I had originally brought my vehicle in for tire rotation. This was to place the summer tires on and take the winter tires off. I also had a recall related to a print out in the owners manual. Furthermore, I had a problem with my rear bench passenger seat. Once the tires were exchanged, the technician had somehow damaged the weatherstrip on the passenger side rear door. This required a part order and subsequent replacement. I had to follow up on my part order twice. Eventually the work was scheduled on the day I had asked about the part. Once that was done, I came to pick up my vehicle and was told that the rear seat issue had also been addressed. Despite complex conversation with the team which included Ryan and Rory the service technician, we collectively agreed that the work was not completed and indeed required additional review. They ended up keeping the vehicle for several more days. The part necessary to fix the issue was ordered, and the issue was fixed. And ultimately I was able to pick up my vehicle. I was afforded a loaner vehicle the whole time. The team was extremely communicative. I think Ryan did an excellent job in follow up. I wish that none of this actually had to happen in such a complicated way; despite that, I feel like Ryan managed the situation well. Ultimately, he took care of me, and I'm very satisfied with his efforts.

Salem VW has done good work on my Tiguan and the communication with the service manager has improved significantly in the last couple visits. My only issue is the amount of additional maintenance that is recommended every time I am there. This visit was over $1700 on a car with 33,000 miles-which I declined! It is excessive.

No high pressure sales. Pricing is explained in detail. Buying process is streamlined through good communication. For me, the entire process was completed at my home, including vehicle delivery. I went into the purchase knowing what I wanted and wound up with just that. DJ was thorough and thoughtful, answering honestly. I came away from the experience feeling satisfied with my choice of dealership.

My wonderful RAV4 needed new tires, so I went to Wilsonville Toyota to take advantage of their tire sale. So I came for tires but left with a Corolla Cross that was even better suited for my current needs than my beloved RAV4. This is the happy result of working with Chris Guidi and this dealership, where I have years of good experiences. When he first asked, I said I had no interest in anything other than my RAV4, the 4th one I purchased. But as I though about it a few days later, I felt I should at least look into what was available. So I agreed to talk with him at the dealership, certain there would be nothing better than what I had. But I said we could talk about it. He asked what I wanted; I said a small version of the RAV4, easier for me to drive. He suggested we look at the little Corolla Cross. We went for a drive, and I realized this was IT, exactly what I wanted and perfectly suited to my current needs. Chris and I had worked together before, I trusted him and had always had good experiences at the dealership. So he went to work, and I left with a car perfect for me. He's that kind of guy, and I'd recommend him to anyone who values honesty, accurate listening, and a lot of extra work in a short time. I believe he can work that way because he is in this dealership that encourages it.

Riley was very professional, pleasant and helpful. He helped me out with my car's headlight. It needed to be replace under warranty. He had to order the part and it was arriving the next day and promised me it would be fixed that day which was a Saturday! So, I left my car there. And I received a call on Saturday an hour and a half earlier than what was scheduled. The part was scheduled to arrive at 2:30pm, and it took 3-4 hours to replace...But, I receive a message my car was READY to be picked up at 1:27 pm! What service! I am amazed. He knew what to do. He knew I was hesitant to leave my car. When I picked up my car, it was washed and looked GREAT! He even told me that the carwash broke my windshield wiper and they replaced it with a new one. I live in McMinnville, I will take the time to take it there to be serviced. Because the service was excellent. Thank You Riley and crew. Your customer service is very impressive. Well worth the trip. I do have to mention Andrew Johnson, He was helping the dealership service department where I had my car service in the beginning, by Christian Taggart, Buick GMC of Beaverton.
