Excellent experience, wonderful salesperson! If you are going to checkout a Ford or Lincoln, make sure you ask for Randy Swan! He has been in the auto sales business for 34 years. He knows what he is doing and is very low key. He knew upfront that I was just looking to test drive and that I had done my homework. I wasn't going to purchase that day and he knew why, but also knew that I would be back if I got good service.
We went out to the lot and found a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid to test. I had a researched a specific model with specific features, but for all intensive just wanted to make sure I had driven and throughly reviewed this car.
This was the first time I had test driven an American car in many years. I enjoyed the ride and the car itself. It was incredibly smooth and I loved every minute of it. This is truly a luxurious car that I will enjoy, should it be the vehicle I buy.
I loved hearing about the extras that Ted Britt provides for Lincoln owners and that just adds to the sweetness of this dealership and that they truly stand behind the vehicles they sell.
Randy is there to make the experience truly an excellent one and if Ford and especially Lincoln is of interest, I highly recommend seeing Randy at Ted Britt Ford Lincoln in Chantilly.

We started at a nearby dealership that was dishonest to say the least. After waisting our time there we called this dealership and came to browse small SUVs. Nhial Tut had our prospective car ready to test drive upon arrival. The WOW price actually wowed us and we are pleased with our purchase. He explained all the intricacies of the car buying process. We left feeling like we were in the right car for us. He was very helpful and we'd definitely buy from him again and recommend him and the dealership.
What A Mess Purvis Found - sbeck2370
I had purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX with no bad reports on the Carfax. When Purvis replaced a headlamp assembly they uncovered a huge mess that a prior dealer/owner had covered up. The car was actually in a front end collision and was put back together with tape, epoxy and left for junk.
The Service Manager worked with the situation with a professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful attitude, which lessened the pain and disgust I was feeling over buying a vehicle that had been wrecked and hidden.
Prior to this visit, I had visited with a sales agent there to go over the features of the car. Although I did not buy the car at Purvis, he took the time to sit with me and go over the car in its entirety, which he certainly did not have to do.

I bring my Fusion Hybrid to the delaership for regular service, because I know that their technicians have the knowledge and experience required to maintain this complex machine. They offer a convenient shuttle to the metro or to points in downtown Alexandria which makes dropping my car off here super convenient. They never try to sell me extra service - they do make recommendations, but they are reasonable. The costs are what you would expect at a dealership, but they usually have a coupon available.

I was referred to this dealership by my dad who had an excellent experience with the service department while he was down on vacation visiting from Boston. While down here his brand-new F-150 had some tire issues and the service department took excellent care of him. My wife and I bought our F-150 from Sheehy yesterday and were treated like family by our salesman Tim Duszak. The buying process was incredibly straightforward, with no hidden fees and no haggling. We save thousands by buying from Sheehy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I want to preface this review by stating everything is in my opinion only and based on the perceptions of my experiences.
In my lifetime, I have purchased four cars from different dealerships: my first was a gently used Toyota Camry, the second was a gently used Jeep Wrangler, the third was a gently used Cadillac Escalade, and my most recent was a brand new 2015 Ford Flex from Jerry's Ford.
This was a monumental moment in my life, as I had never purchased a brand new car. The salesman and manager did everything to make sure I got the car model I wanted and the payments I needed. It wasn't until after I walked off the lot that everything went south.
I immediately noticed there was a defect in with the passenger visor (the screw was jetting out). The manager said he would have it fixed (free of charge) and even offered me a free car wash for my time (I tipped the car wash people $20 for doing such a great job).
The service department operates during business hours and I didn't want to take off work, so I postponed getting it fixed. Next thing you know (three months after my purchase), the steering wheel of my "new car" starts making a grinding sound when I turn and the breaks start sticking and making grinding sounds as well.
I was so upset! This was supposed to be a brand new car, my first, but one thing after another was falling apart! I called the service department, obviously upset because I'm making payments on a "new" vehicle that has had more issues than ANY other used car I have purchased combined!
At first I didn't receive adequate customer service from the service department. However, the manager got involved and took care of EVERYTHING. He personally supervised the repairs and ensured that the quality of customer service improved.
I am now confident that if anything goes wrong with my new car purchase, Jerry's team will take care of it! I still love my car and I'm glad I made the purchase.

HORRIBLE AWFUL THE WORST - ProudMommaJ
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We purchased a used vehicle from them a few years ago (no issues with that!) and went back to purchase a used van. Extremely disappointed with the run-around we received. Told contract was approved (no qualifications attached!), they took our down payment, gave us the keys and the van. That was over a month and a half ago. Since then: we have had to contact them continually to see what is going on and why we didn't have the actual plates yet (they NEVER called us- we were calling). Finance company said they had everything, Battlefield asked for additional items- ALL PROVIDED! We finally got an extension on the 30-day tags. Still nothing on what was going on with the contract (first payment due 01/09) We were still calling continually. No one ever wanted to call back or deal with us. Then we get a call stating it was taking too long for the finance company to get the contract so they voided it!! WHAT?? Not our fault. We did everything Battlefield asked for. They worked to get a different finance company, but because of whatever they were attempting to do my credit score plummeted!! (no, it wasn't the greatest to begin with, but now I wouldn't even be able to buy a loaf of bread thanks to them!) All of which no concern to them.
We don't hear from them for almost a week and a half, then there is a voicemail left for us that they want the van back!!! xxx?!?!?! We have had the van since November 25th! I am stunned that a company would be like this.
Horrible customer care (except for Greg Wood- he is GREAT). No calls back, no responses to anything...they basically ignore you until you act like a total azz to see what is going on....oh, then they decided to take back a $5,000 used car?!?!? We put $2,000 down on!! Unreal.
We will not be back (not that they care), and thanks to Battlefield we won't have the credit to get anything any time soon. Thanks guys.

They lied about car availability, promised me it was there and ready for purchase, that they would hold it. I drove five hours and they say they just sold it.
This is their tactic. They say anything to get you on the lot, then try to push lemons on you.
