John Cate has been our service rep for over 12 years and he has always been absolutely great. He is always helpful and recommends the best action to resolve our issue. We have had a 2005 and 2012 Lexus and they both have been great vehicles. We visited the new location today and we were disappointed. We had absolutely no privacy when speaking with John. It was noisy and we could hear what others were saying and they could hear what we were saying. The service reps need privacy when speaking with customers.

I had a great experience buying my NX 300 from Romaine. My first service was fine but then we went on vacation and it was time for my next service. I called while still on vacation on June 29 to set it up. The lady on the phone said it would be August 13 before they could get me in! I repeated the date surely thinking that was wrong, but no, she repeated the same date!! I called Toyota of Murfreesboro when we got home and they got me in 2 days later! I will never buy another car from Lexus of Nashville just for this reason!! Very disappointed in this service department!!!!

I visited Pro Auto to get my car detailed. The owner Kirk greeted me and was very professional and knowledgable of the questions and concerns i had about my car. I was sold in seconds on the service. They got me in and did a wonderful job. The employees had a high skill level and completed my car to exceed my expectaions. I know they do alot of business, but i felt like i was a top customer. They also started a car sales lot. Looks like these guys are growing and doing well. No wonder. Great experience.
