I have been going to this dealer for several years. I feel like they are very honest in the works that they do and in the deals that they make. They are very friendly and helpful. I drive about 45 miles. Just get there and I passed three other dealers just to get to their shop and to the dealership.

Trenton Jones deserves an award for sticking w/ me in this repair. We were at it since October or more: the parts were unavailable, production workers strike. He kept track of the parts as we texted weekly. We made our wish list plan as time passed of what to fix. Trenton checked things from this list in case they had been completed. He covered for the retiring Tom Francis with excellence.

I had some service done a few months ago and thought one of the services i paid for wasn't done so I made an appointment to get it checked out and Denim (Service manager) took care of me and personally made it right. Thats how you keep customers coming back. I know mistakes happen but doing the right thing like He did is Ace's high in my book and I thank him. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Ken Garff Porsche/Audi/VW, most recently my 2008 Audi RS4. When needing service work I have the choice of which dealer or service facility to use, and I choose to bring my cars to Ken Garff because I feel that Brandon, Dagan, and Justin are trusted advisors. They know my cars, know the history of the cars, and help me keep my cars performing the best they can. When dealing with them I feel that they represent my best interests and they go out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. I even choose to service other vehicles that weren't purchased at Ken Garff Porsche/Audi/VW here because of the excellent care they receive. My service experience with Ken Garff has always been exceptional and I've referred many of my friends to the dealership to service their vehicles as well.

Porsche SLC service team really came through in a big way for us a few days ago. We were on Crown Rally from Denver to Vegas with our GT3RS and 150 other cars when our cylinder 2 misfired and went into reduced power mode while while in Flaming Gorge. Thankfully, we were able to coast down while 10 different people started to call various shops to help us ASAP since we were headed to Vegas the next morning. Praying it was plugs or coils, Porsche confirmed they had the parts and could fit us in. So away we went. it was amazing how many shops said no, sorry we can't help you at 2pm in the afternoon. but SLC had the problem fixed within an hour of arrival (Coil pack) and back on the road in no time that had little disruption to our trip. There is no time to waste when on these rallies and things happen and, really when problems arrive you meet people who are willing to do what it takes to help you get back on the road ASAP is what brings the experience to another level. The whole staff was awesome as 10 other rally cars (several of which are Porsche) pulled up and catered to us as we waited for the car to be fixed. Corey and team, I can't thank you enough for helping us out and getting us back on the road to enjoy our journey before headed back to Kansas City.
