I researched the vehicle I wanted on the computer, looked at several online inventories and sent an inquiry to Sheehy in the middle of the night Tuesday/Wednesday of this week. First thing Wednesday morning, Matt reached out to me, found out what I was interested in and what my particular needs were, and within 30 minutes I was on my way to get my 2014 Ford Fusion!
I live 2 hours away from Sheehy Ford-Lincoln, but with the vehicle I purchased along with the overall pleasant purchasing experience, the drive was well worth it for me. I will undoubtedly recommend this dealership to friends and family, and in particular, have them work with Matt and Phil. I honestly feel like Matt was sincere when he followed up with me yesterday, asking how I liked my new car and stating that the purchase of the car was not the "end" but the "beginning" of a relationship. I am certain I can call Matt anytime if I have any needs or questions. In a short span of time, I feel like I actually "know" Matt as more than just a sales person. That's not an easy customer service skill to acquire and "pull off." Matt somehow manages, though. Sheehy Ford should be proud to have him on their team - I am sure proud to be one of his customers!
