I’ve been a customer here for a while. Always treated with respect and courtesy no matter who I encounter. Several weeks ago an honest accident was caused by service to my vehicle. Immediately I was assured the JHT would get it absolutely right. Through the several week process that was absolutely the case. Fil the store manager, Tom the salesman, Mr Hartgraves the service manager and many other professionals in various departments that I can’t remember names of all pitched in and made the situation more than right! While searching for a part online, I came across Midlands Toyota. They had the part in stock at a very competitive price and a reasonable shipping cost. I placed the order, but a few hours later, I received a call from Martin in their parts department stating there was an issue with the shipping estimate. Martin was highly professional and courteous, explaining that the system that generated the estimate miscalculated the shipping and that the actual cost was significantly higher. I work in internet-based technologies and know quite a bit about e-commerce, while working on cars is a hobby, so I understood Martin's explanation. What I truly admired was that although not his or Midlands's fault, he owned the error. Made the adjustments needed and shipped out the part at a cost we both agreed on.

I want to thank both Charles in the service department and General Manager Lee Pryor for all of their help with taking care of both my wife and my son’s cars. They helped diagnose the issue with my wife’s Avalon and my son’s Honda Accord. Charles was professional and extremely honest in telling us what was wrong and the cost for the repairs. Charles went up and beyond our expectations for quality service. I am always leery of dealerships but I will bring all 4 of my cars here to get worked on in the future. Can’t thanks both of them for their fair and honest help in getting both cars repaired and taken care of in a timely and fair price. Thanks to Peter Boulwares staff for doing things the right way! You have loyal customers for life!!

Worst customer service that I ever received in the service department Gave me a appointment time appointment time and when I got there said it wasn't the one that he gave me but gave me 3 hours and a 1/2 later Flater and when I got there car sat in waitting line for over 45 minutes after after he made me wait I left what a waste of my time!!!!!

ZERO STARS! I have purchased 2 cars from Ralph Hayes in the past couple of years and was about to purchase a 3rd this week. Multiple staff members lied to me and made false promises. When reported to the GM, he spent more time defending his staff than trying to make things right. They refused to sell to me when I called them out for trying to overcharge me for a skirting kit which I was quoted 3 different prices for. I received a quote from another Toyota dealer which was $2000 less than what Ralph Hayes was trying to charge me. I had texts to prove the conversations but the GM still made excuses. They lost a $40,000 sale over a couple thousand dollar skirting kit they did not want to sell me. They encouraged me to purchase aftermarket parts instead. So disappointed and will never return. Can NOT be trusted to be honest.
