Had Truck Serviced at Turnpike numerous times,, No Problems what so ever,, Good work,, on time,, came out clean,, The only Concern is leaving keys in vehicle when finished & leaving vehicle unlocked !!!!!.. Ridiculous - Osu1980
My first experience with this dealership was two sales people sitting in front of dealership having their "smoke break", didn't even stand up to greet me. Didn't seem interested in helping me and when I asked for someone to ask about the Eco diesel, I got a blank stare. New salesman was asked as he came out for his "smoke break". He regurgitated the basic info and proceeded to light his cigerette. Needless to say I left. Definetly the most pitiful experience I have ever had at a dealership.
FANTASTIC SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Ron
On the morning of October 11th I broke down in Ardmore and could not find anyone to make repairs. Spent the night and called Carter County Dodge and talked to BRIAN HERELL said get it towed to them so they could see what needed to be done. After the front end tech pulled off the passenger side front wheel he found major damage from a outer wheel bearing which called for a new spindle and bearing. The parts department tried everywhere to find the spindle, but the only one was in Florida and it would take 3 days to get it. Got a rental drove home to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and drove back down on following Friday to pick it up. Got there and they had not got it done because of job that took a lot longer than they expected. After I explained my problem to Brian Herell and the fact that I had my 3yr old grandson with me and that the rental had to be returned by 6 p.m. Brian gathered a crew and they jumped on it and got it done for me. This the first time that I've ever had a service department take this GREAT OF CARE of me and my grandson. I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE PEOPLE THAT BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP ME. I REALLY ENJOYED TALKING TO THE SEVERAL SALESMAN AND ALSO HOW THEY TRIED TO HELP ALSO. WHEN IT BECOMES TIME TO BUY ANOTHER TRUCK THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP THAT IT WILL COME FROM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU BRIAN AND THE TECHS FOR YOUR HELP!!!!

Unprofessional Sales Staff - Kezrms
Went to look for a used car for my son going off to college. Was greeted by a young man that took us inside to find a list of cars that met our criteria. The cars he found matched our criteria but were complete junk. All of the cars were dirty and had not been cleaned up. Found one car that we were interested in and took a test drive. During the drive the young man used more F bomb's than Kevin Hart.
We ended up going next door to the Honda dealer and buying a better car with a professional sales staff.
Purchasing new Vehicle - dan
Good experience purchasing a new Cadillac Escalade, everyone at the dealership was professional. We live 50 miles from dealership, and the service that Seih Wadley offer this 50 miles will not be a problem.
Friendly staff! - Billie oberkramer
I love my new car! But when you buy be sure everything that was talked about and agreed on is put on paper! Our salesman is awesome! But we have had a couple of problems. Slowly but surely they are getting fixed!
They could care less about doing what's right for the custom - zodac1976
As part of my deal on my brand new 2016 Ram Ecodiesel 1500, they were to install a spray in bed liner. They sent my truck over to Pro Tech, who completely destroyed the bed with liner they installed, they sent it back and all they did was add more bed liner spray to the already messed up job. The dealership told me that they would have their system in the first week of April and they would completely remove the bed liner and put in a new one. Because of all the crap I had to deal with they also tinted the front windows, however when I took my truck up for them to do it. They were only able to get out about 60% of the old bed liner and the resprayed it, the bed liner still looks like there is running paint everywhere in the bed. I told them if the cleaned up all of the overspray and put on a folding hard bed cover we would call it good. About a week later the sales manager calls me and says that they had installed one this last week on a guys truck and he didn't want if that was ok to put onto my truck and I said yes as long as it wasn't damaged at all. When I went to go look at my truck after it was installed the xxxx thing had severe hail damage on every single panel, well the sales manager was like oh I had no idea it was damaged and now they are saying they are done trying to fix things and that because my truck is always dirty that you can't really see the damage anyway so what's the big deal. The big deal is YOU MESSED UP MY 53K TRUCK AND NOW YOU WONT FIX IT THE CORRECT WAY. These guys are dirt bags don't ever deal with them.
Great dealership! - Rwill
I had a great experience purchasing a new car from Westpointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge recently. My salesman, Carlos Watson, was very kind and knowledgable. He went above and beyond, even to the point of helping detail my new car to expedite the process. Highly recommend Carlos! Also Jone McWhirter made sure that I received every discount possible to ensure the best price. She made financing a breeze! Wonderful experience at Westpointe - I highly recommend!
AMAZING!!!! - Rupert'sMom
I have done everything at this dealership except purchase a vehicle, however, I can guarantee 100% that when the time comes for me to buy, I will be going here!!! Service department, Collision department as well as the facilities are downright amazing. I even take my vehicle to this dealership just for cleaning because they have the best people there that obviously take pride in a job well done. Also, the pricing is extremely reasonable! Thank you Chris Nikel CJD!!!!!!
service department techs are inexperienced and lie. - Downer488
I went in with a dodge b350 van. It had not been driven very far for a few years and I told them to update all that would make it safe to drive. They called me and said I should have them change the oil and that everything else was good. They produced a 25 point inspection that they said they had done. The inspection included radiator, wipers, brakes and transmission and tires, etc. Long story short the rain came on a 350 mile trip and did not stop. When I turned on the wipers they did not work. The engine quit working after 300 miles due to a clogged radiator and before that the brakes stoped working consistently. The brake fluid was very low and very dirty and I had to add fluid to the container for the.brakes
Recall for Chrysler Airbag - 174LadyCooke

Will never use again - ChryslerNoMore
I've done my last business with South Pointe Chrysler. I had a bad experience with their service before, when they didn't start my car service until I got there at the promised time. I stayed another hour and a half for the car. This time I had the car towed in on Monday morning. I told the service guy that it was the alternator. They finally looked at it on Wednesday and said the alternator is good, but needs a new battery. My wife told them that it is the alternator. It was obvious from what was happening. They called back to say it IS the alternator. It's now Thursday and still no word, except that they're "getting the part". Four days for an alternator? Really? I'll never take another car to them. In fact, I'll never buy another Chrysler product. I'm done with that company. Ever since the 1980s, they have scammed the public and I'm out of patience.
Bad treatment - Purcell7766
We were not showed the inventory of cars. They tried to sell us one particular vehicle. As our salesman was talking to us, another salesman was trying to sell the same vehicle to another customer. He priced the vehicle for around $6,000 over the blue book value of the car. Then he used our trade in vehicle and a voucher that we got in the mail and said he was bringing the car down in price to meet the Blue Book value that I told him I looked up.. during the visit we were switched from 1 salesman to another. My husband noticed some things broke on the car everybody was being shown he said it looked like that car probably was in a wreck before. The mailer we received in our mail showed we had won something, which was just a scam to get us to come in. We left with a $5 Walmart gift card and no vehicle from them. I will not go back and I will try to inform all my family and friends so they don't go there either.
Scam artist - dnice47
This dealership is very shady or maybe I was a fool to believe I had won $1000 dollars. Never again. Disappointed. Need some better advertisement.
scam artists!!! - don0463
My wife and I went in there to see if we had won a prize, then decided to look at some cars. We were interested in A 2014 Chrysler Town & Country van, and wanted a particular color, but the salesperson took our registration to the manager and kept telling we needed to buy a different one. When they finally agreed to sell us the one we wanted, they raised the price by over $10,000 dollars (we checked the internet price $19,994,while waiting) to $29,998, and then gave us the discount on the flyer. When we told them they were crazy, the Manager, Ryan, McMahan, came over and said the internet was the wrong price, but gave a little bit of a price break. We told him he was crazy and we could buy this van for $8,000 less at another dealer, and to give us our keys back! (Yes, they valued our car at $5,000 less than Kelly Blue Book!) When we asked for our keys back, Ryan said to buy the van at the price we discussed, drive it for a year, and we would get what we paid for it on trade, or more!
Run, don't walk away from this dealership because these are REAL SCAM ARTISTS! We will tell everyone we know not to shop there!
Poor Service - Douglas54
I recently was traveling back to Oregon when my engine light came on in Ponca City. I called this dealer to see about having it checked out to see if it was safe to travel home. It takes less than 10 mintues to run an electronic check. I was told they did not have time and was told of a dealer in Kansas that I possible could go to. I thought, if Dodge dealers, after buying so many Chryler products over the years, cannot help stranded motorists then I should buy another make of automobile.
Crooked Dealership, Never do this again…. - tshara19
After a year back and forth we still haven’t gotten the extra warranty off the vehicle that we never purchased in the first place. I have been up there personally to try and straighten it out and no one seems to help or care. After finally reaching someone with authority, the individual says the they would help but in reality nothing comes from it. Still stuck after a year in a car that had an extra $3K tacked onto it for no reason. Crooked Thief’s…. I cannot believe they are in business. Do not shop here.
