Had a scheduled appointment for having our Ford Edge serviced, which ranged from an oil change to a good going over (The Works) for the winter ahead. A couple of minor adjustments were required. The speedy turnaround was greatly appreciated and the staff was cordial and efficient.

Also, helpful, thoughtful and kind salesman and finance person both making it very easy to understand what was being purchased and financed. Pleasantly Surprised! The dreaded unannounced/unscheduled service for my Ford Fusion. Pleasantly Surprised. The service department worked me into the schedule and got me on my within two hours start to finish. This included an unexpected tire assessment/rotation and safety inspection. They even wiped down the car (may have washed it). Waiting room was clean and comfortable with some nice treats. The staff was eager to take of any problems that I had. I was more than satisfied when I left. I was "Pleasantly Surprised!" Great Job!

I just bought a Ford Escape from robin ford I had been to 4. Dealers in 2 days and I have to say from the moment I walked in robin ford I knew I would buy there. Everyone was welcoming. No one was high pressure or salesman like. I had a friendly feeling instead of a attack of the vultures feeling. Both Jules my sales rep and Jim the manager worked with me through a visit and many phone calls to put me in a car that had everything I wanted with a price I could live with. They were way beyond helpful and I felt like I was doing business with a friend. Eric was so kind as to help too. Everyone greeted me. Your staff is amazing there. Jules and Jim should be commended. Overall had a very professional and pleasing experience purchasing a new Lincoln MKX. My wife and I arrived and was greeted by Connie Toy who worked with us for most of the afternoon. She took the time and took us thru a explorer, edge, and finally the Lincoln. Took us on test drives and was patient and caring since my wife is handicapped. She always made sure she comfortable in all the drives. Connie took us thru the options of buying and leasing. We finally chose leasing a Lincoln MKX, also receive a very good trade in value on my that I was turning in. We were thoroughly impressed with Connie and also Anthony Nestor who handled the final paperwork. We would recommend this dealership to everyone.

After reading some of the negative reviews on here, I decided to leave one of my own. I purchased a vehicle here 6 months ago and everyone at this dealership was friendly, helpful and accomodating. I'm learning that some customers just want to be miserable and look for any excuse to take offense. My experience here in no way came close to any of these other poor reviews. These folks seemed dedicated, kind and hard working...so give them a chance and make up your own mind. I'd recommend them a hundred times over!

Starting with the great selection of quality trucks. Sherah Cooney was very personable and sent detailed information about trucks that fit my request . I drove about an hour and twenty minutes from NJ... Passing about six other Ford dealerships on my way to Ciocca Ford. When I arrived I was greeted by sales guy Dan Hughes who was a truck guy. He knew everything about all of the truck and option packages. He was very patient with me because I lived three different trucks for completely different reasons. Most likely because they have so much to select from and different models have various option packages available. We were able to agree on a great sale price on my new 2016 XLT and very fair trade in in my current vehicle . I will highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends... And it was well worth the drive from NJ

I've been taking my Escape to State College Ford for the past two years since moving to State College. A few weeks ago, State College Ford failed to write down my service appointment after I had rearranged my day and gone in late to work, and they didn't have the parts available when I dropped it off. They did not seem to care that they had made a mistake and they did not say or do anything to try to make it right. They really didn't seem to care at all. Frustrated, I decided to try Joel Confer Ford. Not only did they save me $300 by suggesting a different method for fixing my car, but they were friendly and knowledgeable, as well as willing, able, and interested in explaining my car's problems and the services it needed. I was happy to have such a positive experience with Ford, because I haven't since moving to State College. I'll gladly drive the extra way to Joel Confer's in the future to get better service!

After visiting other dealers getting thrown out, cursed at, car doors slammed on me, I was expecting to walk into Laurel Ford and being treated like crap, I was expecting a fight, I was loaded for bear thinking they would be the same as other dealers. I was prepared for insults, I kinda expected I wouldn't end up buying a new truck today , I was itching for a fight. That never happened, I was treated friendly and with respect, I was confused, all I know what to do is fight and trade insults, I was treated so good my heart melted and when I asked for a lower price they didn't swear or call me names. I was treated so good I would have paid a higher price. I have to at least like you before I hand over my hard earned money to you and I loved Laurel Ford.
