the receptionist was nice, very kind person. I waited, but not a huge amount of time. one problem with the dealership itself. need to have snacks, & decaf coffee. get a keurig, that way everyone can have what they want., get an asortment that includes hot chocolate. a variation of snacks. from health bars to chips & such, the building was clean, get the amneties up & running. a question below, communication from the service department. there Was no communication between them & myself. next question, how was the quality of their work. they did a once over, fluids, tires. the low pressure tire icon is still on on the dash. the rep told me to go over 45mph & it'l go off. it hasnt gone off. so thats a red mark on your service dept.
