dirty and I had to add fluid to the container for the.brakes

We were not showed the inventory of cars. They tried to sell us one particular vehicle. As our salesman was talking to us, another salesman was trying to sell the same vehicle to another customer.He priced the vehicle for around $6,000 over the blue book value of the car. Then he used our trade in vehicle and a voucher that we got in the mail and said he was bringing the car down in price to meet the Blue Book value that I told him I looked up.. during the visit we were switched from 1 salesman to another. My husband noticed some things broke on the car everybody was being shown he said it looked like that car probably was in a wreck before. The mailer we received in our mail showed we had won something, which was just a scam to get us to come in. We left with a $5 Walmart gift card and no vehicle from them. I will not go back and I will try to inform all my family and friends so they don't go there either.

Friday March 17th, I took the car to Riverside Dodge of Mcalester OK, after a few days, I was contacted from service personnel at Riverside stating the WIN module was bad, they ordered a new one, it will be replaced later today or tomorrow morning then be ready for pickup. I then received a call, on Tuesday 3-21-17 or Wed 3-22-17 stating that the car now needed a power distributing center, located under the hood by the engine. I was told the power dist center was burned up and showed signs of melted plastic on the bottom of the p.d.c.. I was told $1586 to replace part with labor costs and parts price, I was told this is a normal failure. I told the service lady that I could not afford it and I would be picking the car up. I have paperwork and picture evidence to back my claims up.

I guess this dealership does not like to sale cars etc. They never call you back. They advertise they can get anybody financed, but I guess they do not want to take the time to try. You do know not everyone has the greatest credit , life sometimes deals you blows you do not have control over. I know you do not care but at least call people back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS would not recommend your dealership to a dog on the street, oops dogs don't drive, but if they did they could not buy a car from you.

After a year back and forth we still haven’t gotten the extra warranty off the vehicle that we never purchased in the first place. I have been up there personally to try and straighten it out and no one seems to help or care. After finally reaching someone with authority, the individual says the they would help but in reality nothing comes from it. Still stuck after a year in a car that had an extra $3K tacked onto it for no reason. Crooked Thief’s…. I cannot believe they are in business. Do not shop here.
