We have been very pleased with the service on our Honda CRV, which we also purchased at this dealership. Our latest interface was for routine 25,000 mile service. Troy explained all that would be done and, when completed, again went over the findings and details of the service. As today, he has always been very professional and pleasant to deal with. There were no "surprise charges," and the car was returned to me clean and on the expected time.

I was extremely pleased with my service for my Honda CRV. The computer said I needed a transmission fluid change, but they called me and said it had been done recently enough and I didn't need it. If they changed the fluid and charged me, I wouldn't have known the difference. I really appreciate their honesty.

I have purchased five cars through abruzzi auto brokers since 2000. I estimate my savings to be around $10,000-$15,000 total. I would never go to a dealer without them. They really go to bat for you. How can you really go wrong since the service costs nothing out of pocket. They have also sold several cars for me. My mercedes, the dealer offered me $37,250 for it. Abruzzi got me $42,750.
