Where do I even begin? This has been the craziest week and my oil light turns on to 10%. I call to make an appointment with Ken Garff Honda, which was so easy and the people were more than helpful, when I accidentally showed up to Ken Garff Ford, Larry (who works in service) explained to me where Ken Garff Honda is, but was more than delighted to take my car in to do an oil change on my car! I was very confused on locations, and to have someone take you in and help you is the best feeling. I was receiving texts about my car and the wait time was so much faster than what I was initially told! The staff is more than friendly and as I was walking around, multiple people came up to me asking if everything was being taken care of! Thanks Ken Garff and especially Larry for the major help! I greatly appreciate it! Ken Garff also has a very clean atmosphere, during COVID!
