Although Coos Bay Toyota was completely booked, they found away to schedule us for the replacement of the window. I am forever thankful to them for helping us salvage our vacation. My wonderful RAV4 needed new tires, so I went to Wilsonville Toyota to take advantage of their tire sale. So I came for tires but left with a Corolla Cross that was even better suited for my current needs than my beloved RAV4. This is the happy result of working with Chris Guidi and this dealership, where I have years of good experiences. When he first asked, I said I had no interest in anything other than my RAV4, the 4th one I purchased. But as I though about it a few days later, I felt I should at least look into what was available. So I agreed to talk with him at the dealership, certain there would be nothing better than what I had. But I said we could talk about it. He asked what I wanted; I said a small version of the RAV4, easier for me to drive. He suggested we look at the little Corolla Cross. We went for a drive, and I realized this was IT, exactly what I wanted and perfectly suited to my current needs. Chris and I had worked together before, I trusted him and had always had good experiences at the dealership. So he went to work, and I left with a car perfect for me. He's that kind of guy, and I'd recommend him to anyone who values honesty, accurate listening, and a lot of extra work in a short time. I believe he can work that way because he is in this dealership that encourages it.

I needed an oil change, but found out (actually reminded me) that my front Brake pads were extremely thin and should be replaced with the rotors machined flat. This was a big help because I was going to drive 1500 miles to see the Total Eclipse. Not possible without the brake work. Also, they were as curious as me as to why one of my tires was losing about 10 psi per week. Since I got my tires from this dealer, no charge for investing that problem or for rotating the tires! Sweet! They are very nice and friendly at the dealership. They have never pressured anyone in my family to buy a car. They are always interested how the family is doing and when we buy a new car it’s always to solve a problem that we have with our transportation (bigger car to transport teenagers on the frisbee team or swim team or skiing with a couple other teenagers our own child (sorry “young adult!”) wants to bring with! Or someone wants to get rid of their sedan for a sportier vehicle!

The guy who you drop your car off to vapes. He vapes before, and after, while moving your car for it's services. He is also the shuttle driver. Vaping before and after driving the shuttle. what happened to smoke breaks? And is anyone checking the vape for illicit substances? Some people are getting DUII's for toxic amounts of vape. I observed the person moving cars and the shuttle van driver Vape 4 times in a matter of 10 minutes while on the clock moving customers cars and before and after shuttle driving . The service person I used to be unnamed did not even have all the service check list that my owners manual did. I had to ask him to add things the manual said needed to be done that the would not have been done by Lithia otherwise. This is not acceptable..

Three weeks ago my new 2024 Rav 4 purchased less than 30 days prior to that leaked almost all of its oil. It has been back at dealer since then. They will not refund or give me new car. Said they will buy back but no quote has been given. Also have been unable to repair or find out what is wrong in 3 weeks. Would you want this car back? Service Manager did not return my calls. Reported to Toyota and they have opened a case.

This is the worst dealership. Expensive oil changes, ignorance with pending campaign recalls, and they no longer offer Lyft rides anymore. They noticed my skid plate hanging and they skimped and did not replace two missing bolts even though my truck is well under warranty. What a joke of. Dealership. Avoid st all costs. Oh and they still have outrageous markups on new vehicles! Pure greed!

I will never go back. They spent more time trying to get me to schedule unnecessary service via text messages, outrageous cost for simple transmission fluid change, never showed me what the old fluid looked like, filter, but did sell me a cabin air filter and I can only assume they actually changed it. They were completely uncommunicative and kept setting the finishing time back by the hour. The actual facility is designed so one can not talk to the technician in person to answer questions. When you are spending $600 on service, one should be able to ask specifics about the service. The system of texting and emails is ridiculous and unproductive and supports not having to communicate with the customer in person. Prices, communication and accountability are all lacking leaving the business looking untrustworthy. I wonder how they got any good reviews?

This dealership ALWAYS provides very fast, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable service. They never try and sell you on anything they just let you know what is available in case you might be interested. Something that most dealerships seem to forget is cleanliness, both in the cars they service and most importantly - the dealership itself. When the windows are washed, the floor is clean, the staff is neatly dressed, and the overall appearance of the place is neat, clean, and uncluttered, it gives a sense of order that these folks know what they are doing and can get things done correctly. Always a pleasure to bring my vehicles in for repairs or servicing.

When the battery failed in my Sienna I went to J & P's for a replacment. Not only did I get charged full price(expected) but I was charged $20 for installation. They did get my $20, but they will now never get any more of my business.

Not to terribly impressed with the service departments way of dropping your vehicle off to have work done. Cluster of cars all coming in at once and not enough service technicians to assist the customers. I will say I had exceptional customer service from Tim Goodman. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my service and thoroughly went over all paperwork.
