The experience was pleasant and rewarding. This has palpably not been the case in my dealings with other-car dealerships in Columbia.

I took my 2011 Hyundai Accent in after I discovered that there was a recall on stop lamp switch that my my brake lights to not work. I was informed by a rude customer service agent, Malvern Holmes after about 1 1/2 hours, that all three brake bulbs needed to be replaced ($49.62) and there there were possible other issues, requiring a $125.00 diagnostic fee charge. Against my better judgement, I paid for the bulb replacement but not the diagnostic fee. After I get home, I discover that my right turn signal is now not working!!!! While I was there. another female customer, in for a recall issue, was informed that she needed a $125.00 diagnostic fee as well. I should have realized at that moment that this place was a scam, but there are no there are no other Hyundai dealers in the area. I will drive the distance to another dealer, if necessary.

Great cars but careful about financing they say something and do something. They told me that with good credit score they could get me better bank which could charge little interest but at the end of the day I was stuck with the financing guy and who gave me 6.4%. One person says something other says something else.
