Planned a 2 hour trip to Campus Ford to see a pre-owned Hyundai. Although they were tentatively expecting me in the afternoon I failed to call/text them concerning my arrival time and as a result when I got there I put my salesperson contact, Tim Taylor, in a tough spot with no time to prepare. The car was not ready to be test-driven and actually required a new battery and diagnostics on the infotainment system. Within an hour and a half of our arrival, Tim facilitated a new battery replacement, then personally drove the car to a nearby Hyundai dealer, and by virtue of his professional relationships with that dealership, got the infotainment system fixed in an amazing timely manner. We were able to test drive the car and it was perfect. We purchased the car, and the remaining experience was just as impressive as Tim and Bez worked around some unforeseen issues on the finance end due to me failing to lift a freeze on one of my credit reports. The sales team and finance team were very pro-active and helpful during the whole process, and we felt very comfortable working with them. Plus, I should add that the description of the vehicle was 100% accurate, and the pricing on the car was super competitive as well. 5+Stars

Ray Edgall was friendly, professional, and a true pleasure to work with. I special ordered a vehicle and Ray was very responsive to all of my questions and was always quick to respond. He kept me informed throughout the process and even texted me photos of my new truck arriving at the dealership! The actual process of completing the purchase paperwork and taking delivery of my truck was seamless. Meagan, the young lady in Finance, was efficient and very friendly. More importantly, she never pressured us to purchase anything we did not want/need. I would, without a doubt, strongly recommend that if you’re in the market for a vehicle, give them first crack. And make sure to ask for Ray!

By contrast, my experience with Dustin and Paul Obaugh was first-rate. Dustin sold us the truck we'd been searching for with no hassle or surprises. Professional, friendly and accommodating. Ed (Sales Mgr), Leshawn and Willie (Sales Rep) and Rich (Finance) were all extremely helpful and answered all my questions with confidence. They had me in and out quickly and the entire process was painless ( except for that finance guy). Just kidding, I understand he’s got a job to do. I did end up taking the premium maintenance plan because Rich gave a pretty good deal on it and I’ll make out in the end on all the covered maintenance parts included. All in all, highly recommend Cavalier Ford of Greenbriar. Also, I cannot complain at all on what Ed gave me for my trade in. Will definitely be using them for all my future service needs simply based upon the friendliness of the the staff. Great job Cavalier Ford and keep it up. He was truthful and gave me the best deal available. He also worked with the banking and got me the lowest interest rate available. He added a bed liner to the deal without any extra cost. It was a perfect storm deal with no xxxx- ups or surprises. I love the vehicle. It is very quiet running. It is easy to get in and out of the vehicle. It has quick acceleration on exiting and entering off the interstate. It is roomy and adequately meets my needs. Great vehicle and Empire Ford is a great place to do business if anyone is in need of a vehicle.

Excellent experience! John was very helpful, showing us 4 different Edge’s, working it down to 2 different colors before we decided on the Star White Titanium Elite. This despite a cold, windy morning! Then he worked with us all day getting the deal right! The rest of the managers involved were quite professional in understanding and meeting our needs. The car was cleaned up, gassed and delivered by 6:00 that evening. Looking forward to visiting the Service department for regular maintenance and the Parts department for needed equipment.
