Noise in the suspensoin - manofdes
I contacted the service department and scheduled an appointment for them to find a noise coming from under the car when I hit a major bumps in my 2014 Fusion. It took two service rides with a mechanic but they were able to pinpoint the the squeaking noise and resolve the the issue. Paul Rubin the Assistant Service Manager is A1. Let me know what was happening each step of the way. My next car will be from Pacifico.

My daughter was in a fender bender. She had an older escape that ended up being totaled , we went to Kenny Ross to see what options were there. I went in to trade a 2011 BMW that had 124000 miles on it. I was upside down. I knew it would be a challenge ut it was time and necessary togged a new vehicle. I looked at three used vehicles a 2013 Edge, a 2010 Taurus SHO, and a 2013 MKZ. All three had there advantages but the first two were not worth it in the long run for the drive I do on a daily basis. This is our 8th and 9th vehicle from the deanship, everytime Joe Ginnetti was our salesman. He understood our needs, he understood my attractions to shiny new toys and he met us in the middle. Joe was not able to show us the cars initially but he left us in good hands Owen Ferrell until he was able to return. I can't say it enough they really delivered everything I needed and more. I wasn't even thinking new car and low and behold I drove out with a 2016 Fusion SE with AWD leather, navigation. If Joe is there when my kids are buying cars they are going to be buying them from him. No question about it. Thanks again Joe we really appreciate all the hard work you do.

his is a very nice place to do business .I came to Ciocca Ford because it had the best price.so I drove 30 miles to save a few thousand dollars on a new ford Focus for my wife.When I got there I was treated like a old friend.(my first time there)Everyone was warm ,helpful and friendly.I am sorry that they are so far away because I would like to take advantage of all the free perks that come along with the purchase of a car with Ciocca Ford.

The Service Department employees always greet me with a smile and a friendly manner. They try to accommodate my schedule as much as possible; tell me if there is any maintenance service that is due or any repair that needs to be made and why; gives the car a courtesy wash unless I tell them not to do so, and explains what has been done to the vehicle and what the cost is for that day's service work. I am always treated with respect, even more than that -- as a guest in their home --and I believe I am on good terms with everyone there. They put me at ease and never talk down to me. I will continue to buy vehicles from Midtown if for no other reason than the Service Dept. is excellent.

Overall had a very professional and pleasing experience purchasing a new Lincoln MKX. My wife and I arrived and was greeted by Connie Toy who worked with us for most of the afternoon. She took the time and took us thru a explorer, edge, and finally the Lincoln. Took us on test drives and was patient and caring since my wife is handicapped. She always made sure she comfortable in all the drives. Connie took us thru the options of buying and leasing. We finally chose leasing a Lincoln MKX, also receive a very good trade in value on my that I was turning in. We were thoroughly impressed with Connie and also Anthony Nestor who handled the final paperwork. We would recommend this dealership to everyone.

My car buying started by trying to use the Costco buying program and being sent to Flemington ford. I gave up on Flemigton after almost a week of back and forth, or more specifically my trying to get the sales person to respond to emails and phone messages without luck. I even emailed all the Flemington managers and the only way to get a response was to give a bad review to Costco.
I was able to close the deal in record time by going directly to Milham (Koch33) Ford. The initial deal was handled by Cory and then handed off to Tim Hood. Tim was able to handle the transaction with ease and I took delivery of the sharpest mustang on the lot!

After reading some of the negative reviews on here, I decided to leave one of my own. I purchased a vehicle here 6 months ago and everyone at this dealership was friendly, helpful and accomodating. I'm learning that some customers just want to be miserable and look for any excuse to take offense. My experience here in no way came close to any of these other poor reviews. These folks seemed dedicated, kind and hard working...so give them a chance and make up your own mind. I'd recommend them a hundred times over!

I've been taking my Escape to State College Ford for the past two years since moving to State College. A few weeks ago, State College Ford failed to write down my service appointment after I had rearranged my day and gone in late to work, and they didn't have the parts available when I dropped it off. They did not seem to care that they had made a mistake and they did not say or do anything to try to make it right. They really didn't seem to care at all. Frustrated, I decided to try Joel Confer Ford. Not only did they save me $300 by suggesting a different method for fixing my car, but they were friendly and knowledgeable, as well as willing, able, and interested in explaining my car's problems and the services it needed. I was happy to have such a positive experience with Ford, because I haven't since moving to State College. I'll gladly drive the extra way to Joel Confer's in the future to get better service!
