Stay away from this dealership. They are all about getting the sale but when you need service work done nobody is on the same page. I should not have to get service work done after buying a vehicle 2 weeks after buying. This whole process has been a true nightmare and I would never recommend this dealership. Haven't even made a first payment on my vehicle yet but yet my car is at the shop. The first time before buying they had it a week and a half. And now they have had it another week. When I went in today I found out the car hadn't even been looked at and the blame was passed around. Like I said it's been nothing but a nightmare and I wish I would have never purchased a vehicle from here.

Update. I’ve been a customer for a few years and haven’t had an issue. Well. I was there earlier getting the oil changed and tires rotated in my vehicle and it took 90minutes to complete. I had an appointment time for a reason. I didn’t want to spend a long time waiting. Well, now my vehicle smells like a cigarette and I’m having to air it out at the house. I’m beyond disappointed in the “service” I have received today. When I asked the service manager if it normally takes this long to change the oil he got offended and made excuses. Finally, after we paid for the “service” as we were leaving he apologized for the wait time. Really? I would make the apology the first words. Or even ask the customer beforehand if they are under time constraints because they were training a new guy that possibly smokes while he’s working. I have several medical conditions and inhaling cigarette smoke in my once clean trailhawk is not part of my treatment plan. So now I get to incur the cost of a new in cabin air filter and ionization to clean the air in my vehicle. What a horrible experience. The salesman was only concerned about selling me a new vehicle. No thanks.

They asked me to leave it another day to wash it and when I went to pick it up i find a dirty car. this is after a 60 mile one way trip. not good I have purchased several vehicles at this dealership but might question another. Took my ‘19 RAM in for oil change, safety recall, and fluid flushes. The job only took about 4 hours, but I was expecting more, so had my son pick me up so I did not have to wait on it all day. But, before I got back home, they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I wish they would have let me know they were almost finished before I troubled my son. Other than that, the work was done professionally and timely.

If you buy a vehicle here check your paperwork! Specifically compare what this dealer collects for sales taxes on your sales sheet vs what was actually paid. When you get your hard plates in you get a receipt showing what was actually paid to the county tax collector. Compare the receipt to the sales sheet. I was overcharged and the dealer will not refund the difference. I called this dealership, they acknowledged the issue and was later told the difference was sent to the finance company. I spoke with my finance company and was told they had not received anything and they didn’t know anything about it. I called the dealership back requesting the title clerk and got their voicemail. Left voicemails and have not received any communication back. I went to the dealership and their sales manager, Shawn Battreall, laughed at me for coming to the dealership and said to me “you’re really coming up here for this” I guess he considers this a non issue due to the amount of money not being much. I was told to wait because it was sent by mail. I’ve waited a month and still no refund has been received. Called dealership again was sent to voicemail and no calls back.
