Reticently, I went into the service Department to have my brakes as well as an overall inspection checked before a long trip. Left my care in trusting hands, as I got a ride ( from Honda ) to the local sport ,fitness center. Yes trusting hands, because I got a call an hour later saying, everything was all set. Thinking I would end up have a large replacement bill ( for the brakes plus whatever they need to do). When I arrived at the Service Center , they told me the brakes were in good shape, tires, and the only thing needed was the State inspection. In this day and era, it is so refreshing to know that you can leave your car and trust the service department to give you an honest evaluation and only charge you for what is needed, nothing more. By the time we arrived in Vermont, Brittany had the part ordered and in stock, and had an appointment scheduled for the repair! Oh, and she arranged for us to have a loaner vehicle during service, too!

Great service. Got there 10 minutes early and they took my car right in. The wait time was quite short and they had me on my way in no time. They changed the battery in my fob for free which made me very pleased. Shawna does a great job keeping things in service running smoothly.

Many thanks too Casey in sales was only concerned in my direction and Mr. St louis in service was outstanding as always ,and of course the always important Master techs who do the important stuff ,parts got what I needed in good time and Colby in finance was really good too transparency is nice at at dealer. My visit was to get a rear differential replaced under warranty and too buy out my lease

A huge thank you to Burlington Subaru for helping with my Crosstrek! I am from Connecticut and was up visiting for a family funeral. I called on Saturday and spoke to Cameron. He was so kind and called me back on Saturday after a while as he was trying hard to come up with a plan to help. He called me again on Monday morning to say he had spoken to the service manager who said they could get the work done today. I worked with Kelly, who was also very kind, and helpful. Took my truck in for frame replacement per Toyota recalls, we got our truck back 1 week later, it now has multiple problems including something wrong in the drive train and the brakes along with multiple other problems that were not there before the frame replacement. Even their mechanic noticed the drivetrain vibration and noted it, the service department wanted us to pay them to diagnose the problem that they are responsible for. Lucky for us the small used car dealership (AYERS AUTO)that we bought it from is going thru and fixing our truck the correct way at no charge to us, these repairs should of been detected and fixed by 802 Toyota. I personally will never do any business with 802 Toyota nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. I will never trust 802 Toyota dealership ever again. The service people are great and very friendly, Tony Anjos is great and I realize it's not his fault that this dealership does business this way.

They were able to schedule me in ok. I brought my car in because it had an issue starting and there was a recall on the Airbag OCS sensor located in the front passenger seat. It cost me over $400 to have the starter motor replaced. The starter motor was over $200 itself. That is 2-3 times more than what I found for prices online. They said they needed to order the OCS sensor... that was back in December... it is now April... never heard from them again. I will never do business with any of the Alderman's dealerships again.

I worked with Lindsey most recently and she was excellent at getting me information about my service, as well as helping me get help in another area regarding my vehicle. My service technician provided a very informative video of my car and necessary repairs and items for upkeep that were performed. I am always happy with service provided here.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! I once said years ago that I would never purchase another vehicle from this establishment but thought since it has changed a bit, I would try again.... Well needless to say I will never buy another vehicle from this establishment. Our car salesman was amazing, and we think the world of him. The financial team and managers are a different story then the service department is horrendous. First of all we should have walked out when the financial team was getting our paperwork together and a well known local business man came in and they stopped helping us and asked us to come back the next day so they could be at his beck and call. Hmmm strike #1 on professionalism. Then we buy this truck and have had nothing but problems with the springs in it. Only to be told it is our fault because we oil under coated our vehicle and they don't recommend doing that. They charge me to look at the vehicle and tell me nothing is wrong with it and to wash off our oil undercoating. So waste our money so we can have a rotted out xxx in a couple years to buy a new truck. Nah I'm good. They pressure washed the oil undercoating then said the problem was fixed. Thanks for wasting my money. Low and behold we are back because the persistent noise is back once again, we are accused of going and getting our truck oil under coated again (which is not true) and we are costing them money. We bring it to our own mechanic and in 3 minutes he tells what the problem is and he calls auto mall himself and talks to them. They agree to replace the part but are not happy about it because we are wasting their money. Fully warranted truck. It had 5 miles on it when we drove it off the lot and only has 12k on it now a year later. We have been doing this for the last 4 months. We had to schedule a time when we could leave the truck there for a few days. While I'm there fuming because they are an absolute joke and try talking down to me because I'm a female, I see there google reviews scrolling by on a big screen. I ask them if they are honest with their customers and let the negative reviews scroll across that screen? He was appalled and even said, and I quote "We do not show the negative reviews because they hurt our business and we don't want people to see them." Then says to my husband when he went back in to get the paper "Please beg her not to leave a bad review as it doesn't look good for us!" Strike 2 because no matter what you should be transparent and honest. Now we have scheduled our oil change and a time for them to fix the spring, wouldn't you know that once again we are accused of going to get another oil undercoating. I don't know about any of you, but I can assure you that I would not be throwing money away on oil undercoating's. So, we left yet again without anything being fixed and another paper that says dirt and the oil undercoating are causing the problem. They just do not want to do the work because they would lose a little bit of money. They are a terrible establishment and want to hear nothing about actually helping you and having satisfied customers as long as people continue to line the pockets of the owner. I will never purchase another vehicle from them and I will never recommend anyone to either. They entire place is shady and just out to screw anyone over.
