I walked into Richmond Ford expecting to be denied for a car loan. My current car was on it's last leg. I was upside down with my current loan. My sales rep was Chris Barrack, a very sweet and compassionate young man. He work tiredlessly to get me a loan. He worked with his manager (Sof) and the finance accountant (James) and the 3 of them SUCCESSFULLY obtain a car for me. This was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had when trying to make such a mager purchase. My wife and I were looking to purchase a Navigator L and found one at Ted Britt Ford Lincoln for a solid price. Bad Vehicle (Who can I speak with higher up than sales?) - Tjenk3452
I purchased a brand new Ford with 16 miles.
I noticed a sound from day 1 when I bought the vehicle but did not realize it was not normal until I compared it to my friends Ford.
The vehicle Sat in a dealership parking lot for 39 days with an expired temporary tag awaiting a brand new transmission which I was still making payments on.
Koons ignored contact with me. I asked my ford case manager to have Koons contact me which I still have not heard back.
Does anyone have any contact information to speak to someone higher up in Koons about the issue?
This has been a ridiculous process to the point I do not want the vehicle anymore. The aggravation of being ignored and emails back and fourth with Ford has been enough.

My wife and I have been Ford owners for years, it is our go to product when we are searching for a new car. Unfortunately we have had the most unpleasant experience with this dealership.
in 2016 we purchased a new 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. After having this vehicle for a few months we noticed a rattle coming from the back, we made a appointment for 8am on the first available appointment ,explained to the service writer what was going on and he said they would take a look. We received a call near their closing time to tell us they could not find anything. We picked up the car after hours, the radio was blasting, which tells me they never even listened for a noise and as soon as we drove the car 100 ft we could hear the sound. The next morning be bought the car back and had a service tech ride with us, within 50 ft he said he could hear the noise. They ordered the part and told us it would be in within 2 days. A week pasted and we did not hear from the dealership so I called and was told the part was in. We set up another appointment for 8 am and was told it would be done in 2 hours. After 5 hours waiting we called from a place we had lunch only to be told they do not have the part. So now we must wait till they have the new part and start this adventure again..
My biggest problem with this dealership is they lack respect for the customers time. A simple phone call would have been easy to make. I guess they figure they have enough business and ours is not needed.

While down here his brand-new F-150 had some tire issues and the service department took excellent care of him. My wife and I bought our F-150 from Sheehy yesterday and were treated like family by our salesman Tim Duszak. The buying process was incredibly straightforward, with no hidden fees and no haggling. We save thousands by buying from Sheehy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I want to preface this review by stating everything is in my opinion only and based on the perceptions of my experiences.
In my lifetime, I have purchased four cars from different dealerships: my first was a gently used Toyota Camry, the second was a gently used Jeep Wrangler, the third was a gently used Cadillac Escalade, and my most recent was a brand new 2015 Ford Flex from Jerry's Ford.
This was a monumental moment in my life, as I had never purchased a brand new car. The salesman and manager did everything to make sure I got the car model I wanted and the payments I needed. It wasn't until after I walked off the lot that everything went south.
I immediately noticed there was a defect in with the passenger visor (the screw was jetting out). The manager said he would have it fixed (free of charge) and even offered me a free car wash for my time (I tipped the car wash people $20 for doing such a great job).
The service department operates during business hours and I didn't want to take off work, so I postponed getting it fixed. Next thing you know (three months after my purchase), the steering wheel of my "new car" starts making a grinding sound when I turn and the breaks start sticking and making grinding sounds as well.
I was so upset! This was supposed to be a brand new car, my first, but one thing after another was falling apart! I called the service department, obviously upset because I'm making payments on a "new" vehicle that has had more issues than ANY other used car I have purchased combined!
At first I didn't receive adequate customer service from the service department. However, the manager got involved and took care of EVERYTHING. He personally supervised the repairs and ensured that the quality of customer service improved.
I am now confident that if anything goes wrong with my new car purchase, Jerry's team will take care of it! I still love my car and I'm glad I made the purchase.

What is not to like at Jim Snead Ford. They are small enough to really care about you and your vehicle and big enough to offer great service and products. Everyone is always smiling and cheerful. We were in the market for a 2017 Ford Expedition EL Platinum. We had done all our research and were satisfied with the single addition to the configuration that was most commonly on dealer lots. In essence, we knew what I wanted and were willing to work with any dealer that would provide us with a good buying experience. We worked locally with one of the Ford dealers in Michigan but were quite disappointed with the sales people. We did not take kindly to being lied to and to their unwillingness to even consider what we had found at other dealerships around the country. While shopping online we noticed that Battlefield Ford in Manassas, VA had the vehicle that we were looking for and were listing it at a fair price. I called and spoke with Cleo van Zelst in the sale department. She was extremely positive on the phone and provided a great assurance that they were experienced in selling cars throughout the U.S. from their dealership. With that confidence we felt comfortable with proceeding with the purchase. As it turned out we were leaving to visit friends in NY State a few days after putting down a security deposit on the vehicle. Cleo and her team at Battlefield Ford made arrangements to send all the paperwork required for the purchase to our address in NY. We received, signed and returned the papers after making a single call to their finance department for a minor clarification. Upon returning to Michigan the next week, we flew to VA where Cleo picked us up at the airport. We were handed the keys to our beautiful new vehicle and were on our way within an hour. Under Cleo's oversight the dealership had completed all registration, tax, insurance and title activities for us. They certainly backed up what they had told us about their nationwide vehicle sales experience. We drove the 1000 miles home with confidence that we could call Cleo with any questions we might have while getting used to our new ride. Our buying experience at Battlefield Ford was the best we have had. I believe we had Cleo to thank for helping this important transaction go so smoothly.
