It was after 4:30 pm on a Friday. We had already done research, knew our budget, and what we wanted. Kerry walked us through the options on the lot and got the ball rolling. Vinnie was organized, efficient, and quick. Our finance options were clear and easy to understand. Everyone was friendly and kind even with our two year old as he approached his dinner time. The transaction was done and dusted before our son melted down; in our books - that is HUGE! We are super pleased with the car and the service. Hoping to be back in a few months for a SUV.

She was knowledgeable and more importantly, if she did not know the answer, she would research the answer. Vanessa Wick was great on follow up after the sale, making sure any problems were resolved.

i i stopped in just to look at the Fords 250 pretty much to kick the tires and look at the price of the trucks
Billy came out and talked to me. i told him i was just looking at the trucks and knew he couldn't come close to GMC price. not only did he match it but beat the price
they didn't have the truck in stock and drove to PA the next day to pick it up for me. Billy and Corey was very easy to work with and very nice in general

Person at counter said that they didn't have the tool. It does not require a tool to change my air pressure gauge. It only requires someone who knows how to do it. I know my car was at Toyota but it's someone there should still be able to know how to do that. Will not be coming back

Bad Vehicle (Who can I speak with higher up than sales?) - Tjenk3452
I purchased a brand new Ford with 16 miles.
I noticed a sound from day 1 when I bought the vehicle but did not realize it was not normal until I compared it to my friends Ford.
The vehicle Sat in a dealership parking lot for 39 days with an expired temporary tag awaiting a brand new transmission which I was still making payments on.
Koons ignored contact with me. I asked my ford case manager to have Koons contact me which I still have not heard back.
Does anyone have any contact information to speak to someone higher up in Koons about the issue?
This has been a ridiculous process to the point I do not want the vehicle anymore. The aggravation of being ignored and emails back and fourth with Ford has been enough.
