Great Deal Worth the Drive! - Erik Stauffenberg
I visited some local dealers here in Hampton Roads without finding the vehicle that suited me. I am basic guy that wanted a basic truck.
I found my match at Richmond Ford. I drove a couple of hours to get a great truck at a great price. I would highly recommend this dealership. Everyone on the team made my purchasing experience enjoyable.
Thank you all.
Got a great deal from a great salesman - WillB92
This place has a great environment and employees that really want you to get a great deal and love your car. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my next vehicle.
Awesome Service From Start to Finish - mustanggt10
I ordered a 2016 Mustang GT through Mr. Ben Parrish and he made sure the process was as smooth as possible. You always hear horror stories about car dealerships and salespeople but I experienced nothing but joy, Mr. Parrish worked with me on everything, made sure I understood all the options and the entire ordering process and dealt with my impatience.
I also worked with Ms. Kayla Kosiewicz for part of the process and she too was very patient and helpful with everything I needed. Mr. Corwin Macentee and Mr. Michael Timperio were very clear and helpful when it came to getting to know my new car and financing for the loan and understanding the warranty. Mr. Palmateer had to work fast to make sure that my hotel stay in the area was ironed out after a small misunderstanding.
Everyone really went above and beyond, throughout the process, I could not be happier!! Thank you so much Mr. Parrish, Ms. Kosiewicz, Mr. Macentee, Mr. Palmateer, Mr. Timperio and everyone else at Richmond Ford West, I love my car and the experience of shopping at your dealership, I wish I was closer so that I could stop in more frequently!!
We had been looking - Dawgs1295
We had been looking for a particular model, but when Kevin sat down and explained it all to the wife, she was able to make a decision, and actually enjoy the car purchase decision. Kevin made the process a lot easier.
Drove a new 2016 Mustang home to Connecticut - MagneticGT
Living in Connecticut, I had heard about the great new car pricing at Koons Sterling Ford on the internet.
After inquiring about a 2016 Mustang GT, I was contacted by Alex Assefa. Any questions or concerns I had about the car or buying the vehicle 350 miles from me were quickly and professionally answered by Alex. He even picked up my wife and I from our hotel after flying in to purchase and drive the car home.
I would definitely recommend Koons Sterling Ford and Alex Assefa in particular. The entire experience was second to none.
HAPPY & SATISFIED !!!! - Two Happy B's

Great Customer Service - Jean
The salesperson, Brandon Smith, was very courteous and professional. He knows how to deal with customers. He is an outstanding negotiator. His approach of selling cars are very exceptional.
New Truck Purchase - Bev
We went to this dealership because the Ford dealership in Springfield could not provide a suitable truck for us to purchase. Billy was able to find us a truck that was just what we were looking for and made the buying experience go quickly and smoothly.
" IN AND OUT " - T-Bone
Nathan was awesome to work with! Had the car up front and center ready for me when I got there. He helped me get a great deal on my trade in, and was out the door in my new car. We will be returning for future buys!
Worth the Wait - MKX16
I have been working with the staff at Ourisman Lincoln in Alexandria for several months now on finding the right car. I ended up test driving several cars, both Lincoln and Ford, over the course of several months and finally ended up buying a used Lincoln MKX, with which I am very happy. I worked with a young man named Colin Cantfil, who stayed in touch with me over the course of several months. He is an excellent salesperson, very polite, respectful and knowledgeable about his product. I never felt pressured and genuinely felt that he was there to help me make the best decision in buying a car. Once I made up my mind on a car, the rest of the team at Oursiman was there to see me through the process. I am very happy and would recommend Colin and the very capable team at Oursiman Lincoln of Alexandria.
Great First Truck - Nick T.
Russel always available to discuss different options and the pros and cons of each car. Didn't matter the time of day or the question, he was respectful, knowledgeable, and made leasing a truck an easy process.
Five star dealership with five star staff! - Mjanusz
We walked into Hall and were immediately greeted by a smiling Albert, who quickly asked if he could be of help to us. We informed him of what we were looking for, and he immediately began searching for our request. Within minutes, 2 cars were pulled to the front so we could take them for a test drive. After the drive, Albert readily answered all questions that we had, and then left us alone so we could discuss everything. We decided to purchase, and Albert made sure everything went as smoothly and painlessly as possible!
We were impressed by the very genuine Albert, and his eagerness to please. He was so easy to work with, and we could have not asked for a better salesman. He's quite a nice fellow!
The rest of the staff was also very friendly...you've made these customers quite happy:)
Friendly and Knowledgable Staff - Retired Soils Guy
My wife and I purchased a 2016 Ford Mustang GT Premium at Jerry’s Ford in Leesburg in late March of 2016. We’ve bought a number of cars over the years and this was probably one of the more enjoyable and least stressful purchase experiences I can remember. All of the staff we came across at Jerry’s were positive, polite and acted like they wanted to help us and wanted to sell us a car. We worked primarily with Chris Oballe, but also with Blaine Chitwood, Lisa Walker and Jim Mahoney (I think). I don’t recall the receptionist lady’s name, but she was so much more customer friendly than a receptionist I had met earlier in the day at a BMW dealer, who basically acted annoyed that I had stepped into a BMW dealership without an appointment.
I had been considering numerous car models for several months. I had read many reviews, gone to car shows, and mostly based on Consumer Reports customer reliability reports had almost talked myself into thinking I wanted to buy a BMW 228i with a manual transmission, even though I liked the Mustang styling and performance better. My reception at the BMW dealer convinced me I didn’t want to work with those people.
Using the Ford Motor Company’s online search inventory tool I printed out about 30 window stickers for Ford Mustangs that met my preferences at several local Ford dealers. I also printed out the local dealership’s advertised price from each dealer’s website. The first one on my list was a car that was listed as being at Jerry’s Ford in Leesburg. It turned out it was not there (I guess I should have made an appointment). While chatting with Blaine Chitwood about what I was looking for I noticed another customer getting out of a red Mustang that was the second car on my list. That ended up being the car we bought.
Blaine, who I think was busy working on another project, turned us over to Chris Oballe who was an absolute joy to work with. We took a test drive with Chris who explained all of the features on the Mustang. He not only knew the Mustang well he knew other cars very well too and I was able to talk to him intelligently about Camaros, BMW’s, Mini’s and other cars. I really appreciated this because there have been several times in the past when it was obvious I knew more about the car I was looking at than the salesman talking to me. I hate that. You should at least look at a car magazine once a month or so before you ever think of being a car salesman. Chris knew cars well, and if there was something he didn’t know, or wasn’t 100% sure of, he let us know.
I greatly appreciated that Jerry’s Ford accommodated us in letting us use our longtime small bank in North Dakota to finance the car. I’m sure that kind of an arrangement wasn’t the norm but they trusted us and let us take the car home that day even though it took three business days to cash the check. Things like that make you want to be a return customer. In two or three years we will be looking to replace my wife’s Jeep. Jerry’s Ford will be one of the first places we look.
There is only one thing about shopping at Jerry’s that I didn’t like and I didn’t knock them down any points for it because all of the Ford dealers in the region appear to do the same misleading thing. Dealers are advertising a “savings” of a certain amount compared to the MSRP. While they don’t call the MSRP the “Total MSRP” as defined by the Ford Motor Company disclosure website, the dollar amount matches the Total MSRP amount. Yet, the fine print adds back in the destination charges so you cannot save the advertised amount. I hate this kind of deception with a passion. Line S16 on the Ford website specifically states: “Total MSRP is Base MSRP plus options, destination and delivery charges. Excludes taxes, title, and registration fees.” What Jerry’s and other Ford dealers advertise is misleading at best. Instead of advertising that a car is $5,900 off the MSRP, why not be honest and advertise the car as being $5,000 off the MSRP? I would still buy it and feel much better about the purchase.
Excellent - JanetD
Every time I have taken my vehicle in for service I have received excellent service and Adam Zandi takes care of everything. Highly recommend Adam
My new car had issues, but Jerry's Management took care - PHDFlexOwner
I want to preface this review by stating everything is in my opinion only and based on the perceptions of my experiences.
In my lifetime, I have purchased four cars from different dealerships: my first was a gently used Toyota Camry, the second was a gently used Jeep Wrangler, the third was a gently used Cadillac Escalade, and my most recent was a brand new 2015 Ford Flex from Jerry's Ford.
This was a monumental moment in my life, as I had never purchased a brand new car. The salesman and manager did everything to make sure I got the car model I wanted and the payments I needed. It wasn't until after I walked off the lot that everything went south.
I immediately noticed there was a defect in with the passenger visor (the screw was jetting out). The manager said he would have it fixed (free of charge) and even offered me a free car wash for my time (I tipped the car wash people $20 for doing such a great job).
The service department operates during business hours and I didn't want to take off work, so I postponed getting it fixed. Next thing you know (three months after my purchase), the steering wheel of my "new car" starts making a grinding sound when I turn and the breaks start sticking and making grinding sounds as well.
I was so upset! This was supposed to be a brand new car, my first, but one thing after another was falling apart! I called the service department, obviously upset because I'm making payments on a "new" vehicle that has had more issues than ANY other used car I have purchased combined!
At first I didn't receive adequate customer service from the service department. However, the manager got involved and took care of EVERYTHING. He personally supervised the repairs and ensured that the quality of customer service improved.
I am now confident that if anything goes wrong with my new car purchase, Jerry's team will take care of it! I still love my car and I'm glad I made the purchase.
Great Customer Service - amy1120
It was a nice dealership, nice general manager, sales rep and finance rep. Was there too long, but got a great deal. Would recommend to family and friends!
Excellent - Nicole831
I purchased a new vehicle from Sheehy Ford of Warrenton last week. The service provided by Kim Hensley and Chris Ricketts was outstanding. They were knowledgeable and accommodating, and my experience there was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
A Salesman you can trust - debby
I just bought a car today from Berglund Ford/Mazda and it was a very good experience all
the way around. The salesman, John Templeton, was extremely helpful, listened to what I wanted and could afford, and did not keep me at the dealership all day. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I will recommend him to my friends as a car salesman you can trust.
"Awesome Car Buying Experience" - Ashley
My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles through Bill Talley Ford and have been very pleased with every purchase. Billy Nunally has been very helpful and is an awesome sales man. Everyone has been great and very pleasant.
Emergency/Urgent repair to my Sequoia. Critical ball... - RaterMick
Emergency/Urgent repair to my Sequoia. Critical ball joint failure. Vehicle performing as tow vehicle for an in-progress high priority project.
My “Hall of Fame” list at Haley Toyota of Farmville:
- Christie (spelling?) – Service Manager who responded to my request for urgent/expedited service – she recognized the out of the ordinary emergency nature of my request, recognized me as a valued customer who deserved a little bit of extra consideration in this situation and arranged with the service technician and parts department to “make it happen”.
- Richard – Lead Toyota Tech. Richard agreed to repair my Sequoia even though his schedule was “fully booked”. Richard agreed to work past normal hours if necessary to get me running next day upon parts arrival. Immediately upon arrival with my Sequoia on the flatbed tow truck, Richard recognized the importance of properly locating the offload and opened a service bay to offload the Sequoia directly into that service bay (a consideration not usually extended by most dealerships). The offload directly to a service bay is significant because a ball joint failure renders a vehicle unmovable on its own wheels. Therefore it is critical to offload where the vehicle will be repaired. If not, it becomes very difficult and unsafe to later relocate the vehicle via a floor jack. A floor jack relocation could cause additional damage to brake system components being stressed while moving the vehicle. Richard also personally assisted in the tow truck offload which was not an easy job. He immediately placed my Sequoia up on the rack – removing stress to the failure wheel components and making the Sequoia ready for immediate service upon parts arrival. Finally, Richard spent about 10 minutes with me discussing the condition of the vehicle and approaches to service under circumstances with a critical ball joint failure. Noteworthy -- Richard did this for me at the end of the month while being flooded with end of month safety inspection requests. A different Dealership in Lynchburg said they could not help me because that Lynchburg Dealership claimed they had too many end of month safety inspections – I suppose that kind of says it all.
- Sam – Parts Manager with initiative and foresight! Obtained required parts overnight, (another dealership in Lynchburg said this was impossible). Had the foresight to order both the left and right lower ball joints even though only the right had failed. Sam realized that this type failure is best addressed in pairs – I later expanded the repair to ball joint replacement on both sides with Richard’s agreement.
Haley has a new, loyal customer. I have owned Toyotas for many years so I am a long time Toyota customer. In this situation, I had the critical ball joint failure in my driveway at our new residence near Lynchburg. I needed the vehicle ASAP to use it as a tow vehicle for a high priority project. Since we are new to the Lynchburg area, my wife and I started calling Dealers, starting with Lynchburg and moving out by distance from our home. Sometimes in life, you just get a fortunate outcome – in this case I feel blessed discovering Haley’s of Farmville and all the great folks I met at Haley’s. They are now my Go-To Dealership even though they are 30 minutes farther from my home than the dealership in Lynchburg. Thank you Haley’s for responding to my request for urgent attention to my vehicle. I’ve owned five Toyotas, currently owning a Sequoia and Prius. I’ve discovered that the attitude of the employees is most often consistent with, and a reflection of, the attitude of management and ownership. So in addition to being my preferred service location, I am certain when it comes time to replace my vehicles, you will be the first place I visit.
Good people - cornell
Everyone there was so friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with you Sam. Great job. If i am ever in the market for another car i will come see you. Thanks again.
I'm a fan! - leslie123
After doing months of research, I purchased a used vehicle from Marlow Ford in Luray in December. From the moment I stepped on the lot, I was treated like family. Bob
went above and beyond in securing me a great financing package. I ran Lori ragged test driving at least 8 cars, just to be sure I was happy with my selection, and never once did I feel like I was asking too much. Finally, Jeremy, the Sales Manager was open and honest and allowed me to feel that I was getting the most fair price they could offer, I felt confident that I was making a sound purchase, which is so important. The service department was also friendly, helpful and expedient. I had an issue with the parking brake and they fixed it promptly and expertly. I appreciate the great team in Luray and I am new loyal customer.
Friendly & no pressure experience - ViennaGL450
I've bought 2 trucks from David & Tom ( the owners ). It's nice dealing with people who remember you when you come in, & treat you like a human being. When I bought my 2nd car ( a new Fusion ) they took the time to answer all my questions, & gave me a great trade-in value on my the first car I bought from them.
Experience - donna1
Work was done timely and every thing checked. Courteous workers and very good dealership to work with. If there is a problem and you call they take care of it in a timely way.
Great and Fast Customer Service - TamiK97
I took my Explorer for inspection at Parrish Ford. When I arrived I asked last minute if they could also do an oil change for me, and they said no problem. Tom, the new Service Manager was short handed that day but got me in and out efficiently. Unfortunately my car failed inspection due to tires. He offered me a great deal on tires, but my tires were under warranty elsewhere so I got new tires and returned the following week to get reinspected. Overall, great customer service and quick customer service. I will be returning!
Best dealership! - LCM
I would highly recommend Riggins Ford for both purchasing a vehicle and service. They have never failed our family. We have purchased two vehicles from them and plan to purchase the next from Riggins. The service team is the best in terms of knowledge and fair price. You feel like you are part of the Riggins family when you deal with them.
My experience with Hardee Ford - James.h.randolph
I had an amazing experience with Kevin Smiley of Hardee Ford! He took time after hours to accommodate my busy schedule. He met with me on several occasions to help me with my decision.
He didn't call me and bug me like a lot of car dealers have done to me in the past. He also didn't try to push a vehicle on me that I didn't want. I told him what I wanted and what I expected, and he delivered! I have purchased 6 vehicles in my life and this was by far the best experience yet. He, and the Hardee Ford staff really set the bar high with this one! I have been banking with a certain bank for 8 years and they were able to beat my banks rates!!!!
Now I'm riding clean in one of the baddest trucks in my town!
I will never do business anywhere else!
The best dealer service I've ever had - CVP71
Over the years I have owned, Chevrolet, Volvo, Dodge, Toyota and Ford cars or trucks. Most were serviced at their respective dealerships. A few months ago I made a life change and decided to rid all debt I could and that meant, among other things, selling my cars that had loans. I mention this because I made a budget of $5k to buy a used car.
I searched and did a lot of research and found a Crown Victoria I liked. It was in very good shape and not very old. It ran well and when it came time for service I stopped into the service area and made an appointment with Dan Zadory. The whole experience was excellent. I expected fluids and maybe some other consumable things to be needed in the service, but only had fluids needed and overall a tune up. They checked the car out and verified it was in the condition it seemed to be. It is!
I took a vacation from Louisa to Boston last week, just after the service, and the car feels like new!
10/10 I will visit again and again.
