Shopping for a new vehicle can be stressful and overwhelming. At Bergey's, this was not the case at all. Vincent Saracino is one of the best car salesmen that I have ever come across. He was completely honest, down to earth, professional, and knowledgeable about the product he is selling. I must say that I was honestly impressed on how organized he was. When I went to pick up my new F150, he had everything ready for me, all I had to do was sign. Dealing with Vince was an extremely pleasant experience. I did not feel pressured by him at any time and he made sure I fully understood all of the vehicle's features and terms of the sale. Bergey's has a great facility and extensive selection. I got exactly what I was looking for.

Just ordered a new F150 from the Patrick(s) Dugan and Bricker. They gave me their undivided attention when I was there and were very helpful with the ordering process. They kept me informed as time went by. The truck came in before promised. They had it cleaned and prepped when I got there. and spent another hour or so with me going over the options. Overall great service from both Patricks and Bairel team.

Service department very friendly and Mike Kardane is great. Appointment times were convenient to my schedule and service was pretty quick to finish work about 2.5 hours.
My only issue is the price for oil change and tire rotation- $39.95 and price to fix nail in tire- $30.00 they are much higher than Pep Boys, Midas , etc.

Worked with Mike Ciarlone over the phone to select a vehicle and obtain the loan. Basically all I had to do when I arrived at the dealership was sign and drive! Which was great since I had an infant in tow. Everyone in the dealership were very professional and courteous. I plan to return to Hoskins Ford for future vehicle purchases.

My experience with Robin Ford was the best experience of car buying I have ever had. My salesman Rich Small was fantastic to say the least. He listened to all of my needs and made me feel very comfortable. I left feeling happy with my decision. He was not a typical salesman, you could tell he could actually care about my needs. Murphy Ford has now sold or leased our family four vehicles. Each time the experience was enjoyable, informative, and left us with the quality Ford vechile that met both our budget and our needs. I recently went back to Ford for the 3rd time for a lease. I got the new Ford Escape which I absolutely love but what made the difference was going to Bob Gallop. He doesn't just give you what they offer - he asks you what YOU want and finds it for you. I can't imagine going to another guy other than Bob because it's reliable, honest and always have my best interest at hand. He was so excited for me which made me so happy and i drove away knowing I made the right decision.
I would recommend everyone at least giving Bob a chance. He's not pushy and will find you what you are looking for!

i have to say I've very humbled by my expierience form these guys. i wouldn't normally take a risk with a dealership being 8 hours away from my home to see a vehicle, But Nick and Chris both made me feel 100% comfortable and confident with my decision. I've been taking my Escape to State College Ford for the past two years since moving to State College. A few weeks ago, State College Ford failed to write down my service appointment after I had rearranged my day and gone in late to work, and they didn't have the parts available when I dropped it off. They did not seem to care that they had made a mistake and they did not say or do anything to try to make it right. They really didn't seem to care at all. Frustrated, I decided to try Joel Confer Ford. Not only did they save me $300 by suggesting a different method for fixing my car, but they were friendly and knowledgeable, as well as willing, able, and interested in explaining my car's problems and the services it needed. I was happy to have such a positive experience with Ford, because I haven't since moving to State College. I'll gladly drive the extra way to Joel Confer's in the future to get better service!

I love the friendly, curtious staff -sales and service. The availability of the having my CX5 picked up, serviced, and returned to my work place while I am at work is priceless, saving me time and money. Getting the fourth oil change free, is also a savings. I had to pay for more changes to get one free before. I had heard pro's and con's from this dealership, but I am pleased with my purchase and the service that I am provided. They have an awesome waiting room if I do chose to wait on my vehicle. I love the way my car drives and the comfort of it. I am pleased my husband and I decided to chose a Mazda. I will not being going back to the previous dealership (well known in this area). I have been converted!
