Our vehicle purchasing experience at GMC of Riverfront Park was friendly, direct, and efficient. We worked directly with Mickey as the sales representative and he made the purchasing experience friendly with no pressure. We were from out of town so our transactions were primarily through phone and email. Mickey was straight forward with our communications on purchasing price and trade-in value. We decided to go with Mickey and GMC of Riverfront Park because they provided the best price and clear, direct numbers on both transactions. A majority of the necessary paperwork was completed prior to us arriving so we didn't have to stay in the office for an extended period of time.

Great dealership, we were in the market for our 1st diesel truck and they really came through during the chip shortage. Got such a great deal on our truck new from the factory that the salesman said please don't go resell it and make 30k.....Hahaha. Nick in service rocks, got our rental fixed for us on the spot and had our 30k service done by the next day. This is what local businesses should strive to be. Great job.

Sheri,made our car buying fast and easy..She helped us compare the two we were most interested in and make a choice. She showed me the great coffee bar and whipped through the paperwork. Then off to the Finance Manager. Thomas was pleasant and fast but did a great job of explaining the paperwork. All in all we were down the road at least two hrs faster than we anticipated. Cannot thank Josh enough for a smooth transaction! Josh had emailed me different options that had come onto their lot over the last few months, he knew what I was after. I emailed him before they opened on a Friday, had a reply back within 2-3 mins, a phone call within mins of my request and was a done deal after one phone call. He stayed on it with emailing me over the months and it paid off. I drove 3 hours to pick it up, it was pulled aside, cleaned and ready for me. Also was very understanding with my 2 year old who made a mess with water and her snack. I believe her name was Jess in financing was extremely helpful getting my application going, would have loved to meet her in person cause you could tell in her voice on the phone she loved her job. Alex in financing was awesome, he had everything ready for me to sign, explained everything very well, and was on my way with my new Yukon! Did not get the run around like I have from other dealers. AND A FULL TANK OF FUEL WITHOUT ASKING! Was very happy with my purchase and the respect given to me by this dealer.

I shopped for a car two weeks straight. I drove the palisade at 3 different dealerships. I drove 4 other third seat suv’s. I came back to Titus Will to purchase and It was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Came in to see how much they would give me for my trade. They matched another dealer’s price with no hassle. When I left to think about it, they didn’t pressure me or act pushy. Coralie was my sales lady, she knew I really didn’t prefer white and she got me the most beautiful color by trading to another dealership without me even asking. She has 20 years of experience and is so professional with so much knowledge. The finance guy was great. Came back to buy the car 3 days later and it was all detailed, stickers pulled off and full tank of gas. I highly recommend this dealership!

Raymond and the UAC staff were very friendly and patient while my husband and I were looking for a new car. Raymond took a look at the list of what I wanted in a car and, unlike all the other dealerships in Ellensburg, did not waste my time by showing me anything over my budget or that didn't match my criteria. I was looking for a car to replace one that was totaled in an accident, so since I currently had no car, Raymond drove the vehicle I wanted to test to my house and let me take it out for a drive with no pressure to buy. When my husband and I found our dream car at UAC, Raymond and Holly made the buying process extremely easy, and we did not feel rushed to sign any documents without thoroughly reading everything. In short, the friendly staff here was great at working with our needs and allowing us to purchase what we needed without pressuring us to purchase additional services that were not needed. This is the best dealership in Ellensburg, hands-down!

This time I had a good experience. My Sonic had unexpected recalls and wasn't reliable and safe. Maggie was professional and friendly. She showed me several cars and options. I told her what I could afford and what I was looking for in a car. I am sad that I couldn't keep my Sonic. I love my Pearl. From the book of Isaiah "a crown of beauty instead of ashes," so my Nissan Rouge has the name "Beauty". I am still getting used to a larger car. Poor Communication, Wasted My Time and a Day of Work - Matt Sinnes

First off I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this place as we had a great experience. The Service Department, on the other hand, was awful. About 2 weeks ago I took my truck to get the tires rotated at Les Schwaab. The manager came to me and said they could not get the wheel off because the lug nuts were so tight and suggested I bring it back to the dealer. I call the Service department, let them know the situation and made an appointment. When I got there they said they would have to order me another rim because the other one is stuck on there and they would have to ruin it to get it off. All in all so far not a big deal everyone makes mistakes. They said they would order the new rim and call me when it came in. I got a call the very next day asking to come back down to the dealership because they messed up and needed to get more information on the rim. No apology or anything for me having to take time out of my day to go down there. I get down there and wait an hour. They come out and said the wheel should be here in 3-4 days we will call you. Six days go by and I have not heard a word from these people. When I called I talked to a very nice young man who said he was sorry nobody called me and that the rim came in the day before but they were booked that day and could not get me in until Tuesday. I asked how long it should take when I was there he said no longer than a couple of hours. When I came in for the appointment I got to the service center at 7:45 AM for my 8 AM appointment. My truck did not get done tell 1:30 PM in the afternoon! I went up and asked the lady I was working with and all I got was a bunch of run around answers. The best answer was "well we did not have the correct weights to balance your wheels so we had to run and go get some." No apology. Not only did I waste an entire day but the communication throughout the day was horrible. I should not have had to go and ask them what was going on. I am a very forgiving person but this was a horrible experience. I did not have to pay for anything thank goodness but the communication should have been better and I should not have had to sit there for five and a half hours. They have loaner car programs for a reason. At the very least tell me to just drop it off and have me come back later in the day. I would not recommend anybody going and getting service at this dealership.
