I am very pleased with Beasley Ford! I have a "pallet full" of issues including mediocre credit and 1099 income. Most dealers would not take the time to get it done, but greg and the team made it extremely easy! I generally don't take the time to complete reviews but I needed to share the excellent service that I recently received from Ciocca Ford of Quakertown last Friday, July 15th through Wednesday, July 20th. I was traveling last Friday to Allentown for a sales meeting which was scheduled at 9:30 AM when my car broken down merging on to the PA turnpike in Lansdale. After calling Ford roadside service for assistance and calling 911 to make sure that myself and my passenger were in a safe location, I learned that Ford roadside couldn't assist as the PA turnpike is restricted, so only their authorized drivers could tow my car. When the authorized driver arrived he offered to tow my car to Ciocca Ford of Quakertown, I then called Ciocca Ford and was transferred to Justin, who handled my call and situation very professionally and timely. I explained to him that I had a sales meeting to attend in Allentown and needed assistance with a rental car. When I got to the dealership about an hour after my car broke down, Justin was waiting for me, he collected all my information, completed his check list and let me know that he worked with the local Enterprise location to order a rental car. Within 15 minutes, the car arrived, I loaded it up and was off to Allentown, arriving there at 11:15 AM and completed the meeting. I was travelling from outside of Boston, MA and was extremely anxious to make sure I presented to this group that day. I would like to thank all of employees at Ciocca Ford of Quakertown that I dealt with, each one was friendly and very professional, always greeting me with a smile. I need to call out Justin Nyborg in your Service Area, who went above and beyond his responsibilities to make sure that my car was looked at in a timely manner, that I was aware of all of the repairs that they were being recommended, communicating when the car would be ready, arranging the rental car and meeting at the entrance on Wednesday, July 20th at 7:50 AM with my keys and paperwork so I could be on my way back to Boston as soon as possible. Thanks again to Justin and the employees of Ciocca Ford, I appreciate all of your assistance, I wish you were closer to Boston, I would bring my cars here for service, enjoy your summer, Joe.

From the time we walked in the door we were treated with respect and kindness. The salesman listened to us and was willing to help us find what we were interested in. He worked with us in coming up with a price that was fair without taking up hours of our time or his. The finance department was just as efficient. The sales manager personally saw us off and thanked us for shopping with them. What a simple and pleasant experience from beginning till end.
After getting some figures, we went to a few other Ford dealerships in the surrounding areas, but the service and price-points were not comparable to Preston of Sharon. Thank you Preston of Sharon for your excellent customer service.

I recently went back to Ford for the 3rd time for a lease. I got the new Ford Escape which I absolutely love but what made the difference was going to Bob Gallop. He doesn't just give you what they offer - he asks you what YOU want and finds it for you. I can't imagine going to another guy other than Bob because it's reliable, honest and always have my best interest at hand. He was so excited for me which made me so happy and i drove away knowing I made the right decision.
I would recommend everyone at least giving Bob a chance. He's not pushy and will find you what you are looking for!

After reading some of the negative reviews on here, I decided to leave one of my own. I purchased a vehicle here 6 months ago and everyone at this dealership was friendly, helpful and accomodating. I'm learning that some customers just want to be miserable and look for any excuse to take offense. My experience here in no way came close to any of these other poor reviews. These folks seemed dedicated, kind and hard working...so give them a chance and make up your own mind. I'd recommend them a hundred times over!

I've been taking my Escape to State College Ford for the past two years since moving to State College. A few weeks ago, State College Ford failed to write down my service appointment after I had rearranged my day and gone in late to work, and they didn't have the parts available when I dropped it off. They did not seem to care that they had made a mistake and they did not say or do anything to try to make it right. They really didn't seem to care at all. Frustrated, I decided to try Joel Confer Ford. Not only did they save me $300 by suggesting a different method for fixing my car, but they were friendly and knowledgeable, as well as willing, able, and interested in explaining my car's problems and the services it needed. I was happy to have such a positive experience with Ford, because I haven't since moving to State College. I'll gladly drive the extra way to Joel Confer's in the future to get better service!

I love the friendly, curtious staff -sales and service. The availability of the having my CX5 picked up, serviced, and returned to my work place while I am at work is priceless, saving me time and money. Getting the fourth oil change free, is also a savings. I had to pay for more changes to get one free before. I had heard pro's and con's from this dealership, but I am pleased with my purchase and the service that I am provided. They have an awesome waiting room if I do chose to wait on my vehicle. I love the way my car drives and the comfort of it. I am pleased my husband and I decided to chose a Mazda. I will not being going back to the previous dealership (well known in this area). I have been converted!
