We dropped our car off on Saturday with a flashing Engine Light and applying gas caused the car to start slowing down. I also had 106,200 miles and only 470 miles left for and oil and filter change. Brandon called me in the morning to find out what the main issue was. I also asked him to also change the oil and filter plus we discussed what is suggested with my mileage over 100,000 miles and I decided to have him do those as well. He was the only Service person onsite that day and finished our car be the end of the day. He explained everything that was done and we’re very grateful for his work and the car is great. We thanked him and wanted to express our appreciation. We hope everyone at work sees how well he did and also thanks him..

Everyone at this dealership I have dealt with has been great. But one adviser I dealt with last time I was there was the best I have ever dealt with. His name is Percy White. He was extremely knowledgeable and was on top of everything that was being done to my car. I hope I get Percy every time I go in for service

I had my wife's Santa Fe serviced at Myrtle Beach Hyundai on Monday. They could not have been any more courteous, faster or more pleasant. The service writer explain all the details of what was to be done. The new facility is very nice with lots of amenities. Coffee and snacks are provided and the service to the car was just what was needed. They even wash the car when done with the service. Really good customer service.
