Randall has helped on several matters and came through again. I give 10+ for resolving the issue and willing to make it right. I also apologize for getting frustrated at those involved. Thanks

This was my 1st time to this dealership.i needed an oil change and I am under warranty. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Trevor explained what the service consisted of. Technician communicated via text from Trevor - 2 additional Adonis - break fluid and wiper blades. I did not choose the break fluid but I had noticed issues with my blades - so I had them change these. I live 1 1/2 hour outside of Austin. I need to make sure I am comfortable with all work especially driving home.

They were extremely nice and very helpful and made the experience so much easier. We could even pick up and drop off our Enterprise rental there at their location. Joel kept me updated every step of the way and kept me well informed with the process of my car. He went above and beyond and even helped me install my son's car seat. Thank you so much!
