The guy that saw me out took his time explaining everything and put my concerns to rest. Finally, brought the 4Runner out onto the highway and it was like the day I bought it (55k+ miles ago.). They're not the most polished by they've never failed in many visits to do what they're supposed to do - they listen pretty well, explain everything with no pressure to get more optional service, and fix the car the first time and get you back on the road.
