I walked into the dealership and no one seemed to want to help me at first! Multiple sales rep sat and ignored me and my partner! Not a great feeling! Aaron Gomez who was on a call at the time ended his call to help me and was a great sales rep I truly appreciate him as well as Cindy Baxter in finance!l Cindy and Aaron are amazing! I was also told that I was unable to trade my vehicle (said title issue) but multiple dealerships that I went to before coming to Land Rover Jaguar had no problem taking the trade and had no issues with title.

I was traveling from California to Florida and my 13 year old car broke down in Texas. It was a nightmare experience for me, and I was SO fortunate to walk in (20 minutes before closing time on a Saturday night, no less!) and meet my terrific salesperson Luis Herrera! He was absolutely awesome right from the outset and I can't say enough about the incredible customer service experience he provided! Throughout this incredibly stressful time, he was SO professional and patient with me while I navigated the daunting process of buying a car out of state. I found my beautiful 2023 Hyundai Venue SEL, and I couldn't be happier. I was certainly hesitant about buying a car without having an opportunity to examine other options, but with Luis's help I know I made the right choice. Luis & Bitz Dauer, the Used Car Director, spent hours working with me and going over various options so that I could set out quickly on my way back home. I did look at another car that was nice but I decided to buy the Honda Civic! The car had very low mileage and looked very clean from the inside! Overall, I had a great experience there.

This is a nice place to visit. People that work there are friendly and professional. Any word on your vehicle is done right the first time. Of course not a cheap place but you always get what you pay for. I wish they could look at multiple issues all at once and not that you have to book your vehicle for every issue.
